Mrs. Beth is very knowledgeable. She has 30 yrs of experience working with IRS. She always explains all the new laws and how it can affect us. I definitely recommend her to anybody who wants to stay clean of IRS issues.

Not a very Professional businesss.....The person is unorganized, will snap at you, and my wife asked when were receiving our tax return she replied, Why does She need to know. Never asked us for our account numbers, but swore up and down we did give it to her.After investigating behind the company, we found the account number was a person in Ohio. We feel she took things personal towards us be we were somewhat appalled by how she talks to people, and how unorganized by picking/ choosing what customer she wants to talk to like really? Political conversations at a place of of work when your focus is to make sure my family interests are secured to the government correct.As a United StatesVeteran, I do not suggest this business to no one of good faith! Time to Retire
