Couldnt provide agreed move in date. Called 3 times last week for updates and they didnt provide any. Viewed my account Monday and they changed the previously signed documents without my knowledge, consent or informing me. Have not answered my 3 calls since, voicemail is full and lists the wrong email address for contact.
I have been a tenant for about 5 months. They have responded to several maintenance requests quickly and have always been kind and courteous. However, I have had a number of issues and I would be very cautious of letting them manage my property or renting one of the houses they manage.-The pictures of the property on the web were very poor and low quality, I suspect contributing to its vacancy for a while.- I have had a leaking bathtub and a hole in my kitchen ceiling for over 5 months now. This has caused our water and power bill (due to heat escaping through the ceiling) to be higher.- There is a shower leak that is causing mold to grow and the wall to soften. I notified them about two months ago about it and they havent done anything.- I have had a broken stove vent for over four months.- I also just found out our AC unit is not working effectively and there is standing water under the house. I hope that they will take care of these promptly.-They generally seem to have a lack of communication and organization among their staff members.I like the staff, so I hope that they are able to improve.
I was scheduled to move into a town home on a Saturday - but delayed until Monday. Sherry told me three times in an email the townhome was ready, however upon showing up, on Monday to move in there was a broken glass on the floor, a very dingy smell, flea/tick and bed bug treatments out, a moldy cup of coffee on the kitchen counter, the bathroom door had a hole in it, nothing had been cleaned, the bathroom didnt have a shower rod for tub, wasps were around a window and dead ones too, and the fridge didnt work. I called them and they were responsive, however my movers were arriving within 10 minutes with all my things and I could not take the risk of bed bugs - and I was definitely bitten by something when I was in the place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. They will not give me my deposit back or give me the info to the owner of the property, as they are allowed to cancel my lease agreement. they make it hard to get your deposit back. All my freezer food I had put in my car from my old place to move in - had basically defrosted by the time and I had to throw it out by the time I was able to get a lease on a different apartment with a different company.
My wife and I worked with Aubrey during the purchase of our second home. The service we were given was without a doubt second to none, Aubrey went out of her way to answer any and all questions we had. She offered us advice, kept us up to date with every part of the buying process, answered late night calls and emails. Even after the closing of our home, she wasn’t finished, she followed up with our one year warrenty work calling the builders listing agent when work was not completed in a timely manor. Aubrey made us feel like she cared about our family and our needs, not just her commission. Thanks again Aubrey, you will always be the first person We think of with any of our real estate needs.

Loved renting from them. Always replied pretty quickly to our emails. They where nice and helpful when I went in to talk to them about issues with the home I was renting from them. High dollar work orders where slow to be repaired but I dont fault them I know they need authorization from the owners. Would defiantly use them again and recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

If you see this company Run! After them denying our initial app to give the house to someone else they called us back and said we can have the house but needed to pay extra on top of the deposit and 1st mon. The next day after paying and receiving the keys the pilot light goes out but because my partner is handy he lit it and we figured not a big deal. After a couple days we immediately figure out the water heater was defective and it took them 2weeks to hide someone to fix it after their maintenance confessed he had no clue what he was doing. In the middle of December we had to light it constantly to shower, wash clothes, and try an heat the home. Several issues arose with the home most of which were never fixed. Ironically 3mons before we moved that same water heater flooded the back room and made it inhabitable. According to maintenance the same water heater cause the roof to have damage. The whole company is mediocre and since living there and moving I have heard bad things. Currently they are trying to keep our security deposit to replace flat paint and a pair of blinds.
I have been with them for a year now & I have had nothing but a great experience with them. If something in our home needed to be fixed I would call & it would be done! We got notice our owner was moving back so we needed to move, & Sherry made sure to help us find another home. They took a stressful time & made it so easy and stress free. Every time I call Sherry & the office they are always nice and friendly & never have given us a hard time (even though we are very annoying & needed). They are very professional. I would recommend them for everybody!
This is one the of the problematic realators of the city. Not only are they showing storm damaged properties, they lack the ability of proper key control. After calling to view property I a hour later showed to sign for the keys and then drove 30 minutes to only find out that the keys did not work. Since a key box was on the door I called the office. After calling 10 times I drove back and turned in the keys. They were surprised the keys didn’t work since they had just supposedly did work to the home that very morning. I doubt that since pils of shingles can be found still laying in place from where they had fallen off the wroof from a storm 6 months ago.

I just got off the phone with Sherry- after being a tenate for ov r half a year we had to move suddenly. I just got our deposit back in the mail for this horrible house we lived in and did so much work on, and they deducted over $600 for carpet cleaning, yard work and other charges when we got told we wouldnt be. The carpet would be replaced, and the yard was so trashed anyways from the beginning. Sherry yelled at me on the phone, gave me so much attitude when I just wanted to know what happened. Ever since one of the women left- this company has gone to trash. Be warned!!! Theyll never fix your stuff and then charge you for it!
I was looking at a Home with Aubrey Pentycofe on Hayfield Rd,It has seemed to be the worst time ever.There was always an excuse on why she could not provide the info requesting.Every problem seemed to be someone elses fault.I would think if you have a pre qualified Buyer then at least email or stay in some sort of communication with them.You cant seem to get anybody else in the office to respond to VM or emails.
They dont communicate with each other in the office much less a renter. My fence has been knocked down for 3 months and they havent done anything about it and cant seem to answer when theyll get to it.
They never called me after I moved out to do a post move out tour and just took all.my security deposit.
