We just left our tax appointment and I have to say Judy Queich was fast friendly and accurate. She was absolutely amazing. If your looking for a tax person who is genuine its her!!!

I brought my taxes in 4 weeks ago (admittedly it was for 5 years of taxes) but they are still not ready. I came to pick up the years that were not completed and was told that they will be charging me an undisclosed amount of money if I didnt file with them since theyve been supposedly working on these for almost a month now. They are refusing to give me my documents back. Im going to have to call the police to get my documents back and report them to the BBB.I spoke with customer service at their corporate office, they were very helpful. They contacted this office and let me know that I can pick up my documents. I am grateful for their help.I picked up my documents and was informed they will be billing me for their time. I will be filing a complaint about this location with the BBB and if I receive a bill for services not provided to me I will be bringing them to court.I do want to mention that Nancy helped me with the 3 years of taxes that I did file through this location. She was extremely nice and professional and she stayed late to help me out. I know overall I rated this location as a 1 star, Id like to give Nancy 5 stars.Jen,I did contact the care team again just to verify that I wasnt getting charged for the tax years that were not completed. She did verify that I shouldnt be getting a bill for any taxes they did not file for me and to call them back if I do receive a bill from this location. I let her know Ive used Jackson Hewitt for my taxes 4 other years and Ive never had an experience like this. She did give me the information for a different Jackson Hewitt that I could contact that is not affiliated with this location. The people that Ive talked to at the corporate office have been extremely helpful and understanding. Theyre doing an amazing job.Thank you

Joanne Alvarado was my tax professional in 2021 while I was there at the office with her the phone was ringing off the hook people were coming in the office was just so busy but through it all she didnt lose track of what she was taken care of for me I had a lot of questions my taxes were pretty difficult this year she did some research prior to me come again and had answers from the minute I sat down that help me getting my taxes completed her customer service was excellent her professional attitude with so much appreciated Ill definitely make sure to return to Jackson Hewitt next year just so that I can have Joanne Alvarado do my taxes once again thank you Joanne for your services

I normally deal with Linda every year but this year there was a very rude lady who had no idea what to do if you dont have a 1099. I told her repeatedly I spoke to supervisor Bridget and she explained to me what I needed to do without one. This lady didnt offer me to sit. I sat against the in their waiting area for over 45 mins until she got done. Ive been to this location 8 years and never been treated this bad. 😞 a gentleman ended up finishing my return.

Had Joanne start my return by phone and Judy completed at our in person Appointment. I would still recommend this location each person was helpful, professional and very kind. Excellent staff, Quality service

Came for a free estimate didn’t sign any documents . Came back another day to get my W2’s because they kept them all and they did not want to release them because they said “since they went through the process of giving me an estimate they have to call their manager” Took an hour because the agent helping us kept getting up doing other things. Terrible. If I knew this was what entailed getting an estimate, would have never came.

I went into Jackson Hewitt today and was seen by Judy Quelch let me tell you she was amazing I recommend anybody that goes here gets there taxes done with her shes patient and explains everything and when there slogan says maximum refund thats exactly what they mean maximum refund Judy Quelch went up and beyond for me thank you so much judy for everything.

This place charged my husband 400 something dollars to do his taxes and then sent him an email stating that they had a check for him, then lost the check and does not want to help him, the woman is very rude and continuing to help other customers while my husband needs assistance
