I havent had to use and ACE in almost a decade. When I went in they not only cashed my check that Walmart refused three separate times. But they opened me a flare account free of charge. I dont have to use PayPal anymore. Superb customer service.

Friendly staff eager to put you in a never ending cycle of debt. They also threaten and abuse collection practices when you cannot afford to pay. I do not recommend any payday loan and especially from a company that continues to threaten their customers for payments.

I was extremely pleased with the woman, Debra, who helped me. Even though it was still busy, Friday, and close to closing, she was pleasant, patient, and happy to assist me. I will always go to that ACE location.

Horrible customer service I waited for 20 minutes while the lady behind the counter was on a personal phone call discussing a car accident. I finally left and went to cash America across the parking lot where they took care of me right away!Update :I have been back in there a few times since this and the service is much better! although somewhat uncomfortable as she always lets me that she know that she knows it was me that wrote the review.
