Whenever I have any equipment that needs to be brought in to a dealership for repair, I first think of the Fergus Falls RDO shop, they have experienced technicians that are able to correctly diagnose the issue and get my machine back to me, not only a was quickly, but working well for me again.In my experience, everyone from the store manager, to the technician working on the machine, are friendly and pleasant to work with.

I was very impressed with the staff at Fergus Falls RDO, they were helpful, friendly and professional. The Covid 19 virus made it a little more difficult for me to purchase my new tractor but we were able to work it out. Great knowledgeable staff everyone is very helpful and informative. I take my employers lawn tractor here every year for the usual service and they are very thorough in letting me know if something is going to need to be looked at in the future and to keep an eye on it.
