This charming cabin was the perfect place for a lakeside getaway. The roads there are excellent and easy to navigate, making the house easy to access. Theres plenty of privacy provided by beautiful tress (which also offer great shade on the porch). Its just a short walk down a path to the water, and inside everything feels clean, comfortable, and well-designed. A great choice for couples or families, and I cant wait to visit again!

Had a great experience staying near Beaver Lake at a Cohobnb property. The soaps, shampoos, and extras were a nice touch that made it feel so luxury during our stay. We were able to cook full meals, all utensils and cooking ware was provided. We’ll stay there again!

I’ve stayed at two different properties that this company manages. The first stay was outstanding, the house was a dream and filled with nice touches and elegant decor. It was spotless and is one of our families all-time favorite vacation rentals. I’ve shared the link to that spot with dozens of people!That’s why I was sure that I could trust this company for another stay a year or so later. Unfortunately our experience was very different the second time around.The fridge was too cold so our produce froze and we had some plumbing issues during our stay which they resolved quickly and sent maintenance out but it was unfortunate. We had some iPads and noise cancelling headphones go missing from the house during our stay and we didn’t get much assistance from the company other than a message to say they hoped they showed up and there’s a contract that said they are not liable if things go missing. They stopped replying to my messages asking for help.The home was clean at the surface but the trash can was broken and there were cobwebs in the light fixtures, and dirty paint areas near the shower curtains. The furniture was big and too bulky for the space so the recliners hit the dining furniture is you lean back. Not ideal with kids because I was concerned something would break or get damaged.Our first stay was flawless and we really loved every minute. Our second, at a different property, when we actually needed assistance from the management company to fix leaks or address the faulty fridge wasn’t great and some of our group decided to leave early.

The Southwest style home in the center of the adorable “old town” Lafayette was better than we even imagined! Top of the line kitchen set up and appliances, stylish and roomy, super comfy beds and very clean! To add more charm, there is an outdoor private patio that adds space to an already roomy home! It was quiet at night, super safe area to walk to restaurants and even a Walmart a mile away. Parking is covered and house access is lock code for convenience. I highly recommend staying here!!

My husband and I stayed at Big Blue on Main this past week and we loved it! This house is more than a 5-Star! It is so homelike, has amazing amenities, and is so close to everything in the town! The pictures online are exactly how the house is- actually once you are there it is even better. We had a blast and definitely hope to return someday!

Please read!!!I stayed at a property on Beaver Lake in Rodgers. The house is really nice and appears clean until you start “digging in”. My mom had contacted the host and let them know of a few things that weren’t clean or in working order.I noticed I had started getting bites on my arms and the last day my lower back was itching like crazy. As I prepared to leave I stripped the bed to help the housekeepers out. Much to my surprise my bed was infested with bed bugs and a previous guest dirty blood spotted sheets. I bagged up ALL of my things in trash bags.I am writing this so someone else can be aware. This could have been prevented with proper housekeeping even if it meant relocating to a different property or postponing the trip all together.We have pictures with proof and I have all the fresh bite marks to show as well. The company offered 20% reimbursement of the total. My moms has requested half. I feel the entire amount should be comped due to this HUGE inconvenience and the cost it could possibly have on our family to remedy this if we have brought it home. And not to mention in these times what kind of housekeeping was done to also disinfect/sanitize for Covid.I am so terrified that I may have brought it back home to my family and home. Definitely do not feel like I just took a vacation. The term need a vacation from my vaction is VERY fitting.Please be aware! My bites and the effects I have endured are NOT MINOR but very painful with heat.

We stayed at the Sicily and it was wonderful. My husband, son and his family joined us for my other son’s wedding. The home was sparkling clean. It was adorned with attractive and comfortable furnishings. The large kitchen and open plan to the dining and living room offered ample room for the six of us. We appreciated the 3 1/2 bathrooms with plenty of linens. It was also great to have use of the two car garage, as we encountered rain. Had we more time we definitely would have enjoyed the backyard, and grill. The location is perfect and easy to navigate. Check in was so easy and door code so much better than a key. The host responded quickly and was helpful. The Sicily is a gem and we hope to return.

Our stay with these folks was amazing! The property was beautiful, well kept, beautifully laid out, well decorated, well appointed, and the property managers were SO friendly, responsive, and timely in terms of meeting our needs. All inquiries were responded to within hours, and our stay was just wonderful. Highly recommend working with them if you are a family looking for a getaway or someone looking to be refreshed and renewed in an individual getaway.

- kids enjoyed swimming and catching fish from the shore- Easy drive from Fayetteville- wooded/private far enough out to be an escape but close enough for modern conveniences (paved roads, good internet, ordered take out pizza nearby - 10 minute drive)-Cute, cozy, & perfect for a quick get away.

Our family of 6 stayed at Big Blue for some biking, relaxing, and fun in Bentonville. We could not have asked for a more perfect house to stay in! We absolutely loved the homes location - a short bike ride to downtown and to the amazing bike trails. Our family could come and go for a quick snack or break and then hit the trails again. Big Blue is brand new and beautifully decorated. Everything you could possibly need was provided, including a bike stand and bike tools in the garage for quick tune-ups. We loved using the outdoor grill and soaked our sore muscles in the hot tub every night. We will definitely be visiting again and staying at Big Blue!

Wow! What a great property and location. Everything was delivered as promised, and the property is in excellent condition! Very impressed.

We stayed at Big Blue on Main in December for a college tour at the University of Arkansas. Location was perfect, biked to town and ate at amazing James Beard restaurants, walked to Crystal Bridges and took in some Ansel Adams, rode some of the best trails right in the backyard, and zipped down to Fayetteville to take care of business. House was awesome (need to get the same mattress you have in the primary suite in my house!), everything is so warm and homey at Big Blue.

This was our first time using Cohobnb but it won’t be our last. Cohobnb took extra care and made sure our trip was extra special. They responded quickly and made sure we didn’t have any worries. The property was one of our favorite houses and we have already talked about returning.

Prior to our stay, I asked several questions about the property: is there an electric mixer, is there firewood, are there hairdryers in every bathroom, is there a grill, are there life jackets? They had to get back with me for most the questions . No, there is no electric mixer ( there was), no firewood, you have to bring your own firewood ( there was plenty), only hairdryer in master ( there was at least 3), no grill(but there were pictures showing a charcoal grill), no life jackets but we are going to buy 2 before your visit ( there was a full deck bin full of life jackets, no new ones.When we arrived, it was quite evident that the outside front, side and back yards were very neglected with overgrown weeds, there was poison ivy in the fenced in backyard that was full of dog poop and all the sidewalks and deck areas were unswept.We had to tear down vines before we could get in the backyard fence.The advertised hot tub was empty and dirty with leaves and some standing dirty water, not sure if it’s the owner’s responsibility or the property management for the outside. On the inside, numerous light bulbs were bad, probably about a dozen between upstairs and downstairs, the ceiling fans in the basement were wobbling and the covers were hanging down unsecured. We also had a squealing bathroom exhaust fan. According to the property management team, all the linens were upgraded to luxury but the master bed sheets had pilling and felt like sandpaper.We called upon arrival and the sent someone out that afternoon. He secured the ceiling fans and sprayed the exhaust fan with WD40(it was quiet for about a day). Maintenance man said he didn’t work on hot tubs so someone else would be there the next day. They came the next day but never fixed because the outside spigot was broke. We were not at the house when the maintenance man was there but evidently they told the management team that it was fixed. I had to send a picture showing proof that it wasn’t. On the 3rd day another guy came to work on the hot tub, left to get parts but never came back. On 2 occasions when the maintenance men were there when we we not at the house, the front door was wide open and another day the back basement patio door was left open.The inside of the house was comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for 11 people, 4 families. The hot tub never was working.The property was listed as Cedar Shores in Bella Vista, Arkansas.

Staying at the MylarHouse was the perfect base camp for our Rogers/Bentonville bike & brew vacation! We vacationed with our daughter and son-in-law and sharing an Airbnb home rather than a hotel with separate rooms, gave us so many more moments of connection together!!! The Mylar House is incredibly cute with such an amazing history! It’s nestled in a quaint and quiet little neighborhood right next to downtown Rogers and a nice bike trail.We visited over Fourth of July weekend and rode our bicycles downtown to attend an outdoor concert. We were super close to beaver Lake and went to the swim beach which was a lot of fun! Our short little commute to Bentonville and the awesome restaurants and over the top by trail through a garden made our trip oh so memorable!The Mylar House had all kinds of rooms and amenities to make our stay so comfortable in many ways! We spent time in each room and enjoyed the decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The beds and all of the furniture were very comfy. We enjoyed the front porch as we shot of fireworks with the neighbors and made new friends! Enjoying the comforts of home included cooking big breakfasts and having a full-size refrigerator to house all of the food we brought from Kansas City with us.Home away from home only more fun!!! We will definitely come back again probably this fall. It’s a wonderful memory and I highly suggest that you visit this area and stay at this amazing vintage home with an updated Feng Shui interior, that is so beautifully appointed!

My daughter and I stayed a week at The Grand and it was absolutely the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed at! I called it my penthouse suite because it was so beautifully decorated and upscale that it felt like I was staying in a penthouse! I had my family over for wine and appetizers and they were amazed at how incredible the place was. A great place for entertaining for sure! They had everything you could ever possibly need at your fingertips. I used many of the beautiful platters and serving pieces. It was quiet although right by Dixon street and very safe. I will definitely be staying here again!

Our experience with this company was perfect. They were flexible in meeting our needs. They were easy to communicate with, when we needed help with things, and they replied speedily. If they had properties all over the country, I would seek out their services first because they were simply reliable and professional. This is a review for the house on Solitude Lane: This is the most perfect place to stay. Don’t hesitate for a moment-book this now. It is beautiful, it is comfortable. The beds are amazing, the laundry machines times two is a dream, the decor is beyond luxurious and practical and pleasing to the eye. The shower was A plus. We loved the backyard. We took walks every day with our dog. Perfect sidewalks and trails right nearby. There’s even a little playground up the street with a basketball hoop that kept the kids super busy. The neighborhood was safe. And only a 10 minute drive to the University, the natural co-op store, the juice place. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future. What a bummer for us when checkout day came. No one wanted to leave!! And we stayed for two weeks!! Four kids, a dog and two adults and we fit wonderfully, played the board games they supplied and had comfy movie nights. Thank you to whoever is running this place. It’s five stars all around. SO perfect!!

Recently we rented The Knox a townhome off of Dickson Street and it was the perfect location! Very quiet yet still close to all things Fayetteville including the square. The interior decor and finishes were gorgeous and we cant wait to rent another property from Cohobnb!

My family and I were lucky enough to stay at Southwest Mountain Inn with Cohobnb and had the loveliest experience from start to finish! Communication was a breeze and the instructions were very clear. I love the personal touch of them checking in via text to make sure our stay was going well. We had everything we needed, so we didn’t need any assistance, but I knew they were right there if we did. The property was unique, clean, and very comfortable. I can’t wait to try some of their other properties!

I can’t say enough how awesome this property is! The view of Dickson is indescribable, the apartment is small but clean and has everything you might need. The balcony makes the space feel large and airy. The University is 5 minutes away one direction & the bars and restaurants on Dixon 5 minutes the other way. Management checked on us via text a couple of times and when we had questions responded immediately. We loved it and will definitely stay there in the future when it’s available ❤️

When we were searching for a place for a family reunion that would accommodate all, they suggested the Hobbit House, one of their managed properties. It is secluded yet close enough to restaurants, groceries, anything you might need. We were able to gather for family meals but everyone had their own space. Beds were comfortable, linens first class, kitchen well stocked. Cohobnbs management were thorough with all instructions for staying in this very unique property.

We stayed at a property in Fayetteville, Arkansas and they definitely had everything covered. From the plentiful towels and makeup towels to the luxurious bathtub and rain shower, everything was wonderful. The space was stylish and made us feel right at home; plenty of pots and pans for cooking, comfy bed, quiet neighborhood, close to everything.. this place had it all, was very clean and I definitely recommend!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of taking a holiday in Springdale at your Dogwood property recently. It’s a lovely home with everything we needed.We very much enjoyed having our meals together on one of the two decks. We all needed a place to be together and really relax. I am absolutely ENTHRALLED by the decor of the Iron Horse apartment. The BoHo aesthetic is one of my personal favorites and even plan on buying some of the furniture! My boyfriends family rented this place for us as a surprise for our 4th anniversary (since COVID has made celebrations a little more difficult, ha) and we absolutely had a blast. It was the perfect peaceful getaway and at no point did we feel uncomfortable being in the home. It was so so pristine and well appointed. Once we got there, I did some curiosity digging and found that Cohobnb Properties has dozens of rentals, so were already planning our next staycation. Highly recommend! =)

Stayed in 1925 for two nights while in Fayetteville for a brewery bike tour. The property was very clean and welcoming. Everything there you would need for a weekend getaway or staycation! I will definitely be booking through them again.

My husband and I stayed at The Hepburn property in downtown Bentonville, AR recently. As a world traveler I have stayed in too many AirBnB’s, Hotels, Inns, etc... to count! The Hepburn has exceeded most of them, the attention to detail and the quality of textiles and finishes used in this home is something most places won’t invest in. Beyond that, the bright and fun design of each room is a treat! The location is ideal as well, maybe a 3-5 minute walk to downtown Bentonville. I usually make a list of positives and negatives on my reviews but there are no negatives to list! Here are the positives:Quality, attention to detail, comfortable beds, amazing sheets, extra towels and bedding, different sizes of pillows, Dutch doors, location, smart tv’s, ice machine, coffees and teas, amenities, and more!

I travel to NWA quite often to visit friends and family. I’ve stayed at several properties through Cohobnb and I’m continuously impressed with their services. My favorite place to stay is Southwest Mtn Inn. It’s cozy and has the perfect location for downtown Fayetteville activities! Highly recommend renting through Cohobnb. :)

I loved everything about my stay! The house was welcoming, warm, and cozy-just what I was looking for for my weekend getaway. I spent my day on the couch in the living room reading a book while the sunshine shone through the large bay window. The owners have thought of everything! If you don’t bring your own book, they have many to choose from throughout the house. The ROKU TVs allowed me to keep up with my Netflix and Hulu shows by simply putting in my own login info. The large kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook during your stay. I opted to not cook, and had WAITR bring me my meals. The house was very easy for them to find. This weekend was a “getaway” for me-a tired mommy of teenagers and a teacher. It was nice to be alone and bask in the silence. I felt very safe here as well! If you are looking for the perfect place to get away, this house has everything you need!
