We rented for 3 years from Mary. My daughter loved the house! 3 years later when our lease was up 4 of the girls moved out! The basement was never inhabitable and was flooded when we left so any items left n there were not recoverable!! Mary has chosen to hold our $1000 deposit saying it would take a $1000 to clean it out! Shame on u Mary Bassett!

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Jason B. the first week of September. I have lived at this house for a year, I am never late to pay rent. I went to the office today to talk about the house’s conditions, they laughed at me because of my arabic accent. Not very good service, I’m thinking of moving. The least they could do is give me the permission to fix the house. I can just do it myself,they don’t even have to pay. i recovered i call from someone and i explain for him everything. he said will text me his email to send to him an email with all problems and he just sent me his email while i’m writing this ‬
