I cant drive, so I take cabs to work pretty much every day.Pros: Drivers (shout out to James and David particularly). The cabs are comfortable and usually pretty clean, and easy for me to get into which is a big deal for me.Cons: Actually *getting* a cab can be an exercise in deep, deep frustration. Theres been movement over the last year or so to, as far as I can tell, shed all personnel outside of drivers and a couple managers. So dispatch is now handled through some weird distributed internet thing where your call -- if you can get through -- is routed to who knows who in who knows where. So dispatchers arent as familiar with the customers, the area, and the drivers and the current road circumstances as a local dispatcher would be. Im pretty sure 9 out of 10 times the person answering my call is driving?!For example, just this afternoon: Called Green Cab to get to a doctors appointment. Got the all of our dispatchers are busy, call back in a couple minutes message. Called back in a couple minutes. Got someone very obviously on speakerphone, who claimed they couldnt hear me and hung up on me! Called back, got the all of our dispatchers are busy message. Threw up my hands and called Dynasty.I love the idea of this company, I love the vehicles, and I prefer the service I receive from Green Cab to any other cab company in this area. But I honestly would not feel comfortable recommending it to anyone, and thats a shame.

Ive used green cab twice since its ownership change in the last year and the service has been excellent. Dispatch is friendly and up beat, the cars are more on the luxury end (without having to pay extra for them), the drivers are knowledgeable of the area and present themselves in a professional and respectful way.The first time i used them they told me the wait time would be at least 10 minutes when it was almost 10 minutes i received a call apologizing that the driver was running a little behind and told me the new wait time. That was a nice step up from the previous year.The second time i was told a driver would be with me in 5-7 minutes and it was. overall it was a good experience with clean cars and good prices. I would recommend to anyone looking for a taxi.

Nice, clean car. Friendly driver and dispatcher. The pickup was quick (they said 10-15 and it was bout 13 minutes). It cost less than Dynasty and was a much more pleasant experience.

Called and was told twenty minutes at most and I called over an hour and a half later and was told that it wasnt entered correctly and the computer messed it up so I waited another thirty minutes to get my ride was late so where I needed to goes department had closed and I went back to see if we could stop on the way home at a place by my house but the address was entered wrong so we got lost seeing as Im not from here and just wanted to go home since we were turned around by the dispatch not entering the correct address. I have left messages and was told that they would call days ago and never returned the call. This wound up being under the normal amount and both drivers were tipped since they knew what they were doing.

Clean cabs that smell new. All the drivers are kind and polite and thats a welcome change in this town. They treat you like an old friend not like a burden like most cabs in this town.

I have used this company at least 10 times in the last year and I have never had any problems. They always arrive on time (I always make sure to call a few hours earlier) and they are always friendly and cheerfulEdit: In the past few months they have become difficult to reach, and when you do call in advance your appointment gets lost or was never put into the system in the first place.

I used their website to book a cab for today at 1:30. I have the confirmation email to verify this. I went outside my apartment to wait at 1:15. At 1:45 I called to see if they could tell me how close they were because my appointment with my doctor was at 2:15 and I was starting to worry that Id miss it. After calling twice (because the answering message said they were busy and to hang up and call again in two minutes) the dispatcher tells me it didnt go through and she has no record of my booking. Someone needs to explain how they have no record, yet Ive got a confirmation email. In any case, I now have to wait TWO MONTHS for my doctors next available appointment. Thanks for nothing, Green Cab.

I called for a cab this morning. I asked how long it would be he said 17 minutes. I wanted over an hour I called they said all there cabs were busy and was sending one now. I told them nevermind I didnt have that much time left to wait for my vehicle to be done.

Set up a 5pm pickup at 12:30 pm today. Received a text as normal stating the driver would pick me up at 5:10pm. No driver at 5:42pm. Called several times and the dispatcher told me she wasnt the girl who made my appointment and now they didnt have any available taxi drivers to pick me up. When I questioned her about it, she was rude and never apologized for their lack of service. She told me she was going to block me! DONT EVER USE GREEN CAB....EVER!!!!!Splash it all o

Requested an uber at 3 a.m., saw it was coming from Bentonville and cancelled it. Decided to give green cab one last chance for an easy pick up(since their office is a block away). They said 5-10 minutes after the call. Not only did the uber driver from Bentonville beat them to my location; Ive been home for 20 minutes without a phone call from green cab. If only I could give negative stars..

I been waiting 30 40 minutes and there didnt show up. I think there need to go out business. I think there green cab are ashole I am not giving any services :( ashole

I call them and say my cab will be in 30minutes and I wait, 40. I call back and they told me that I never call before. That they do not got me on theyr list. I think Morgan, the lady that answer the phone. Horrible service.

Because i had problems with fact i had somehow misplaced my wallet, and i was actively loooking for account information, the driver threatened to called the police on me. i will never use this cab service again.

They said 15 min. Never showed up. Tried to call back 3 times and got no answer.

Called for a green cab at 4:30pm and didnt get picked up untIL 6:00pm. I was an hour late for work and extremely upset.

On time, quick, friendly and inexpensive.

They told me it was going to be ten mins.. And hour later still not here dont use them
