We had problems with our septic lines freezing. Karla was understanding on the phone and personable. Doug came out and got us taken care of within a week. He found the issues with our lines and went above and beyond to help us. He was up front with pricing and cleaned up afterward. Ill definitely call them again!

We hired Natures Call Septic Service and were very pleased with their services! They answered the call right away, arrived when they said they would and charges the price they said they would. Both Doug and Karla were great to work with. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again!

I have found Natures Call to be a valuable resource. I prefer to flush and not worry about what happens after that but it doesnt always work like that. Doug has always been there when I needed and usually could tell me exactly why I was having problems and how I could better avoid more in the future.

I would give 0 stars..First, I used them as they were able to pump when I needed (my preferred choice was booked). However, they left my lift pump unplugged and my basement filled with septic three days later. In addition they left a septic mess where they drug their hoses in the grass. I had to rinse the area before my kids or dog could be in the yard. There are many choices, choose wisely, Natures Call stinks.

I called on a Friday and they were here within an hour, diagnosed the problem and came back on a Saturday to fix it. And all for the price I was quoted.This is a local, family business so if you need septic service, keep it local.
