Dr. was very offensive. Check your bills carefully. They threatened to send a bill to collections that I had paid. We paid prior to each session! Then they would not return phone calls when I tried to straighten it out. Very unprofessional and incompetent.

I have taken my mother here for dementia testing. They have diagnosed her with dementia and recommended medications but they have taken a month to get a report for me to take to her doctors to help her. I have called several times and came to the office to force them to do their job.If it was her heart slowing down and she needed medication I bet I wouldnt have to wait a month for it. People dont take mental health seriously. I guess because you cant see a wound.

My friends, I am so happy to have the experience of INPS! I suffered a brain injury many years ago...I have struggled with many things since then. I thought I was declining, and so I went to my PCP, and they referred me to INPS. I’m so truly grateful, because since then I’ve noticed great improvements in memory, speech patterns, and overall mental flexibility! The various persons I come into contact with during each session always leave me feeling happy and comfortable with who I am! If you have any reasons for seeking neuro-feedback or other psychological therapy I, with new found cognitive skills, highly recommend INPS!

THEY CREATED STRESS, ANXIETY AND I AM STILL ANGRY!When I told them I wasnt interested in return visits sure seemed the attitude changed. After MANY attempts to straighten out insurance billing... they place my acct with a collection agency. My insurance company told me they approved the bill, the person that was submitting the bill didnt enter the right code number as when the evaluation was approved. I paid my co pay! I want my CO-PAY back! WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE!There was little concern or care about resolving my insurance, all the time struggling to communicate, which is why I was there. I made calls to my insurance company, ones that they should have made.. according to my insurance company was a simple fix.I felt they way I was treated was CRUEL. I tried to ask for someone else to talk to... I got put in a voice recorder multiple times... NO CARE from office staff. Should be called Mind something else.

Inaccurate information was given during scheduling a screening by an incompetent staff member. Staff was rude and unwelcoming to our child. There is no circumstance in which we would consider returning to this facility for anything, and no circumstance in which we would recommend this facility to anyone. Only in the medical field can you find a business ran so poorly that can find a way to keep their doors open.

She is by far the most hateful doctor Ive ever seen in my life. If youre already struggling with feelings of self-awareness, feeling self-conscious about your condition then, I highly discourage you from even thinking of seeing her. She wears her feelings on her sleeve, and is not afraid to show it. Shes unapologetic about not liking someone, and will act on it if she thinks she doesnt like you. Its possible that she may perhaps take an anti-psychotic or an anti-anxiety pill of some sort, because she has a blank expression on her face that reads I dont care about you, Im just here for the money.

I filled out the online form to be contacted within 24 hours, according to their page...no response. I then called three days later to make an appointment for an initial consultation. After the phone rang about nine times (I kept expecting voicemail to pick up), someone answered the phone. I gave her my information, and she said that someone would call me back to set up an appointment after she spoke with the doctor. Its been a week and a half, and nothing. For a facility that is supposed to handle mental health issues, I find this to be unacceptable, considering the potential for catastrophe when patients are ignored.

Easy scheduling. Low wait time. I learned quite a lot about my cognitive issues from the visits.

The woman in charge of Neuro Feedback was very rude to me.. she judged me because I take medication for a very real condition and she actually said, I cant test you because you are on drugs, as if I am a drug addict off the street shooting heroin or something: and then she said, you know Like this is your brain on drugs? she was very condescending, however the other side of the building for therapy is VERY good..Stephanie is fantastic! . just stay away from the the tests, and the neurofeedback, especially if you want respect. The other woman seemed bored and half asleep. Im still super mad and appalled at people that call themselves professionals.
