Today was the 1st exam for my kitten. The staff were amazing, explained the proceedures, answered all of my question and carried him with care in his carrier. The Veternarian was excellent as well.

The staff and Drs at VCA are always so nice and thorough with me and my pups. I never feel like Im bothering them when I call 100 times with questions. They are sincere and professional and I feel very comfortable taking my pets there. You can tell they really care about animals and take their job seriously.

I recently brought my senior cat for an appointment and felt compelled to write a review. The team at this vet really radiates the empathy they have for your pet. I was able to get a work up on my cat and figure out what was going on with her. Their pricing is extremely reasonable compared to the multiple other clinics I called to make an appointment. I highly recommend this vet.

I was referred to this hospital and it did not disappoint! The team was incredibly patient and knowledgeable when addressing my concerns. I have been taking my dog there for years. I tried to schedule an appointment but was rejected. You guys are so backed up and don’t prioritize serious illness vs. routine checkups; my dog has cancer and you couldn’t fit me in. Go jump in a lake.Update. I am adding two stars because: 1. VCA reached out to me and 2. Their business model is first come, first served; what could they do. I was emotional about my pet.Maybe they could communicate better on their policies.

I am always very nervous bringing my dog to the vet because she has such bad anxiety, but the staff here is so friendly, comforting, and amazing! Kayla took such great care of my fur baby like she was her own and took the extra time to comfort her & put her at ease! I would recommend everyone bring their pets here!

This is the worst I have ever came across. Even one star is a lot to give. It takes weeks for diagnose to be told and when I call to talk to the doctor I have to do it daily for them to return one phone call that I have been trying two weeks. They keeps saying doctor is busy or out of the office. Doctor don’t call it’s the front desk and they don’t give you answers. I am still waiting for a phone call regarding the condition of my dog. No response. Also we did once teeth cleaning that was $200 something and This year when requested a quote it was in the $1000 range. When my sister called they gave her same quote same date but $800 price range. When I called to discuss they gave me 3rd price staying that’s the price. So which one is true ???Not to mention how mean front desk employees are. I’m so disappointed from their way of work and treating my dog. She is very sick and I can’t get medication or treatment or talk to a doctor. We changed facilities where they took care of us right away. My dog almost died. Shame on you!!!!! You could not killed her ! Stay away and protect your pets with another clinics where you actually take care of them. Not here.

I took both my dogs here to have their teeth cleaned. I was a little concerned after reading all the reviews, but ultimately they did a fantastic job. Everyone was nice to my dogs and myself. They were professional and courteous. The price was right was less then $400 for both dogs. I’m not sure why all the negative reviews. I was comfortable and my dogs are home now with me sleeping off their big day. Was totally worth the savings over the prices many other vets were quoting for the same service.

I was a little weary of taking my kitty there due to the negative reviews after ownership change, however they were very friendly over the phone and answered all of my questions. They took my pet back right after arriving and within 15 min they came back and gave me a breakdown of everything needed and i was able to make payment from my car. They did the exam, provided the medication and gave my pet his shots all within 30 minutes. Quick and friendly experience for me!

Ive been bringing my dogs to this location for almost 11 years. Since they switched over it has been nothing but a nightmare! The front desk, Kayla is the most unprofessional front desk Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Do not bring your pet here as they will make it a point to show you they DONT care about your animal its all about the money. Kayla, you should find a job where customer service and animals arent involved because youve made it very evident you dont care about either. And I hope you never run into a situation where something or someone you care about is in immediate need where someone ignores you and them. If something ends up happening to my dog I will ALWAYS AND FOREVER remember Kayla who works at VCA Panther Lake animal hospital. Thanks Kayla! This is a vet . That use to have a very good name and reputation VETS FOR LESS . It has been bought up by a conglomerate and they no longer have your animal in mind . Your initial visit is reasonable, thats the bait and switch .Your next visit if you choose will be an estimate of what your animal should also have done, At inflated prices .This place has lost its honor and Integrity, and is now just a business to take your money .I spotted it right away . My family has a long history of fostering pets from PAWSI found another VETERINARY in Edgewood, and I am very pleased with there service.

I tried to make my dog an appointment and the lady just told me they didn’t have anything available in the next couple weeks then asked me “Is there a reason why you want her to be seen HERE?” As opposed to going somewhere else...you are a vet right?? We haven’t established care anywhere yet for our puppy and now I will never go here.

We brought our senior black lab, Sugar, in for a check-up after her health seemed to decline rapidly. I hadnt realized Panther Lake Animal Hospital no longer took walk-ins and we arrived without an appointment. They were booked solid (because theyre awesome) but after hearing about Sugars symptoms the doctor made time to see her within the hour.He and his wonderful staff discovered an advanced cancerous tumor far back in Sugars mouth and after taking the time to explain her situation, patiently answer my questions, and compassionately advise me on the options for a dog as old as ours, they performed surgery that very day.Two days later Sugar was a brand new dog. Energetic, content, and very happy to eat everything within reach. The hospital called to check on her the next day, and many weeks later when I brought Sugar in for her rabies shot the staff remembered her, came out from the back to say hello, and were genuinely happy to see her doing well.Were so grateful to everyone at Panther Lake Animal Hospital. Just a fantastic group of skilled, caring people who really seem to love what they do. Theyve made such a difference in our lives.

We took our sweet boy here because he had a hard tine getting around and stopped eating or drinking. The vet was amazing after the exam sat on the floor petting him while he explained the situation to us. He was sweet, thorough and compassionate. His assistant Debbie was phenomenal and went out of her way to make sure he was taken care of. I highly recommend this place. Your fur babies will be in great hands with the kind friendly staff here.

Im giving this place 5 stars because theyre worth more than that! We took our dog Loki in for an emergency surgical procedure and they saw him immediately. They removed a mass off his eye and clipped his nails while he was under. They were super thorough and did such an amazing job!! Such nice staff members as well. Were so so thankful for Panther Lake and all the staff who work there!

I have a French Bulldog with a long list of medical issues, so I try to select my Veterinarians very carefully. We had a wonderful experience at VCA Panther Lake today. Their friendly staff were able to get us in quickly, and our appointment started right on time.The doctor explained the options, and shared a breakdown of the cost before we decided on treatment options. I appreciated the excellent communication and fair pricing. I’m thankful to have found a great Vet (and staff) close to home.

This is not towards the actual Drs at all! All towards the receptionists. They are very rude and short over the phone as well as in person. They don’t seem to like being asked questions and hang up quick before you can even say thank you. I’ve been to other Vets before which were much more busier than these guys and received better service so I don’t understand what’s making them so flustered. The Vet Howe is great! Such a shame the receptionists are the reason patients are leaving.

VCA was so great! I was able to get an appointment that fit right in with my schedule. I was greeted by all the staff at the front receptionist counter. The vet Dr Barrington was really kind and thorough. The vet techs were super nice and cared for my dog as if she was their own, not to mention the practice manager that was super kind and put my dogs fears to rest. My dog usually is very frightened when going to the vets but she was happy and didn’t get upset at all. I definitely will be a repeat customer and will recommend them to all my friends and family! Panther Lake used to be the old Vets For Less walk in clinic, had a medical emergency with my Great Dane Bug, and they agreed to see him quickly where every other place I called had me on hold forever or tried to put me off till the afternoon. Vet was amazing and realistic, front office staff ( especially Debbie ❤ ) were friendly and knowledgable, pricing was very reasonable for the visit and medication. 5 Stars!!!!

Been bring our dogs here for awhile. They have very reasonable prices. Wait times are not as bad as others claim due to them taking appointments now.

Had an appointment today. Called in the morning to confirm. Got there 10 minutes before to make sure we were on time called and to let them know we were there. The receptionist told us some one will be right outt get us, 16 minutes later l called back to check. The receptionist was short and said that most Times they call their patients in with in 5 mis of the appointment but she cant be sure so I told her that it was hot outside and we had made the appointment 3 weeks ago and I didnt understand why they couldnt see us on time. Again she sounded angry and told me to wait and someone will come to get us. No one came for another 15 min at which point I left. According to me that was so disrespectful they have no respect for their clients time we made the appointment 3 weeks in advance got there before and still they didnt have enough courtesy to apologise or let us know they were running late or anything really bad service never go there. I wouldnt give any stars if that was an option.

Ive been taking my 17 year (this year) old cat to this clinic for several years and have always been very pleased with their vets and service - until now. I took Gracie in November for an annual checkup and a bladder infection.. She remained in her carrier until we got into the exam room when I let her out. Gracie is an indoor car and its cold out so she isnt even going out on our patio. In December, I took her to my former vet for scratching and she had a massive flea infection. Panther Lake takes no responsibility for this. My advice - dont go to Panther Lake!

This Vet team has done nothing but been great for my family of dogs and I. Things have improved greatly since I began coming 8 years ago. I am extremely happy with how they treat me and my dogs.

Took my 7 month old Male cat to be neutered and they were fantastic. Friendly helpful staff! They took very good care of my kitty, he acted like nothing even happened as soon as he got home. 😆

I brought my 3 year old rottweiler to this place for bladder stones. Dr. Barringham is the only surgeon that will ever perform any kind of procedure on my dogs. He is the most caring and compassionate doctor. I never doubted that he truly cared about my boy!

Please stay away from Panther Lake. I just resigned from working with this clinic after a year and a half. There are a lot of wrong doings within this clinic but the most heartbreaking is that they allow a doctor who abuses animals to work here. Dr Dickerson is the main doctor who sees exams. We recently discovered that on many occasions she would come in drunk and work a full day. We have also seen, on many accounts, her abuse her patients. A few coworkers and myself took our concerns up with management and to my amazement, they brushed this under a rug and told us “we believe in second chances here at VCA”. So yes, these monsters gave this drunk, abusive doctor a “second chance”. I now have absolutely no respect for the VCA company and was so heartbroken and disgusted to be working with and for these people. I have morals and I’m in this line of work because I love animals so I am trying to do my best to keep people away from this clinic if you need an exam. The surgeon, Dr Barringham, is an amazing doctor who really cares about every single one of his patients. But if your pet needs an exam, I urge you to go elsewhere. Please spread the word and help me stop this doctor from hurting any more animals.

Vets for less was great! they were caring, straight forward with their pricing and great service. its a shame its been bought out by VCA. Now this place suspiciously tacks on random charges, extra charges for different conditions, etc. Ill be looking for a new vet

We first tried Vets for Less animal clinic about two years ago, and from the moment we entered the clinic, we knew that the clinic was a great place. The front office check-in staff is very courteous, and more importantly, the veterinarians and their assistants are very nice, thorough, knowledgable, and handle the animals with great care. Our small dog has had major emergency surgeries, oral care (cleaning and extractions), eye exams, and shots performed at Vets for Less, and each time we have visited, I have been pleasantly surprised both at the outstanding quality of care that they provide animals. Even more importantly, I love how well they treat people owners by taking the time to explain what all the tests, exams, and results mean and whether there are alternatives. I trust them, and they have never treated us owners wrong or been judgmental to us unlike the treatment we have received at some other clinics we have visited. That the prices are also very affordable makes Vets for Less the only animal clinic that we have found where you get tons of value for your money.Therefore, I absolutely highly recommend Vets for Less animal clinic for both minor and major veterinary services.As a side note, I have read some of the low scoring (1-star) reviews of this clinic... I can attest to the fact that this clinic is not all about the money. You cannot find another clinic for 50 miles or more that provides this level of care and services at such affordable prices. I believe those experiences are not truthful or they are very, very unique.

Definitely not the same since they changed from Vets for less. Prices have gotten very high for simple procedures. Adding on lots of extra charges for things that werent needed. And still had to wait 3 hours to be seen. Wont be going back.

Now that this place is no longer Vets for Less we will no longer be going there. Prices have went up dramatically and there now seems to be way too many hidden and added fees. Makes me sad too as we did like the vet and he knew our doggy.

Poor service!!.. Came here to get my dog appointment for vaccine, but instead theyd vaccinated my dog for different vaccine!!! NOT I was told in the phone!! Also they charged me for exam ONLY thing that Dr. did is look at my dog ears and heart beat and thats $50... Then told me to get my dog train before they do their next service. what do you expect after giving my dog a 2 shot of vaccines and do another shot after that? yes my dog is aggressively.. what do you expect for a guard dog? Im NOT coming back here anymore!

I took my Pembroke Corgi in to get spayed and chipped at Vets For Less. A friend of mine referred me after she over heard me complaining of the HIGH prices at my other vets office. I was a little skeptical at first thinking I hope this isnt a get what you pay for kind of place, but it wasnt at all. The office was clean and bright.The front office staff were pleasant and well informed and the vets friendly. When I picked up my girl from her spay, she was being cuddled and loved by the staff. Her incision was also VERY SMALL compared to my other dogs spay which was 3 times the incision length by another clinic. My puppy was recovered by the next day and full of energy. I highly suggest them and am thankful I didnt have to drain the bank to have great care for my dog. I will be back! Thanks Vets for Less!!! Crystal and Jane Stewart

Not intested in listening to me over phone about our cat throwing up, insisted it was due to chemicals with out seeing my cat or listening. Ive taken my fur baby and business else where. At new clinic our fur baby is just fine, intestional parasite -- no chemical.

Today was my 4th and final visit. I waited an hour and a half for a *vaccine* - which is supposed to be faster, but no .. I left before getting the vaccination because I have another appointment - were finding another vet. This is the second time Ive had to leave because of the extraordinary wait - worse, when I would asked How much longer? They said, in every instance, they had no idea. No idea. The two times I stayed to get my pup a vaccination I didnt have appointments after and wondered why I would waste so much time waiting for such minor care. The cost is not really a savings because the original practice was bought out by these folks. I wont have to worry about those waits any longer and there are plenty of good vets in the area.

Dont go here. The prices may be the same but they will put items now on your bill you do not need. I have three animals and have gone to vets for less for seven years. My first and last experience with vca panther lake animals hospital. I will be coming back when Im not so frustrated and be getting all three of my animals records to search for a new vet. They are no longer cheaper then a normal vet so instead of waiting four hours for bogus charges I rather find somewhere else who has high integrit and values my time.

Do not got there, the service and vet are jokes. I brought my GSD for skin infection underneath his billy, the vet did not even look at it properly what is wrong with it and gave me over 150$ of prescriptions. Also they keep sending me unknown bill and invoice over and over again. I always pay all the bill upfront never leave any balance. I called and asked them about it the stuff did not even know what it is about. It is freaking ridiculous. JUST DONT GO THERE. There is a reason why that place only have overall 2.3 stars review!

Your federalway VCA location is TRASH. They just made me wait 2 hours with a puppy that has something in its throat because they are understaffed and told me they could help me then told me I was going to pay 300+ $ to tell me to go to an emergency vet because they couldnt help. After confirming with me they could. They are Literally just trying to milk for $ I am posting this on EVERY group I belong to. The rooms were filthy hair and whatever clumped in the corner, treating people who have used the location for years like pests particularly the chick with glasses and blue green hair. The original lady was very helpful and kind that i checked in with and the vet tech. The VET didnt even look or touch her neck throat open her mouth anything she came in for all of 3 minutes and left. When it was vets for less we came in and actually got help they seemed ro care for real. This is sickening. I am now waiting to get my dog some real care.

Wonderful wonderful people that work here have always taken such good care of my dachshunds. I drive over a hour to get here cause all vets around my house are way to costly. Thank you to everyone that works there!!!!

This place is horrible!I came in today at 11:30am to get my 10 week old puppy checked. All I needed was for her to get all her vaccinations. Since she got diarrhea from changing her food, they asked to step outside because she’s highly contagious. I kept going inside to check if my puppy was next and that rude receptionist kept telling me no we are going to let you know. Patients kept going in and out. She’s still said nothing and even got an attitude when I went to ask. I finally left at 2pm because they still didn’t know when we were next. They wasted my time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would never recommend!!!!!

I have been with this clinic for about 8 months and they have been great. The customer service is great, my pets come out of there in one piece and they took the time to educated me on their meds, etc. Plus they gave me option for buying products outside of their clinic to save me more money. Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you for taking care of my babies and being so great!

I am very happy to give 5 stars for the amazing service and care my chihuahua recently received, when we discovered he had developed what looked like infection in his gums, and he wasnt acting like himself. We were able to get right in with an appointment! (They are no longer a walk-in clinic) We arrived 15 minutes early, and we sat down in the air conditioned waiting area, and we expected to wait....5 minutes later we were in a room! The best news was that Dr Barringham would be seeing our little dog! He has done our dogs knee surgery, and treated our previous dogs! He really cares and spends time explaining what his findings are. He got our little guy right in for oral cleaning and extractions...our chihuahua had 2 back molars that had decayed. We were given a complete breakdown of costs, no surprises. From the time we went in, to the time we took our dog home, was less than 2 hours!! The cost was less than other vets charge for cleanings, xrays, and extractions. I highly recommend this clinic for your veterinary needs and Dr Barringham is awesome!! The staff was caring and kind, and called to follow up and see how our little guy was doing. I couldnt be happier with our chihuahuas care, his mouth is healing and he is back to his bouncy self!

Took my dog in for a broken nail. The vet said they said they would trim the rest of his nails and instead cut all of them half way up. He’s been crying all day now. They also gave him back to me with poop all over his paws. Very friendly staff, however, disappointed with the service.

We have taken two dogs and one cat so far, all three 11 yrs old for their dental/extractions and vaccination needs and 8 wks ago took our 5 lb pomeranian for both rear knees to be corrected with surgery.Now, our little Rosie runs like the wind.We have had nothing but the best care and instructions from this establishment. Going to be bringing our last 16yr old pet in soon to get her taken care of. So thankful for this business, well worth the 48 miles and time involved for the care and the affordable cost.I agree Dr. Barringham is fabulois and is extremely caring and works super hard to make affordable care possible.

I took my dog here for an emergency surgery and felt extremely comfortable leaving her with the staff here, and thats saying a lot because she is my service animal. I also began taking my kitten here as soon as I got her, and plan on going soon for shots. The staff is very kind, helpful and informative.

I had to do the unthinkable today.... put down my cat. I wont get into details but she was a danger to others, so it had to be done. Ive never ever had to do anything like this to someone who I consider a member of my family. The vets for less staff were so compassionate and helpful every step of the way... from my phone call asking about it, to my check in, to allowing me to pay in advance because once it was done, I was heartbroken. I cant say enough about how compassionate everyone was. If youre reading this THANK YOU. You made a very sad day a little less sad.

Very good price for vaccinations. I always bring my Min Pin here for all her check ups as well. The wait can be a bit long due to the fact that the prices are very competitive and the care is exemplary.

The vetrenaians always treat our pets as if they where there own, every one of our dogs is treated with respect and kindness. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, always impresses me how even though they can be under alot of pressure do to how busy they are, they are always still smiling. The care and prices at this clinic is more than 5 stars.

To busy to care and dumpster fire! Litteraly told to go away and not ask questions about our exam! Keep in mind we had questions because our exam was cut short for an emergency. We didn’t even get to complete our exam on possible cancer! Sure I get an emergency and we support saving that dog emergency, but we were promised a call back to follow up on our exam. But no call after 30 min and then we called back and we were told to go away our exam is over. I even said, the Dr can get back to us on their timeline as was told: Drs won’t answer our questions and we can’t get a call back on our questions! I ask to speak to the staff person that promised a call back, but that was refused! Trust is broken! It’s one thing to be treated like this, but How DARE they do this after they cut our exam short! After escalation to management, I’m getting some recovery and fixed explanation on the diagnosis. That’s right, since staf communicates for Dr in the emergency we got bad information! I’ll need a lot more understanding, apology, and commitment to prevent a repeat! If that happens I’ll fix this one star to two. Honestly, this clinic is to busy to care about your pet and help you make the right medical decision! Stay away!

I took my 6 year old 13 pounds long hair chihuahua and 5 year old 4 pounds short hair chihuahua to have their first ever teeth cleaning. My normal vet estimated $700-950 for both of them. The total that I spent at vets for less was under $328. This covered cleaning, 8 teeth extraction for the little one, pain shot for the little one, take home pain meds for the little one, and nail clippings for both. I scheduled an appointment and dropped her off around 8AM. When they checked me in, they went through all the extra cost options with me such as we will call you if they need extractions but if we cannot get a hold of you, do you want us to proceed with the extraction or stop work completely? The vet called me at 11 and asked about the extraction, I gave her the OK and they were both ready for pick up by 12:30PM. When I arrived to pick them up, the vet met with me to discuss after treatment care. She also said to come back if there are any issues because rechecks are free of cost. Both of my dogs are doing well and I plan to go back for routine visits (such as shots and teeth cleaning). I recommend this place for preventative care.

One of the better veterinary clinics Ive visited. The vet actually listened to me when I said I only needed a prescription ear medicine refill, and didnt require an endless string of unnecessary tests and procedures before writing the scrip.

Have brought my 50 lb. pit bull in for nail clipping several times. The staff truly do put the pet first in all they do. Even though my pit bull can be stubborn they were able to do the job when I had been turned down by Pet Smart. I will continue to return there.

I had a family pet fall into my care because they could no longer afford to care for her! I took her straight to Vets For Less since the McChord vet was closed (were military). They were able to do a dental cleaning, extractions, X-rays, bloodwork, antibiotics, nail trim, pain med shot and update all her shots for 563!!! I couldnt believe it!!!! At my current vet, i paid just that for a visit, shots, and microchip per pet for my other pets at home!Dr Ashley Austin was beyond magnificent! We have since then brought our other pets here. In fact, last wk we came in for a booster and a new rabies, which for 3 dogs was 124 dollars!!!!!! I dont have a single bad comment about the clinic! I will be very upset the day we have to move! They are the best. Hands down. You will not be disappointed!

Stay away from this clinic. Seriously. They dont care about your pets, all they care about is how much money they can make off you. My dog had a horrible skin infection, I spent so much money and time on this clinic, they where never able to make his skin infection go away. Every time I would go back they would say okay lets prescribe him a different shampoo and get $300 to $500 out of me every single visit. I should have not gone back the first time I didnt see any improvement, but I was a first time pet owner at the time and I was scared for my dog, all I wanted was for him to get better. Until finally I realized I wasnt getting anywhere going to this vet. I took him to a different clinic in Seattle, and believe me, within the first visit they were able to make his skin infection go away. I ended up paying $130.00 and my dog is doing so much better.If my review is not enough to convince you to stay away from this clinic, go to yelp and check the filtered reviews, youll see the kind of animal clinic they really are.

I have an older Terrier mix that was in desperate need of dental care. His previous vet wanted $350 right off the bat before even determining how extensive the work was going to be. My neighbor recommended Vets for Less. I checked out the price list on the website realizing that the dental work would probably be more expensive, but it was worth a shot. No appointments and it was Saturday so I was prepared to spend all morning waiting. I arrived at 9:30am. I was embarrassed because I had put it off because of the cost. Dr. West was very nice and understanding and didnt make me feel like a horrible pet owner. She said that she could do the surgery that day. The assistant came in to explain the procedure. 5 extractions and cleaning came to $230! I almost started to cry because I was expecting double that.I was in there a total of an hour and a half and returned at 4pm to pick up my dog. It was a bit busy and hectic but then again, theres no appointments. Everyone was extremely patient. Surgery went off without any problems and 3 days later hes recovered quite nicely. Will be returning next week for his vaccinations.If you are on a budget, I highly recommend this place.

When my cats mouth swelled up, I immediately tried to make an appointment with her normal vet, but they didnt have time to see her. So I called Vets for less, who told me to come in right away. They were able to figure out what was wrong with her and she ended up having to have all her teeth pulled out. If I would have gone to her normal vet, I would have paid probably $2500-$3000 more than I paid at Vets for less. Most importantly my kitty is feeling so much better. Its been 2 years and her mouth is no longer bothering her. I now take my other 2 kitties to Vets for less for their dental cleanings and they do a really great job. If youre worried about wait times make an appointment for first thing in the morning; Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

If my owner is patient, I really like the care that I get here.

I’m so disappointed, i’ve brought my 12 year old basset hound there for a few years now along with my cat and they have always been so great. A month or two ago my hound got a cyst on his toe and we initially got antibiotics and a soak to do on it and we were told if that didn’t work he would need surgery to remove it, those remedies were working and it was going down! Flash to now, it’s bad again getting worse each day. I’ve called them two times now to schedule a surgery for him to get it removed, both times they’ve told me to wait to receive a call back from the surgeon, the first call they said wait a day, i did; the second call they said wait 3 days; it is now 4 days later and i’m fed up. I’ve told them how concerned i am with his cyst both times and still nothing. I’ve now called another vet to schedule him an appointment and surgery, they have never seen my dog and have already scheduled his surgery along with his first examination. So disappointed and not going to come here again.

Used to be passable but the change in name has led to increased prices and ddecreased in quality of service and professionalism! Will be looking for other options for my pet in the future!

This is completely useless money not pet caring clinic. Rude, unhelpful staff not even talking about 2-3 hour wait time. They gave my cat vaccine associated sarcoma and now wont even care to make her feel better. Again they dont care about your pet or its condition they will gladly take your money and send you home. Please if you love your animal find a better clinic.

Y’all should not be running a business. All your staff is rude and this place is highway robbery. None of you are professionals. Maybe u could work at McDonald’s instead.

I do not recommend Panther Lake animal Hospital I Called Tuesday To make sure I didn’t have to get an exam in order to get a rabies shot for my cat I was told no exam required so on Wednesday I show up at 9 o’clock in the morning And the receptionist told me that Tuesday evening they had changed their policies now I’m going to have to pay $45 for an exam I sat there for 2 1/2 hours before they called me in for the exam Then I waited another 30 minutes just for theVeterinarian to give my cat the Rabies shot I actually left the exam room because the veterinarian was taking so long I had my 14 month old grandson in a stroller so I took him out into the waiting room just to get a Little fresh air and strolling him back-and-forth a little bit I was telling a lady who was also waiting that I had been here since 9 o’clock and it was almost 12 o’clock And that I would never come back here again all the sudden the veterinarian comes out and tells me you need to get back in the exam room right now I told her that I had been waiting for three hours and when she went back to give my cat the shot I would go back she kept demanding me get back in the room when she finally said I’m going to be going in the room I went in the room when we got in the room She said where is your cat and I said I don’t know I didn’t let him out he would’ve had to go through that door right there where you came in and her assistant said there he is under the chair And tried to scold me why I let him out of the carrier I told her I didn’t let him out the lady that came in earlier and checked his temperature is the one who let him out honestly before I left the room I didn’t think about putting him back in his carrier I mean please he had been in his carrier for three hours I was so upset the veterinarian tries to tell me well you didn’t have to wait that long you could’ve left and I said don’t even go there I’m not leaving now just give him the shot so I can leave and the veterinarian says would you like to go check out so you can leave here even sooner I told her yes and I would never come back again So when I went to pay the nurse came out and said oh by the way we’re going to go ahead and give you all your files because you are no longer allowed to come here I was so thankful While I was waiting one of the lady’s sitting next to me told me about the coupon free First Exam Personally I feel that the receptionist who knew that I had called in the day before should’ve told me about the coupon so if you do go in and you keep hearing the Receptionist telling everyone how we only have one veterinarian beware boy was she ever right they only have one veterinarian and it’s a three hour wait just to get a rabies shot🤔

To long of wait- changing vets for better care!

Wife brought my dog in and was forced to get an exam when hes been seen before and just needed updated shots. Exam was almost 50 bucks and they spent less than a minute looking at him. Not worth the money if you only need shots or if you want a real pet exam performed.

The staff are very helpful and caring. But sadly I had to put down ... My cat I had no choice my cat got posioned and shot in the leg. The. Staff were really understanding about it.

Doctor D. is an awesome vet. She really cares about animals. She even examined my duck. Best.Vet.Ever.

They saved my dogs life last time and tomorrow I hope they can help with his droopy eye...so sad all of this but these people care and are hard working!

They gave my dog an overdose of anesthesia and they said it will ware off in 1 or 2 days and its about to be 3 and it still hasnt wore off and hes gotten worse before he went to the vet he was better

Just recently got a new puppy! I called vets for less to see how much it would cost for all of the vaccinations and I almost cried tears of joy because of how cheap it was. For all of the vaccination appointments PLUS a microchip the total only came up to $118!! I am so pleased with this price! The twin lakes vet, on 320th, was going to charge me $200 more for the same thing!?!

Absolutely love them. They were all so nice and the doc we seen, she was a great lady and wonderful dr.

Go to a real vet.

I took my chiweenie here for shots and he had a horrible reaction, twice. I took him to another clinic after and said that the vet gave too many shots at once for our little guy. The vet was uncaring and cold. Waste of time and money. The money I would have saved here I spent twice as much having to get a second opinion. If you care for your pets my advice would be to look elsewhere.

Bring your animal here if you want it to die. I brought a cat in for a tooth extraction and it ended up in a coma. They were rude and aggressive and discourteous. They accuse me of yelling when I never yelled at anyone. If I can afford it I will bring a lawsuit on their heads. On top of all that they made me wait for hours before they even started the procedure when I had an appointment. Nightmare experience don’t come here if you know what’s good for your pet. Update: the heartless workers at this place refused to give me the cat because of this review. AND the owner had to leave work early to get her. When they handed her over, she wasn’t moving and was breathing very rapidly. They broke the hearts of a whole family, and never took one ounce of responsibility. May they be judged for their incompetence and cruelty. 2nd update: Chip, The sweetest cat I have ever known, had to be put down today. I hope the people responsible feel the pain of what they’ve done.

If I could give them more stars I would. I do not know who owns this place however, it is such a great service to those of us who have multiple furry family members that need medical attention, dental, spay, shots etc. The ladies at the front desk were so professional, very caring, attentive, and checked us in fast. I was very nervous about having a procedure done on my tiny maltese, they made feel at ease, went over the entire procedure, never pressured us into other options. We have raise furry family members for over 40 years and I have been to 100s of vets over the years and none can compare to vets for less. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Peanut Butter. I cant imagine the negative comments, but you cant please everyone I guess, but we are beyond please from start to finish... PS we were qoted over 2500 for the same procedure from a vet we have used for over 10 years, and they were always rude and never wanted to answer questions and made us feel like we were taking up too much of there time. NOT vets for less it felt as if we were the only patients they had....

Super extended wait times I have been in there 2 times and for just routine shots waited over 2 hours the next time was there when they open and was there for 4and half hours just for an ear infection. Customer service is really poor and all the staff there is rude I honestly dont know what they do back there since there was not very many people there and they only spent about 2 mins actually checking my dog OVERALL. dont even try calling cause they will put you on hold for ever then tell you their to busy to go somewhere else. Not ever going back there they do not care about your pet unless they are getting something expensive done. Stay away.

My 12 year old Black lab/Shar pei mix was refusing to walk, eat and go to the bathroom on his own. We took him to Vets for Less to see if there was anything we could do for him. The vet, Ashley Austin, came in and looked at him for a few minutes. Without doing any tests or even touching him, she told us that he had hip dysplasia and nerve degeneration and began pressuring us to have him put to sleep.I said no, but she continued to pressure us and made the comment that “part of growing up is learning to let go” even though I am an adult and she looks barely older than me! As I continued to refuse, she gave us some pain medication and anti-inflammatories and sent us on our way. She told us that he would never walk again. Despite her diagnosis, he made a complete recovery and is behaving just as he used to.Ashley made no attempts at assessing my dog’s condition before making a diagnosis and did not provide us with a referral. She acted in a completely unprofessional and condescending manner towards me, and if I had listened to her, my dog would’ve been dead for no reason.Vets for less may be great for simple things such as vaccinations, but do not bring your pet here for anything serious. They will not tell you to see another vet, they will only tell you that your pet is sick beyond recovery and pressure you to put them to sleep.

3+ hour wait for vaccines no matter what time you come, no ability to make appointments. Ive actually owned a dog who died waiting to be seen here while the techs were busy with nail trims.

I would never take my cat bact to Vets for less. 7 years ago I had my male cat neutered there. Afterwards, my cat got an infection, from the surgery. When I took my cat in to Vets for less the docter (owner) insulted me and told me to go to another vet, after which he threw a phone book down for me to look up another vet. He was so loud and rude, he even hurt my cat further by squeezing on his penis to prove to me that he could urinate! All while my cat was howling in pain by what that man did to him. I only wanted antiboitics, however this vet was so angry at me that he practically threw me out of the office. I would never recommend this butcher to anyone, who loves their cat.

This place has a laundry list of problems, and because they made me wait 2 hours for a shot I dont have time to type all of them!

So. My review from a couple years ago isnt showing up anymore.I was actually yelled at by one of the vets here for following the instructions given to me by another yet that also works here. After being yelled at, I got a copy of my cat records and havent been back. Very unprofessional and they dont communicate with each other.
