Great historic redevelopment that serves as our home away from home. Outstanding grounds, facilities and character.

For the month of May 2016, I lived in one of the quiet units at Campus View Apartments while enjoying an art residency through Springboard for the Arts. The location was ideal. The view from my windows allowed me to enjoy nature. The laundry room was kept clean and was well lit. As I was alone, the buildings security allowed me to sleep well at night. There was plenty of parking and yet nice lawns for a walk on the grounds. Nice place to live!

I only got to live in this beautiful apartment for one month while I completed a Hinge Arts Residency, but in that month, I fell in love with the place! Very beautifully renovated on an incredible campus. And, it is amazing that the property managers partner with Springboard for the Arts on an ongoing artist residency, so there are always new, fun, creative folks coming through! Loved my time at the campus apartments!!

The apartments are historic and beautifully renovated and dont feel cold or impersonal like some new condos. I was very comfortable staying in the studio, and appreciated the ample storage and living space. The laundry room is nice and convenient and the other building tenants are friendly. The grounds also offer a beautiful setting for a long of short afternoon walk or bike ride.

This property is quiet, well designed, and spacious. The grounds are clean and beautiful. Town is only a quick bike ride away, and it is a pleasant place to go for a walk or run. Love the newly designed kitchens and the large bathroom. Great place!

I loved my home at Campus View Apartments! The exterior was so welcoming - they decorated for the fall season - and the apartment itself was beautiful. Hardwood floors, great light/views, new appliances and it was a quiet space. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay. Clean, comfortable rooms on a beautiful historic property. The kitchen facilities were amazing. I was there in the winter and it was cozy and warm. Couldnt recommend it more!

This is a great apartment building. Beautiful location, very clean and cozy public spaces, very well maintained and authentic interior and exterior spaces throughout. Modern, beautiful kitchen, great views, nice quiet neighbors and area. Highly recommend.

I lived here for two months, once in 2015 and again in 2016, as a resident artist. Its a great place! Highly recommended. And not spooky at all. ;)

Staying in this building for several weeks during my art residency through Springboard for the Arts was wonderful -- its so quiet, so beautifully renovated, and overlooks the gorgeous grounds of the Kirkbride building. Practically perfect in every way.
