Jason was wonderful! Jason was available on my short notice(less than 24 hours). He was honest, hardworking and knowledgeable. He could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge; but instead he educated me in all aspects of the job. He has earned my trust and my business!

Unfortunately I have to change my review on Riptide. We hired Jason to do several jobs on our new home since we had used him before and was very good. However, this time he had left several things incompleted because he was going out of town. We paid him with the promise he would finish up when he got back. That was in July and now it is September. No phone calls from him and he doesnt respond to our calls or texts. At this time Riptide feels more like Ripoff.

Today, I had my house pressure washed by Jason and his co-worker. I would categorized the service provided as the following: provided information about the process; anticipated and responded promptly to needs and requests; and demonstated respect, courtesy and professionalism. Thank you for going above and beyond in the service you provided today. I am very pleased....Good Job!

Riptide wasnt the cheapest quote we got to wash our house and driveway but after ressearing there process and what all was involved and there warranty we decided to choose them to do the work and we are completely satisfied with there work and would definitely recommend them if anyone needs there services already thinking about it getting them back out to clean our roof.

The crew from Riptide came out on time explained what dervices I needed in detail estimated the job on the site and completed the job the same day and backed it with a 12 month warranty
