They did a great job on our personal hot tub, but when I purchased a hot tub cover for one of our rental properties, things went downhill fast.They LOST the cover, after we had been waiting months for it. Now we have had to order it again, have waited months, and still no cover. They are now not responding to my phone calls or texts through their on lone system.I have been very professional throughout this entire process, but Im done. This is RIDICULOUS!!! Its been a year. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I requested a pool service, something was going wrong with the pool. They never found the issue after 2 visits they said theres nothing we can do to help you but gave me a large bill of service and repairs after nothing was done.. the next day a diferent pool company found the issue in 10 min.

We had the best experience at Aqua Quip buying our new hot tub. Tiha was amazing to work with and found us the perfect tub for the right price. A class act right down to the electrician who wired us up and the delivery team. We could not be happier!

Went in hoping to get some info on a new pellet smoker and had the fortune of being greeted and helped by Mason.Friendly informative run down on what a Smoker is (and isnt).We had already agreed to purchase one and were in the process of paying for it and deciding how to get it home when he offered to deliver it for us when he got off work. (As it turns out he didnt even have to wait and was able to follow us home)I didnt know Aqua Quip did BBQs and Smokers... not only do they do it, they do it well.Thank you

Mid pandemic, quarantined with a brand new grandbaby (we aren’t going ANYWHERE!), I called our Fed Way store to ask for help identifying and ordering a replacement filter off Amazon. We have been loyal customers through two hot tubs in twenty years and hated to take our business elsewhere- but for safety reasons... The clerk graciously provided me the part number with tremendous empathy. Then... to our surprise and delight, the store offered to drop off our new filter and chemicals to our doorstep. Seriously amazing! This is why we choose to keep our money local. The customer service is always top notch and now this!

Kinda stuck up if you ask me this was my second time in and both times was treated the same way kind like I was waisting there time because I didnt have any money or wasnt good enought for them not sure why I was treated that way maybe the way I dress not sure but it was uncomfortable, they dont seem like they want to sell you anything just kinda weird if you ask me .

We drove for almost an hour to get to Federal Way Store 9/10/20. Mason made it all worth it. He went way above and beyond to make sure our order could be filled. My wife and I are in our mid 60s and his exceptional customer service was very admirable. He is a huge asset to the great customer service in your store. I went to Aqua Quip to check out the Big Green Egg. Mason was great at answering all my questions. He spent a lot of time and did not rush me and wasnt pushy at all. The other associate (woman) was also very helpful too, unfortunately I dont have her name. Also, this was during the COVID19 pandemic and they had a good protocol for social distancing. Overall, great experience and I really appreciated the great customer service.

Pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and amazing customer service we received. We only did a little online research so we really had no idea what we were getting into when buying a hot tub but Tiah was extremely helpful through the entire process and continues to be an excellent source for any questions we have. We are beyond happy with our hot tub purchase.

Bought our Jacuzzi tub here and couldnt be happier with it. Tiah was great and walked us through the whole process. Delivery went smoothly and we love our new hot tub! Follow up and water care has been great as well. Swing by this store if youre in the market for a hot tub.

Only store of its kind in the area and they have some interesting things. I do love buying my chlorine here as it is commercial grade and far superior to what any retail store sells. They are a premium retailer so don’t expect low prices. I was in there and was going to purchase a pool float but it turned out to have the wrong price on it. The manager wouldn’t even honor the price that was on it even though he admitted the guy doing the price tags is new and must have messed up. Any good company would compensate for a mistake on THEIR end.

This store has great customer service. Even though I had not bought my hot tub at this store, they took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Jim was outstanding, he walked me through the process of fixing a problem with my hot tub that actually didn’t require me to purchase any parts.

Bought my first pellet smoker here. They had the best price I could find for the model and size I chose, the salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. Small and very niche store but definitely recommended.

Had trouble with my propane heater recently and thought I would try and repair it myself while trying to save some money by diagnosing on my own. Big mistake ordered the wrong part and ended up have it looked at after all! Mark was very helpful and worked very hard to resolve my issue. I would recommend this store to all my family and friends!! Very professional and very helpful!!!

Saturday afternoon my husband & I went in to see salesperson Christina but she was off. We mentioned that to the store manager Tiah Omedo. She didnt care, she was sure this was her sale. She even began to write it up as if we had agreed to buy anything from her. I have done business a few years ago with Lakewood Aqua Quip & found their customer service to be pretty good, until I made a $9000 purchase. After that customer service was lousy. So I was a little nervous, once bitten twice shy..... but I had been recommended by a good friend, so I gave them another try.We didnt learn that much about the Jacuzzis, we had to ask about warranties and such. I had swim shorts on but that was only because it was a nice day, and it was a super casual day for us. I was NOT planning to get in any jacuzzis, nor did I need to be asked by Tiah 3 TIMES if I was sure I didnt want to get in one of the tubs? I felt one NO was enough. She said, she had a towel, come on, get in. Do people want to leave a store wet? She was very high pressure, and I mentioned that to her directly. This review should come as no surprise. Aside from being pressured to get into some of the filled tubs, she continued to push for us to set up a date, to come in and she would fill the tub we looked at. She wanted to know what time we got off work, at least 2x? What our schedules looked like? An if we wanted to leave a $500 refundable deposit on one of the tubs? Is that high pressure? To me it is. Otherwise I wouldnt have TOLD her she was being to high pressure for my liking/ comfort. She did at least stop pressuring me to get in the tub fully clothed. She asked how we would be paying for our purchase? It wouldve been an outright purchase, no financing needed.Very high pressure sales tactics not appreciated! First, we werent there to see her, but she went ahead and wrote it up and stated she were the salesperson. Secondly, after being told you are a little high pressure- she DID NOT let up. I dont think that most people who have expendable income to purchase one of these things are generally people that, appreciate high pressure tactics, I dont. . Tried to call and speak with Christina the following day- was told she no longer works there. What happen between later Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning?I cant recommend working with Tiah, in fact I dont. In fact we bought a spa, just not here.

The older gas insert in our home started mis behaving. There was no information as to the make or model number. I talked to Andre and instead of getting the high pressure come in and buy a new insert I was expecting, he spent 10 minutes with me on the phone walking through some basic troubleshooting to determine that the problem was the switch. He suggested taking it to a hardware store to see if that had one that would work as a replacement. He also suggested that they had an affordable remote retrofit kit that once installed would negate the need for the switch and add thermostatic control to the fireplace. At the end of the day I have a working fireplace with added functionality for less than the cost of a service call! Thanks!

We bought a Saber 4 burner grill last June 2018 from Tiah Omedeo and love it! We used it all summer and now through the winter with the natural gas conversion kit we installed. We continue to use the FW store for hot tub maintenance and want to thank Aqua Quip for the great products and customer service Tiah!Jeff Dunn (1/27/2019)

I really had a great experience shopping here. I bought a Jacuzzi J-480 and couldnt be happier. So far, they delivered and installed so quickly and easily. Our sales person, Tiah, has been exceptional on all counts. She held our hand through the whole delivery process and helped when we were panicing, even answering texts and emails at 8pm, etc. Truly above and beyond; and we never felt abandoned by her.We noticed some loud valves on our Jacuzzi, and I sent Tiahand email. She was on it and had a tech come out a few days later. He was fun and courteous and was very helpful in trying to toubleeshoot the issue. A couple days later, I received and email that parts were on the way.This was a big investment and we spent some money on our Jacuzzi, but the experience has had us so happy we bought a quality tub from a reputable dealer. I think we just got super lucky on our sales person who made everything so easy.Thanks again Tiah!!Lars

I like purchasing swimmingpool and barbecue items from Aqua Quip, however, the staff didnt have many products available, didnt seem to know much about their products and the parking was terrible, not enough spots to park and it looked like the city was fixing the parking lot. Ill go to the Covington WA store.
