Shopping for appliances or electronics has always been very stressful for me until yesterday. The customer service I received from the people at this store made me feel like they really cared about me and they treated me like I were a family member they were helping. I was able to ask a lot of questions and received very attentive responses. On top of the great experience, the prices were awesome! I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

We have been in the market for a quality used washer and dryer set. After past experiences with other used appliance stores, I was skeptical about buying used again. All American Appliances completely changed my opinion! They had just what we were looking for, in nearly new condition and at a reasonable price. Their knowledgeable staff answered all my questions and my washer and dryer were delivered quickly. Ill be recommending them to all my friends and family.

A great place to visit and buy! I was in need of a dryer and someone told me to go here. Im so glad I did. I was able to buy a dryer which was a perfect partner to the washer I already have. The gentleman in the store was very friendly and demonstrated customer service excellency.I have since then recommended the place to many people, who are all very happy I did. Prices were great! However, customer service is truly lacking. Delivery and installment is FREE which is wonderful. Needless to say they didnt show up when scheduled nor did they call to inform me that they wouldnt be coming. I took off of work only to be inconvenienced with a NO SHOW.

I recently bought a used dryer from this business and I really like it. The customer service was great. They are friendly and they listen to what it is that you want and what your budget is. I would recommend this business just for the great customer service alone.

If you are looking for a dependable, professional and trustworthy place to purchase quality used appliances, DO NOT waste your time with this JOKE of a business. First, I thought I was walking into the wrong business as the inside looks absolutely nothing like the picture depicted on the website. The place is shabby and run down, at best, and had a roach on the floor the size of my fist. Overlooking the cosmetics of the building with the goal of wanting to patronize a black-owned business, I decided to purchase a washer based on the owners word that I would receive next day delivery. The next morning, I received a call from the owner, Joseph Robinson, who mutually agreed to deliver the washer within 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes of ending the call, he called me back to inform me that he was waiting on his technician, that he would have to postpone delivery for a few minutes but that he would be calling me back to reschedule for the same morning. He assured me that he would call me back in a few minutes. After waiting 4 HOURS, I called him back only to have him tell me that his truck was broken. To add insult to injury, he also informed me that he does not have a crystal ball that can tell him when something unexpected is going to happen. Funny, he was being a jerk and speaking sarcastically only AFTER he had my money....not before! I expressed to him that I did not appreciate not receiving a return call as he said he would and complained to him about the 4 hr window I waited to hear from him. This man was completely nonchalant, rude and had no issues with NOT being a BUSINESS MAN of his word (again, AFTER the money transaction had taken place). I informed him that I would be seeking reversal of the charges and his response was Do what you have to do. Which, I DID. The call ended and this character never bothered to call me to resolve the issue. His business practices are SHADY and he apparently hides behind LIES in order to avoid delivering what his mouth fabricates. His breath smelled like day old alcohol and I noticed the model number on one of his appliances had been whited out with correction tape....CLEAR SIGNS of a SHADY person claiming to be a Vet who supports troops. The only thing he supports is his own pockets! You, sir, should be ashamed of yourself. Youre an embarrassment to Veterans everywhere. I will tell everyone I know of my experience so that RIP-OFF establishments SUCH AS YOURS remain bottom level and struggling...

This is not the place to buy anything from! I purchased a refrigerator from the store and had it delivered. The refrigerator did not cool, was missing shelves, and the icemaker didnt work upon delivery (Day 1). I made coordination to have the technician (Teddy) come out, and he hasnt arrived yet. Its been 75 days and still counting. I have made positive contact on 12 separate occasion, left 15 messages and I have yet to get the refrigerator fixed. I was forced to rent a fridge as I waited on the team to honor their agreement (The 45 day warranty).If you choose to use this company, please consider yourself warned of the shinny lemons that will not materialize into enjoyable lemonade!

This place is a joke 3 weeks waiting on a repair tech to look at a freezer to see if we could buy it! Before that we bought a washer and dryer set that was sold to us and apparently someone else so we got an upgrade free took it home it didnt work 3 weeks waiting for them to come check it out they say they will call and never do! 6 weeks later we call to find out about our set they took and they said oh we havent even looked at it! Talked to the manager and he offered a different set that they had checked out and was ready to go finally a washer and dryer 3 months after we purchased it! How ridiculous! Its sad that you have to harass someone to get them to sell stuff this place is so unorganized they never call you back like they tell you they will it takes basically talking to the manager with the frustrated tone to get anything done here!

I bought a freezer a week and a half ago and it doesnt work. It initially was 25 degrees and Teddy was arguing with my husband saying that is what temp a freezer is supposed to be at (which is zero or below in case anyone needs to know). So FINALLY Teddy came out and put freon in the freezer yesterday. It became very loud, like a motorcycle and started blowing hot air and its now 85 degrees in it. I texted Teddy, who never contacted me back, and I tried to call the office during office hours and no one answered. Assuming they are avoiding my calls. I have no idea how they have 4 star review on here.

If I could give you a negative trillion rating, I would. Stay clear of this fraud. You rip off soldiers and your community. My son bought a washer and dryer and it has not been delivered. No one answers phone and the store is never open. Everyone, do yourselves a favor and steer clear from this place.

What I like about All American Appliances is the warranty and the location it is not congested, easy to get to and out of.the appliances are very nice,salesperson friendly,and the atmosphere is great and they are all about the customer !

I was very impress with the no pressure salemen and the courtesy to make my own decision on what I was looking for. The bargain that I found was great for the budget that I am living on.

NEVER RETURNED MY LARGE CAPACITY WASHER BACK-WHICH WAS TAKEN FOR REPAIRS (PURCHASED IN FULL AND NEVER SEEN AGAIN!!) ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER BUY HERE. NEVER! OWNERS PLEASE CALL ME TO FIX THIS BEFORE I HAVE TO LEGAL ACTION! THERE IS NO SPACE FOR VOICEMAILS. ARE YOU CLOSED???

I would not recommend bringing your money or business to this establishment.Having identified a washer and dryer that appeared at least superficially functional in their showroom that resembles a cross between the island of misfit toys and James Earl Jones backyard in the movie Sandlot, I was quoted a reasonable price. Unfortunately, however, I was not able to purchase these products as the only functional card reader in the store was on the owners phone who was not present at the time. Though this did not seem highly business savvy in an age of primarily paperless money, I thought little of it as the store clerk marked the washer dryer set with a sticky note and my last name and assured me they would hold the product for my return the following day. But my initial impression of their business first attitude was clearly ill formed as I returned the following day to see my name crossed out on the same sticky note and was informed by the same clerk I spoke with, I actually had to sell that one, you know it was a sale. Not surprisingly, the remainder of the showroom of equivalent value was not even superficially functional.Since their website advertises We support the Troops I do take comfort in the fact that Im sure this washer dryer set went to another Soldier also experiencing the nuisance and monetary burden of moving and looking for quality products at great rates as advertised by reputable websites.There maybe good deals to be had here, just not by me and I would not recommend wasting your valuable time shopping here.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.. i received my washer on time which is good. place is run down as any other review left on here. when using the washer for the first time it did not wash my load. the clothes pretty much just sat in water. so i called back, they sent out the tech who tried to convince me that thats how this GE washer works, too bad he didnt know i just had the same brand washer at my apt and it ran great. so eventually i noticed my number was on block. Would no longer ring, so i called from another number and Stacy answered. how unprofessional is THAT? anywho, so i tell her my concern about payin 138 for a washer thats not washing my clothes and she all of a sudden claim they dont do refunds when clearly that was my first question before i made the purchase and she reassured me that the 30days warranty will cover all of that. Again, unprofessional. so then i asked for someone besides her and she claims her boss is currently sick. BS. so needless to say i would not recommend this place to ANYONE

When I first walked into All American I wasnt sure I was in the right place. It was run down, molded, and I think I saw a rodent. A lot of broken pieces all over the place. But trying to save purchased a washr dryer set from this hellhole. I paid my money and was promised next day delivery.Well the next turned into a week later. Upon arriva to my home I see that ths is not the set I picked out and the delivery guy who I think was high on drugs told me the boss (Mr.Robinson) had changed out my set because the set he sold me was someones repair that they had sent to him..........yes hesold me somebodys washer dryer! So now to the delivery the man damaged my doorway, did not have to proper plug on the washer for my utlet and smelled like yesterdays drinks. He never tested the stuff, and left quickly. Upon me trying to do my first load my washer did the cha cha across my laundry room alost into the kitchen, the dryer was nothing morethen a wind blower.When I called to ask for a refund cause I didnt want a repair or someone elses stuff. I was told I could not because they didnt know if I had damaged the appliances myself........yes they blamed the customer fr their broke stuff. So after 2 weeks and my lawyer speaking wit ownership I got my refund......NEVER EVER NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!

My experience at all american appliances was terrible i paid for a dryer about two weeks ago never received it and when i came to the shop to get my money the owner tried to refuse me my money, it was such a waste of time. ive been stationed all over the united states and coming to fort bragg i expected more loyalty from a store running business in such a huge military town.

I bought a refrigerator and stove here. They almost looked brand new and were in excellent condition and you couldnt beat price.

They called and set up an appointment ( I left work to meet them ) and no one EVER showed . 3 separate occasions theyve done this. Im so PISSED !!!!!!! . . . Stay clear of them, they sell broken non repairable appliances that have been temporarily fixed to work long enough until its been placed in your home. I have reported them to the BBB . I suggest others do the same .
