Better off using Turbo Tax.Would have been our second year using MGG Tax Services. We used MGG Tax Services last year and very pleased with Angela Ewing and her team. She was very professional and courteous and filed our taxes without any problems.This year, Angela Ewing was still very courteous but wasnt as professional as she was last year. We dropped off our tax forms this year due to COVID-19. After a few hours she responded with our refund amount and our AGI (Adjusted Gross Income) and we noticed that our AGI was far higher than what we made. After a few moments we had realized she inputted my last years W2 and this years W2 for the same tax return.She had told me I shouldnt have included my last years W2, and I explained Turbo Tax needed to see how much combat pay I made last year so thats why I included it. She got offended that I use Turbo Tax to see an estimate of how much I would be getting back. She texted me to come pickup my documents because she could not compete with Turbo Tax.I understand where she is coming from about competing with Turbo Tax but just like last year I use it to get an estimate but file with an actual person. Last year I had mentioned the same thing to her and did not have a problem.In summary, I would not recommend this business because Angela Ewing was unprofessional when I mentioned Turbo Tax and it was embarrassing as a tax professional they input both of my W2s for the same year. If I would not have been paying attention I would have to go through the headache of filing an amendment and wait even longer for my return.

Ms. Ewing was very efficient and sweet. Will definitely recommend!!!
