Even when I doubted the companies interest in me he continued to communicate with the company which eventually lead to me receiving a offer letter. Got a call about the mcgee job. Did everything they asked to start work and asked for a new drug test date still have yet to do. They ghosted me. No return call. Sent multiple text messages and phone calls. Aerotek really needs to get their acts together. Had history in the past with them lying and not paying employees.

Aerotek is one of the worst places as a temp agency that I’ve ever worked for. The recruiter don’t call you back to let you know all the information about the job. They with hold information about the jobs. They also like to just leave clients high and dry and literally ghost people and not responsive. And also they don’t like to take care of there mistakes they pass it on to the next recruiter personnel. And also they like to NOT PAY people because I’ve work (25.28 hours) recently and all they sent me was my pay stub not my check and I also called customer support, recruiter, and the head office to get to the bottom of it and no body wants to answer or help out. But give me an attitude. So I pretty much worked for 3 days and got robbed. And they don’t wanna fix the problem so they are just gonna send you on a run around and make you call and figure out on your own.So I would think twice about working for aerotek.Because I’m never coming back. And this is just wrong, unprofessional and just unacceptable for the way they treated me

Aerotek has been a huge help in finding me the job I wanted. It took many interviews, lots of training but in the end it was all worth it. It’s been almost a year now since I have been with Summit, 4 months contracted, moved on to a direct hire. And through it all my recruiter Nai Saelee was the main reason I’m now happy with what I do. She helped me with preparing for interview questions, how to be presentable, etc. And even though I am now a direct hire she still checks up on me to see how things are doing, she drops by the office to visit and sometimes brings coffee for the both of us. This was definitely a great experience I would definitely recommend it to others.

I worked here awhile back last year for about two months, I felt bad for leaving but it was due to an family emergency, anyways once I had left back to California one of the workers, Justin burns I believe his name is was the one that had helped me get a job at aim aerospace in he first place, the job was amazing, I loved the people. I actually got back on track thanks to this company even though I did them dirty ( at least I feel like it) I would love to go back but am now at a marine shop, anyways if you dont have a job and are in need of work and you ARE a harder worker this is the place to go, they will co-operate with you until you are satisfied or until you give up :)

I have been working with my recruiter Nick Ho he is great. Always returns my calls and emails. I told him the type of environment and location I wanted to work with he got me the exact match. He did a great job explaining the job discription so I was ready to interview. Overall I give this place 5 stars as long as you follow instructions / direction you shouldn’t have any issues with jobs, pay, etc.

Ive been with Aerotek since September. All I can say is that mark has done everything he could to make sure that I stayed Employed. If for some reason the job ended he did everything he could to ensure that I had an old job within a week or 2 if not the next day. The only reason someone would not have a job with Aerotek, Is they were not trying and did not really want a job. I give them 5 stars great company to work for thanks again. Aerotek!

The recruiters were lovely, but its been almost 4 months and never even heard back after the first initial appointment. I have tried emailing to just to inform them that I am still looking for a job. (No response) I feel like if you cant find me something, just be honest. Even just a, hey Im trying and still keeping you in mind. I feel like they forgot about me, and I just sort of slipped through the cracks.

These people were very aware of my qualifications and worked hard to find a good fit for me. They make finding a job so much easier than filling out endless applications. I would recommend them to anyone.

Aerogel was a huge help getting me back into work. Within days nai saelee helped with my background and found me a job. Aerotek is by far the best staffing agency that I have worked with. My recruiter, Nai Saelee, went the extra mile to negotiate higher pay for me at an assignment without me asking for her to do so. Because of Nai & Aerotek I’ve gotten multiple job offerings!

Nai Salee and Zeke are the best recruiters there. Zeke will follow up with you and Nai will treat you like family..whenever i had problems with payroll Nai has promptly given me answers. She always returns my calls and emails emails within hours and is serious about her job.

I do not recommend this agency. Stay clear of Nick ho, he is extremely rude and speaks to you as a child or a doormat under his feet. He will tell you without ever meeting you in person that your mentality is wrong and you need to change your thought process, that he does not have to help you that he is choosing to help you. As if you did not make the decision to waste the time going into this place LOL I do not know about other recruiters but this one is not anyone you want if you want to be respected as a working adult. Never even took my first assignment and I demanded they pulled me out of the system because I was not treated with respect. If you do not mind being spoken to as garbage, then have at it!

I started at the GoldBug facility November 17th 2017 as an Aerotek associate, at first it was a rough start at the building as processes were being built and has since become significantly more efficient. Any issues I ever encountered were quickly resolved. Overall it has become an enjoyable place to work at with decent people, especially if you are okay with overtime.

The fellow I worked with was great I think his name was Kurt or something but the reception needs training in how to conduct themselves ASAP....main problem is wasting peoples time on accident like MAKE sure you inform clients of EVERYTHING needed cause we do not want to go back and forth. GAS IS NOT FREE

19 hours agoI got employed here through staffmark and later switched to aerotek as temporary associate who had no warehouse experience. I didnt know what to expect and never thought this will last. I have acquired experience, better knowledge.Employee of the month, additional $ monthly for perfect attendance are incentives to reward hard working employees.

I was just looking for a little bit of extra money so I typed in the closest temp agency and got Aerotek. Met with one of the recruiters Nick Ho, within the next two days he had an interview set up for me and working!! If your looking for a fast and a decent starting paying job you should definitely apply at aerotek and ask for Nick Ho hes awesome and will help you find a job that fits you!!

Thought I had found a good company to work for, but sadly mistaken. Horrible communication and no response back. Desiree is the worst supervisor. She does not like her job, and takes it out on anyone. If you call looking for work, they do not call back.

Working at the Goldbug location has been a good experience. The Swing Shift team works well together and seem to get along. It is much less pressure than working at other warehouses in the area. The pay is very competitive.Its too bad that the hours depend on how much product is being loaded. A lot of the time its hard for the swing shift to get a full 40 hours each week, with 35 is more common. They are trying to remedy that, however.The only other thing I wish was that there were more opportunities for advancement.

Not at all happy with them. Went in to talk to Chad Y and he said hed call me back after hes found me a job. Ive heard nothing back. Not even a no luck or anything. They have jobs posted all over the internet. So yeah I would say their Customer Service skills are horrible. Will not be recommending them to anyone. Its pretty bad when u call and email them to ask how things are going and you get nothing back. Smh

Just based on the reviews, I can tell that I shouldnt even bother checking them out. I have worked with/for at least 5 temp agencies over the years and I know how some of the reviewers feel. I have yet to find an agency that doesnt make you feel dumb or like youve never had a job before but most of them wont leave you weeks (or longer) without work and forget to pay you, like this place sounds.

I dont generally leave reviews, but, after taking the time to apply for a job as a driver/deliver of products of a very large company here. I was scheduled for an interview the following business day and was very excited to only be let down by this agency. There was no way of knowing I was applying through a staffing agency, I naively thought I was on the company website (their logo all over it) I was applying to. Scheduled my appt. for 2:00 today only to shortly after doing so to find out I needed to complete some 3 question video chat (what if some one does not have that ability, albeit rare these days Im sure there are some) prior to 48 hours before the interview. And this staffing agency sent me the interview link at 8:53/7 P.M. last night and I could not possibly complete it within their required time so they need to correct some things within their website and be more transparent right up front that they are a staffing agency and not the actual company one may be applying to. Only to awake this morning to emails denying my appt. for an interview, fine by me I dont deal with staffing agencys and for good reason. I reached out to the actual company and expressed my above concerns to them.

I worked for them for 6 months at Nintendo’s Call Center in Redmond as a contracted employee. When Nintendo decided I was calling out too much, and wanted to fire me, even though I always used my sick time or gave a doctors note, Aerotek did not stand by me. They said they would try to relocate me and never got back to me. They lead me to believe they cared about me as a person and an employee but never gave a damn when I was left financial unstable, as I had only called out of work the day I got fired as I had been in a car accident 2 days before. They still didn’t seem to care about this when I tried hard to fight for myself, and still allowed me to be left jobless. They say “Our People are Everything,” but they don’t mean you.

They have lost one of my boyfriends pay checks and are not doing anything to cut him another check... its like pulling teeth for them to return calls or emails. This is not ok to mess with someones well being. All they are trying to do is blame it on the post office.

Dont work here. They dont pay you on time. They brag about having benefits but have bad options. They cant keep people. Had 3different Recruiters. Jada was my last Recruiter and she at least care. After she left she told me to call Nick but no one answers when I call him. Waste of time.

I work at the Goldbug Expeditors in Sumner for the Swing shift. I have a disability and make mistakes but the management continues to be patient and work with me. I feel like a valuable employee. The hours are great and overtime is available.

Aerotek used to be a great employment agency 3 years ago. Now not so much. They lack in customer service and communication. Many of my coworkers do not get paid on time and quite a few have yet to get paid their agreed upon amount. Our shift differential that we were supposed to get paid 2 weeks ago was supposed to be on a separate check but it was put on our regular check so of course more taxes go taken out. It’s almost impossible to speak with anyone about questions you may have regarding your pay or end date or any questions at all no matter how many messages you leave. Even if you drive to the office the person who handles the questions you have is either in a meeting or out of the office.

I was hired to work at Northwest doors and was supposed to start on a Monday. Sunday the night prior I received an email from kellyjo (recruiting manager) saying my position was put on hold and she would call me first thing Monday morning well its Thursday and still have not received a call or a email letting me know what happened. Very unprofessional. The lack of communication is appalling. Cant just sit around hoping they call...Update:I did get a call from my recruiter yesterdayApologizing for dropping the ball on this position and lack of communication. She was able to secure me a position and I start Monday. Whatever made all this happen be the comment/review or whatever I am grateful to be working and I would like to point out that not everyone can admit mistakes but Kelly jo did and made it right. I would Highly recommend you stay away. My experience with Aerotek was the worst working with agencies. I was given the recruiter Kyle Chow. I went in for an interview and he asked many irrelevant, unprofessional questions that had nothing to do with finding a job, but made it seem like a good meeting giving me his card. I tried to call and follow up the following week and he never picked up. I left emails and called leaving message throughout the week to no avail. Finally I called blocking my number and he picked up and said your emails were being forwarded to spam (LIE). Because he sent me the 1st email and I replied to it spam does not work that way. He said to follow up the following Monday, I did and once again back to not returning my calls, so I called the main line for another recruiter and everyone they start to give me never calls back as if Kyle Chow wrote a negative comment on my file. I have a bachelor’s degree for University of Washington and they will treat you like you’re a homeless person panhandling or 2nd class citizens. When I spoke with Jenell on the phone Monday, she told me to be at the office between 10:00 and 10:15 and if I got stuck in traffic to just call her so she would know I might be late.I arrived and signed in at the office at 10:10, filed out their paperwork then waited until 10:35 when Jenell finally appeared from the back office, she then said, Ill be with you in a second then disappeared into an office, 1 or 2 minutes later I saw her slip out of that office walk though a hallway behind the counter area and into another office.I waited another 5 minutes not knowing what her idea of be with you in a second would be.Finally I left as I had another interview that day.The next day, (after I left a complaint on their website) I got a phone call from someone else in the office which he called a follow up, he then accused me of being late and that I lied about what Jenell had said to me on the phone.First; I dont like being accused of lying.Second; I think that they have forgotten that they are being paid to find employees for other companies, and without the employee base, they cant supply the companies with what they pay for.This is the second time I have dealt with this company. The first time was just as bad as this time.Bottom line.If your looking for work, better to look elsewhere. If your looking for employees, find a better agency as this is NOT a company you should do business with!

Worst Aerotek office I have been with they do not return phone calls or email. Save your time and go somewhere else if your in Renton, Tacoma, Wa area I lost a job because this Aerotek location failed to disclose my background to the job and then the jobs HR ran my background and terminated me. But the Aerotek lady Kelly Jo made her money, but I have not heard a peep from Aerotek in 4 days since.

I have been awaiting payment for a good portion of this week. My general payday which has been Wednesday for 5 and a half months suddenly got changed to Friday according to aerotek. And they still have not paid me. The only person who told me any information as to what was going on was the initial customer service representative that asks you which department to transfer(her name is lauren), she told me that the payroll manager isnt in town and that it was the reason I havent been paid and I asked why no one told me and she said Im not sure but Im sorry that it hasnt been taken care of. Not even the payroll informed me anything. The only thing payroll said is that she was training and she couldnt do anything to help and showed no care in regards to their workers I have been starving and I havent had any gas, but even tho Im barely even surviving they expect me to somehow make an hour and a half commute with no money, no ride, no gas, and no food. Now would any of you work for free? Or better yet work till your in debt? No, but instead aerotek showed me they did not care and didnt even have the decency to inform any of their employees that their payroll representative is either out of state or out of town regardless. This has impacted multiple peoples livelihood and it seems as if nothing is getting resolved. If this continues I will be reaching out to labor and industries due to an unjust system that aerotek has chosen for itself. Also, that it has caused many employees pain and suffering in their home life, and that they havent paid their employees. I would recommend that you do not work for this company due to their lack of organization.

Was victim of a bait and switch. My recruiter quit the day I started. When I explained the job was not what was explained; I was sent home, fired, and told they didnt have anything else for me. Now payday has come and gone....no money. Tried to call but was sent to a voicemail listing the date as 2 days ago.UPDATE 13JUN18: Ashley Askew called me out of the blue promising to repair their reputation with me. After 2 weeks Ive been told that J. Schaffer (her supervisor who fired me after I reported an knife assault on site and took the complaint over her head) refuses to send me out to work. I have worked warehouse environments most of my career from frontline employee to managerial. Currently, I was just looking for a job that didnt require a lot of physical work because after many years of that I just wanted to cash in on my other skills and let the young folks do the physical stuff for once. I was told that this was that opportunity. I was also very clear about how far I wanted to travel for work. Actually giving specific areas that I would consider and the recruiter made the gesture of writing all of this down. She indicated that the company I was being considered for had the position I wanted, the physical requirements I desired, and the location I requested. However, after jumping through several hoops, I was given an offer of employment that from the beginning was aggregiously further than what I requested. I tried everything to resolve the issue in my favor but was told no to everything. I worked out the traveling and accepted the offer. When I arrived at the warehouse it was THE worst place I have EVER worked. It was extremely hot (zero ventilation), management was young, inexperienced, unorganized and rude. Workers in some areas we kind but machine operators were unsafe and dangerous. It was discovered that there were.only two turret trucks and 7 operators which forced me to be assigned to picking orders and other physical jobs. The onside manager stated we would be meeting to discuss things as a group but she left before the meeting with no apologies or explanation. The facility was chaotic, unorganized and over staffed due to puss poor management and inefficiency.I lasted two days and on the second day left as a result of the strenuous work and the intense heat which affected my ability to operate safely. When I contacted the recruiter by text because it was after hours, she text back and asked me about my specific issues. I explained them, in a text mind you because they never answer the phone as they do have caller ID, and never got a response.My belief is, unlike REAL strafing agencies, this company operates on a commission type basis similar to car salesmen. They sell you a car, get paid whether you pay for the car or not, and then never think of you again. I believe just by signing me up and sending me out, the recruiters job was done and payment received. They lie, mislead you and then blackball you from any further assistance. I am waiting to see how they handle my check. They warned in orientation that they were going to mess it up but dont call them. Some reviews were mixed before I went in. I asked about that and the recruiter blamed everything on the associates working for them. I believed she lied about that too. I am just glad I didnt stay and got injured, which is inevitable at this job site, because I shutter to think how they would treat me. They dont even go through state labor and industries. They dont do safety training or even a skills test to see if people even are qualified or know how to work safely. This is unheard of in the staffing business. Young people would love it, but mature employees with an ounce of sense, skills and work experience, I say beware!!!

Im not liking the reviews. I got a job recently without them, but considered going tommarow for a interview. I dont think Ill be going. I been in the constitution field for along time to know better. they are unsteady jobs

I typically leave good ratings, however, my experience with aerotek was the worst in my many years working with agencies.I tried to call to set up an appointment and no one never picked up. So I drove down and talked to the receptionist. I thought I had the wrong number, I didnt. Infact while I was filling out the app she would just let the phone ring.Then, I met with Jennifer Kapplemean, right from the start her tone was very unprofessional. More argumentative then helpful. She made it seem that Aerotek only provided jobs for low skilled warehouse workers. She asked so many irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with finding a job.I really felt offended and that I wasted my time.This is not the service you would get from any other staffing agency.

OMG...This is the WORST temp agency on the planet. Ive been employed through the temp agency in California, Oregon, and Washington. This one takes the cake. For starters, these people at aerotek dont know their left from their right. At the orientation, the lady was talking so fast it was like listening to a cassette tape on fast coward. Then to make it worse, they got recruits that dont know how to match your specific skills to a specific job. These guys sent me to a warehouse that only had me do general labor work other thAn forklift work. But to be a good sport, I did two weeks before they found another assignment. Then to make it worse, I didnt get PAID for two weeks. In other words, I received my first paycheck at the same time as my second paycheck. SO UNPROFESSIONAL......When I called the office to ask for a number to corporate pAyroll, thats where it got ugly. ThAts where the true AEROTEK colors came out. The HEAD MANAGER CURSED ME OUT. This guy wAs so immature and unprofessional. I would NEVER EVER EVER EVER refer anyone to this agency. All these people care about is throwing into assignments even if they dont match your skills. They talk to you like they are better than you and like YOU need them. PLEASE, theres hundreds of other agencies that have more courteous employees than this place. Thumbs down to this place.

As long as youre a good worker, they will keep you employed with great employers. Direct to Hire, yes.

If I could give zero I would this is a trash company do not work for them. they will make you late for interviews, procrastinate the hiring process and mess with your pay I will never work through them again.

I have been trying for the last 3 weeks trying to get through to a recruiter in regards to opportunities with no success and have also worked under contract with them .

Easy place to find short term employment.

Can never get in contact with recruiter, was on a job for over 90 days to basically find out they not hiring temps on just rotation them smh

They must be REALLY busy, because every time I call they NEVER pick up (even the receptionist on occasion.) I leave messages -with callback information - with multiple recruiters... no calls back. Im beginning to think its company policy.

Crappy place they dont listen, they play you around and when you call the recruiter they dont ever answer

They are not honest about things, they dont pay when they are supposed to and just tell you to leave a message when you call or transfer you around.

The first warehouse I was at was unorganized, but after a month, they moved me into the parent warehouse and it has been over a year and a half and Im still working here.

Complete trash subcontractor my first paycheck was 4 weeks late after repeated attempts of getting a functioning pay card that they never got around to they finally stated my first check was in the mail now my next check is already a week late with no return phone calls I will be making a claim with the dept of labor and industrys as well as seeking reimbursement for late fees on my mortgage and car payment as well as childcare for gross negligence

After reading reviews i will never go here and will stop all my associates as well
