I am new to this area and decided to shop local. King’s Flooring met my every expectation. Their installers are the nicest people I’ve ever met! 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking to do business with honest people.

DO NOT USE Kings Floor Covering. We were treated nice when we came in but when it came time to actually preform the service we were shown the absolute worst customer service we have experienced. The installers rolled out our white carpet on our muddy farm house drive way in the rain to cut it. Then walked all over it in their muddy shoes. They did not wear covering over their shoes or remove their shoes. We also were told that we would have it done in one day so we could leave for vacation. They showed up 2 hours late then at 3:30pm they said sorry we have to leave for another job. When a different installer came back a week later to install he was shocked. There was black stains all over the carpet. He said he personally would not accept this carpet even if it was cleaned. Who wants a brand new product that is damaged. We have had to fight it so much with Debbie and the team at kings flooring. They do not fight for their customers and will not back you up when things are not done correctly. Absolutely unhappy and shocked that a company with close to 5 star reviews would treat us this way.

Im quite astonished at how poor of service we received from Kings Floor Covering, Inc. First they said it would get done in 1 day; we gave them the option to come a day early to make sure we could get done before we left on vacation but they assured us they didnt need that extra day. Sure enough the installer was late and didnt get done. The installer even said even if he was there on time it was going to be a 2 day job. Not to mention the installer got black stains all over the carpet and our newly painted walls. they sent a new installer James who was actually fantastic and very professional and honest.He straight up told us that if it were his house he wouldnt accept this carpet as it is and that it was done very poorly. How ironic when we got a text from Kings Floor Covering, Inc. that said and I quote, James said the job looks perfect and ready to install. It is exactly how he wouldve had it read for install as well Now I cant say what conversation was had between them, but it doesnt matter who said what, someone has lied. After calling about how dissatisfied we were, Rather than offer good customer service they doubled down on their position. They first said well you chose a light carpet. (so now its our fault that the installer got stains all over). Then they said well that installer does jobs for us all the time and does a great job (what does that have to do with this job?) Then Debbie starting arguing that this is how jobs get done all the time. (I doubt its normal to roll out off-white carpet on a mostly dirt ground while its drizzling outside.) Then she she started arguing on a personal level saying, well Ive been working with for the last month and you havent had a problem with us that whole time and now all of a sudden you are calling us bad people HAHA. Yes for a whole month we did not problems UNTIL YOU BEGAN RENDING THE ACTUAL SERVICE. So yes it makes sense that at that point we would not be happy.I imagine they will respond to this saying that this customer just wanted a different color and were finding ways to complain. Previously we did see if we could get a different color; however, it wasnt a big issue just a preference and nothing that was enough to not want to finish the install. in fact, we would have finished the install had the new installer not commented on how subpar it was done to date. The audacity of the extent that Debbie would take to double down rather than help a customer is astonishing beyond all measure.

Hello,My wife & I couldn’t be happier with how our shower turned out. Debbie took the time to sit down with my wife & help design everything top to bottom. We will be back when we remodel the rest of our home.

AMAZING. FLAWLESS. OUTSTANDING. I am so incredibly pleased with the customer service and installation from Kings Flooring. They were able to find the exact match to our current floors that were installed 6 years ago by a different company. The home looks beautiful & installation was quick and simple! Not to mention pricing was fantastic compared to the big box companies. Do yourself a favor and shop local at Kings Flooring, you won’t be disappointed!

Very unprofessional, and did not offer any customer service resolutions. After describing how unsatisfied we were with the installer they simply made excuses like saying “that’s how it is always done” in short they argued so much to try and convince us that such subpar service is okay and normal and that everyone has been satisfied in the past.

We had the best experience with Kings Floor Covering!! They helped in every way possible. My husband and I were working on a tight schedule and Debbie and Darren stayed after hours to make sure we picked the right carpet we needed and preferred. We also found the lowest prices here after looking through several stores in the area. Love this company and the family who runs it. We highly recommend using them for your floors!

I had used this company several years ago for carpeting a bedroom after a fire. I was very pleased with the quality of work at that time. So, I had no reservations about using them again. My job was small this time as well. I was only carpeting two bedrooms this time. In hindsight, I feel like I was treated differently than someone who is looking to spend thousands of dollars would have been. I was ushered to the warehouse to look at remnants because my job was small and I had shared that I didn’t want to spend a fortune. I was OK with that but, the lighting in the warehouse was horrible and I couldn’t get a feel for the true color of the carpet. So they Gave me a sample that they “thought” was the same color. I brought it home and decided that I would go with it. Debbie actually made me feel like she was doing me a favor (She said that she was only getting her cost back on the carpet) which I was highly offended by. They scheduled a date to lay the carpet which was over a week out. But, then Debbie called late evening (4 days earlier than original date scheduled) and wanted to do it the next day. It was last minute notice but I didn’t think that would make a huge difference.. Bottom line, carpet laying day was pretty much a disaster for me. I came home from running errands at 1PM thinking the carpet should be laid and they should be gone. It turns out only one person came to do the job. To my surprise my house was a wreck, my air-conditioning had been turned off (it was 90 degrees outside), and my entry door was propped open, and the one person that came to lay the carpet was nowhere near done. We we’re paying extra to have furniture moved out of one bedroom. The two heaviest pieces of furniture were not moved out of the bedroom. He worked around them which I did not like. There were a lot of scratches on my freshly painted walls in both bedrooms. There is a cut in the laminate flooring in my dining room. There are scratches on the door of the bedroom that he attempted to move the furniture out of. I ended up having to move all of the furniture again to clean up the awful mess of cuttings. And four days later I’m still finding staples. And to top it off I don’t really like the carpet. I guess it will grow on me. I don’t live an extravagant lifestyle and I don’t have extravagant things but, I am thankful for the things I do have and try to take care of them.

Came here to pick tile for my master shower in my new construction. All I had was a piece of my floor tile and wanted to stay in the general color family... Debbie was extremely helpful. She pulled out all the tile she could find in that same color family and gave suggestions and ideas on what I could do. I would definitely suggest this company to anybody shopping for tile!

Even though I knew I really needed new carpet and tile, I was nervous about the cost. Lowe’s had given me a rough estimate of 5k about a year ago. I went to Kings and couldn’t believe all the choices! Debbie was so knowledgeable and took the time with me to show me everything i was interested in and compare costs. It was actually a lot of fun shopping with her. She got the quotes to me quickly and we scheduled the installation. The cost was almost half of what Lowe’s had quoted me. The guys were awesome and knocked the floors out in only 1 day! The work is really nicely done. I am really impressed with the entire experience and would absolutely recommend them. Lots of options, quality work, friendly knowledgeable staff, better prices than the big box guys. A+

We had a great experience with King Floor Covering. We were very happy with the sales team and the installers. Our carpet was challenging to install due to patterns in the carpet. The installers were an awesome team and you cannot find a seam. We are very please with our new carpet and highly recommend King Floor Covering!!!

I needed to replace all of the flooring in my home. The family that owns Kings flooring did a wonderful job of helping me pick the best flooring that I could get and they helped me do it so that I could stay within my budget. The family and their employees were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. The installation process was done when they said it would be done and the floors look fantastic! I highly reccommend using this company if you want a stress free, affordable, pleasant flooring experience!

My husband and I own and manage rental property for the last 17 years. Kings Flooring has been our go to flooring company all this time. They do outstanding work and always give us the best deal in town. We can always rely on them to get the homes measured and new flooring in very quickly. Kings Flooring has great quality materials from carpet, tile to hardwood. We are currently using the vinyl wood flooring. It has shown to be very durable and great looking.

We were referred to Kings and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Quality products and a very knowledgeable staff. They met all of our needs. Very weird experience with this company, my neighbor gave me the number to a guy named Darrin who did his kitchen & works at this store,he came highly recommended and said they did a great job.so i called for Darrin and some lady was very insistent i talk to her, long story short i told her that my neighbor referred me for vinyl and i was told Darrin was great to work with, so than she makes up a lie and tells me she is Darrin and she remembers my neighbor, i kind of chuckle because i know shes lying and i proceed to tell her my specs and let her know that i know shes not Darrin,than the lady interrupts & a asks if im making fun of her name, very unprofessional company to work with, not sure if the receptionist was drunk or what their prerogative is in regards to turning away referrals.

We went to 5 carpet retailers in Fayetteville, and found that Kings was by far the best in every way. There was no close second. This is a family owned and operated small business. The prices were competitive with big box retailers and the customer service was excellent. Darrin the owner listened to what I wanted, and didnt try to sell me up.. just showed me what was available in my price range... and there was a lot. They have a great selection. He and his wife Debbie were very knowlegeable and very helpful. The installation by James and Juan was meticulous. Its just gorgeous and we are so happy with the result. This will be my go to carpet place in the future.
