A bad mechanic didn’t tighten a bolt on my timing belt when they replaced it and the bolt snapped in half damaging my engine. I didn’t know exactly where I was but I gave some idea of where I was. Bob came and picked me up on the side of I94 within 15 minutes. I didn’t know what happened at the time and I turned my car on for a second to roll up the window. I was telling Bob how I hoped it was a battery issue and he told me it sounded like engine failure. He would bet on the timing belt being the issue. Literally I had the car on for a second and he knew exactly what happened. Took me to a good mechanic and they got me in the next day to tell me for sure what was wrong. Super nice guy, very fast work, very reliable, and really good judgement.

Have used them way too much lately. But if I have too, they are my number one choice. Always friendly and super fast.

No one ever wants to call a tow truck, but in this circumstance im so glad it was this one. Moving across the country w my baby and dog a flat tire was not part of a smooth trip. But he was there in minutes and we were at a tire place quickly an comfortably!

They went above and beyond the call of duty for me when my sons car stalled on the interstate-- my son left it unattended because it was too cold to wait for someone to get there, and it was originally assigned to someone else through Roadside Assistance, but when that guy didnt get back to me (nor to Roadside Assistance) to let me know it had been picked up and delivered, they dispatched Beyer Towing, and when Brian got there, the car wasnt there. I was pretty nervous about the whereabouts of my car, so he went out of his way to check at the place it was supposed to be delivered to, which he wouldnt have had to do, but he did, even though he had just been sent on a wild goose chase in the middle of the night. I definitely wouldnt have been able to sleep if he hadnt checked and verified that the first guy had delivered it.

On our way home from Mayo Clinc we must have picked up a nail or something as the tire pressure went down very quickly. I have Verizon Roadside Assistance snd they contacted Beyer Towing. The gentleman who responded was wonderful. Fast and efficient with a nice smile and kind manner. Even without Roadside Assistance I would contact them for help whenever needed.

We had electrical issues on interstate 94. We were in the dark and cold. AAA couldnt get to us for 2 1/2 hours. Bob from Beyers wasnt on duty or on call but was back up and still dropped everything to help get us off freeway safe and warm. We sure appreciated his urgency since we were stranded with subzero temperatures. Cant thank Bob and Beyers enough for helping us.

Mike and his crew are a class act with great response time. They are fair and honest, but they most of all get the job done quickly and efficiently!

Well he’ll charge you $80 for an in town tow 3:7 of a mile. So I enrolled in AAA for $50 a year to cover in town and my extra policy to get oh Life360 app. Well, guess who has a contract with Breyer Towing. I saved $30, got the same tow company to do it for what ever AAA pays them.

Charge me 2 days storage and my car was not even there for 24 hours.

Bunch of monkeys working there. Called for a jumpstart for my diesel, they show up and plig in their 20 year old jump box. So i cranked it a few times, then i suggested the plug the truck in. They had other jobs so i needed to start it then, so he offered some ether. No biggie, but dont put it in the intake of a turbo car, my starter was already hot. Unhook the intake and spray it directly into the engine. By the time they let the truck charge the battery, my armature wire had melted completely off! To add insult to injury they still took my money for the jumpstart. Completely beside myself.
