JEREMIAH AT THE FAYETTEVILLE LOCATION DID AN AMAZING JOB ON MY 2015 MINI COOPER S. IM SO GLAD I WENT TO KLASSY AND GOT THE TINT DONE. I ASKED FOR 20% AND JEREMIAH DELIVERED. HE SAID IT WOULD BE A 4-5 HOUR JOB BUT IT END UP BEING LONGER BECAUSE HES A PERFECTIONIST. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY REFER HIM AND USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN. Jeremiah is an artist, he does excellent work! I highly recommend this young man when it comes to window tint.

They dont answer their phone. Ditto for their shop in PTC.....making it kind of more difficult to get an appointment, so I called someone else who does answer.

They did quality work the wait was long but I am satisfied with the job they did.

I would not recommend either shop. I went to this location. Something happen to the guy doing my tint. It was not his fault what happen. The tent looks cheap and needs to be redone. I ask for the owner to call and he did not contact me.The people who worked there called. I really just want the tent off plus it is not finish.Let me respond to the owner comment. I paid for have the service because it was never finished. I did pay and the guy did not charge for full service. He did not finish. Get your information correct before you post.

This is the place I used last year, August 2019, the day after I got my Hyundai Veloster and the quality was A1. I just traded that car in yesterday and bought a brand new car and guess who Im calling for an appointment tomorrow?? You guessed it, Klassy.

I have to be honest, this is only my experience with this branch of klassy, Im in no way trying to say the guy does a bad job, this was just 1 car 1 customer. And the guy was nice enough.I have used the klassy in Riverdale (closed now), and I have used klassy of PTC twice each and I was very happy with the results on all 4 times all used cars 2 with cloth seats.So when the time came to tint the windows in my new car, I called klassy of PTC but they could not do it right away so I called Fayetteville location because I figured they all should have close to the same standards but sadly I was wrong to assume that. The guys told me to go ahead and bring it in and drop it off so I did, then I picked it up a few hours later, it was cloudy and everything look good I saw some Haze and little bubbles but the guy said it was normal that it would go away in a few days so I said ok, paid and gave him a tip and left.2 days later when the sun came out I saw so many bubbles on the back windshield and a few on the front 2 windows (2 door car) so I was very disappointed and call the guy back he told me to bring it in to evaluate it and see if something could be done. When he saw it he said that the back windshield was bad enough that he would have to re do it but the front windows were ok, he could re-touch them but that was it, long story longer... Is not good but not bad enough to take it off.He said it was because my car had cloth seats and dust particles cause the bubbles, this is a new car with 242 miles at the time, anyways not a really good job but I can leave with it, and he did made it better.

I been trying to call them for weeks and they NEVER answer the phone. They do great work but suck at answering the phone.

Had a appointment today at 9..Get to the shop the door is locked and no one is answering the phone..Voicemail is full.

Jeremiah is very professional and a true car geek. Hes got a couple of car projects cooking in the shop. Great ceramic tint job on my Lexus. Answered all my questions. Found out the car had tint before and there was glue residue that he had to clean off that took extra time, he should have charged me more but he kept to the quoted price. Would highly recommend. He needs to charge more!

I have had 2 cars tinted within the last 2 months and i have no complaints. I also had my speakers in my truck updated the quality of sound is much better.

Great service, very nice people and they tint is very good, no see through bubbles or anything. The cuts are very precise and good. Love them. You guys should come and check them out. Ask for Rick or jay they are the best

930 am appointment. Door locked nobosy will answer the phone.Left after 30 minutes. Mailbox full so I can’t leave a message. This place is a joke.

Had a 9:30 appointment, sign on the window said open, no one answered the phone, then left after twenty min. Very unprofessional and even called ptc location and got no answer.

Best tint shop in town. That man knows what hes doing. This is my third tint and its perfect as usual and professional

When i called the gentalmen was so nice and friendly . He tinted my windows on my ford f-150 i only had the tint a day but since far so good.

Had a 9:30 appointment today, waited for 20 minutes and called the number several times and no answer. Another person said he arrived at 9 when they said they open and no one was there. Will never consider this location again. Called the Peachtree City location and he got me right in and finished in about 35 minutes.
