DO NOT use this company for any services. One of my clients (I manage their web site) has their web site hosted by Bradco Wisp. In the past 6 years there have been several occasions where I needed to contact them regarding my clients web site. I have never actually talked to a person. Ive only ever gotten communications via voicemail. I have always called during their stated business hours (9-5). Worse yet, they have never answered any of my emails.The final clincher was when my clients website went down on Wed, 10/28/15 (four days ago as of this writing) and I have not been able to reach anyone at Bradco Wisp to find out what happened and when the site will be back up. I have been calling every day since the day the site went down and every time I get their voicemail BUT, I get a message that their voice mail box is full!I am in the process now of moving my client to a new web host.Again, DO NOT use any of this companys services!
This is insane. I cannot get a hold of anyone. Internet has been down for 3 days. I cannot believe a company can function this way. And I can see it isnt the owners fault. Its the people who work for him that dont care. I cant even pay a bill because I have no idea where to send and how much it is. I think I will contact the BBB to get some resolution.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We use their internet service and it works about 25% of the time, and those times it works the internet is so slow my search times out. Living out in the country the options for internet are extremely slim, and that is the only reason we are still using this provider.
