Pay for standard high speed internet, receive their decade standard dial-up speeds. Also dont expect lightning fast customer support, this service speed dates to the days of horse and buggy.

Horrible customer service. I own a business and Im having issues with people hearing us but we cant hear them. Told me nothing they can do. I even bought new phones. No help. Asked about switching phone companies and they said everyone is having the same issue.
Liars, horrible customer service intended to squeeze whatever cent out of the customer they can. Watch out for their bait-and-switch tactics where guess what? You end up paying more money after being reassured over the phone a day before of a price for service. You also won’t get a bill until they notify you of a disconnect notice. I feel this is done in their favor so they can hopefully stiff you w/ a reconnect (flipping a switch) fee. Will the internet gods please smile on our community and give us other internet options.UPDATE: Switched to Spectrum and happy I did. Better customer service, better connection and cheaper.
2019 - Substandard service that is exhorbantly overpriced. Two years later, still the same garbage & without actual competition they get away with this. Update 2020 - Slow internet blamed on pandemic & staffing issues, but still hasnt actually changed. Update 2021 - Nothing has changed.
Constantly loosing cable service and the weather isnt even bad yet, hate to see what happens during a storm. Im switching to Dish if this crap keeps up!
