I can’t believe that I haven’t given this store a review! My husband and I used to drive the few miles from the Fayetteville, Arkansas Veterans hospital once a month before driving nearly 2 hours back to our house just outside of Branson, Missouri. The Salvation army staff put new stuff on floor a few times a day it seems. My favorite things to buy are the University of Arkansas shirts, costume jewelry, area rugs, kitchen appliances, picture frames, lamps and shoes. (all sizes not just small shoes.)Last but not least, I have been blessed to have been able to purchase beautiful leather and suede jackets and coats over the years for under $20.00 as gifts for friends and family.I was able to purchase 7 or 8 percolators for older family members like myself who miss the great smell of coffee in the mornings.

I love all the staff and volunteers there, they have been there to show me the way I need to look and where to look in order to stay sober. Thank you!( Graduated January 16, 2019)

Theyre not friendly at all. The secretary on phone said oh gosh and hung up. I went up there to talk to supervisor. She just look down on me. I was trying to help a friend. She claim the secretary wasnt rude. Clearly the lady admit it was her in the phone. Theyre not the definition of Christians. I will never do business with them again. BTW she was too busy laughing and talking to some Meth Head. Cant really say theyre racist or treat everyone like that. Great job today Goodwill

I love resale shops, and I always donate items no longer need, this location has fair prices.

This place Saved my life when I was 18 and strung out on Meth and on the streets, They connected me with the right resources, helped me get my ID, gave me a job, then for years always gave me a great job reference. Helped me get clean and on the right path. The compassion I was given changed my life. I am now 48, never went back to meth and built a beautiful life sober and Christ driven. To this day the Salvation Army is my favorite place to donate too. Thank you.

Shelter is old and run down. The plumbing is in terrible shape. Some of the staff are not very caring or compassionate. They dont let anyone on disability stay more than one night, no matter the circumstances.

Just wow...they give you the incorrect information. Give you wrong dates for appointments. Give you wrong times for appoints. Not one person is helpful.

Worthless organization, please dont donate your money to these people. I had a bed here for one night, then I helped a friend move from Fayetteville to little Rock ended up being gone longer than intended, tried calling the shelter to tell them I was going to be unable to make it in that night so someone else could take that spot, only got voice mail repeatedly . I had to cancel my hernia operation for August 17th because I could not find respite anywhere, Salvation Army wouldnt let me back in. These people are far from Christ like, avoid them at all costs.

For those needing utility bills assistance, you must make an appointment. No walk ins. The website did not tell me this. Also they open at 9 not 8
