You have been my doctor, my confidant, my cheerleader and my friend through some of the toughest days of my life.Your staff has been so accommodating to everything I have ever needed or wanted.Enjoy your retirement, you and Bob have earned it! Dr.Yamaki is absolutely the best, her bed side manner is amazing. She truly cares for her patients and it shows.she listens and tries to find a solution to your symptoms. She explains everything and really goes into detail. She is the Best!!! I am so lucky to have found her.

In November 2020, I had Ultherapy on my neck. Five months later, I cant see any improvement. I went back several times and the results were about the same. Finally, I contacted Dr. Yamaki directly with the picture of my neck. I hoped she would consider a partial refund because she will retire on the 28th of this month, and it won’t be possible to track the result.　The doctor asked me to talk to Patty about the refund. I went to the clinic on April 29 for the appointment. The doctor’s husband told me Patty had gone home . . . After waiting for 45 minutes, the doctor met me, had some conversations, she said the next day (April 30th), she would ask Patty to call me. As of today (May 6), I havent received any call from them.Sadly, I spent more than $3000 for neck wrinkles improvement, it turned out NONE. Their Ultherapy Post Treatment Instruction has no mention of “No improvement　Individual Differences　 As a doctor and business owner, I wonder if it is right to tell the patient it is not a refundable business” (her husband told me that).

Dr. Yamaki is a wonderful human being! I recently moved to the area looking for a doctor who could help improve my quality of life. I feel truly blessed to have found her. She takes time to listen to you. She goes the extra mile when caring for you. Hand written letters after surgery procedures. Phone calls to check up on you. Dr. Yamaki truly cares about her patients! The office staff ( a few different people) who picked the phone for scheduling appoinments are miscomunicating and misleading, however they want the clients be responsible for their mistakes and errors. If you want to get this horrible service and waste your time and money - good luck! I PASS.

Amazing doctor and surgeon who takes times to explain everything to you. She even explained my previous records from former doctors to me (the other doctors had not done so). Even the hospital nurses love her and speak highly of her. She knows her stuff and is one of the few doctors who does not rush to surgery.

I have been dealing with Endometriosis for about 10 years, I was under care in Southern California however when I moved in September 2017, finding an ObGyn was difficult to say the least, finally after horrible visit with a ObGyn in Puyallup, I went on Facebook to my community group and asked for recommendations.. Im so glad I did! Dr. Yamaki came highly recommended I had my first appointment yesterday and I was blown away by the amount of compassion and overall care I received and my plan of action for my care. She truely is a godsend
