We’ve used Dr. Bonner for years. I love Dr. Braxton. They always answer questions and explain things in a manner you understand. If you pick the 7 am appointment you don’t wait. And for blood tests they are fast. Recommend over any other place I’ve been.

Dr.Yeager has been my doctor several years now. I think the world of him and Dr. Bonner. Always professional and know exactly what you need. Be ready to wait because the whole world is waiting now. But the wait will be well worth it from this caring and knowing staff.

Remember to have grace for long wait times, the whole world is short staffed right now. With that being said, wait time was longer than expected but service was top notch as usual. I see the NP Hardin and she’s always a pleasure. All supporting staff is great as well.

I drive half an hour one way, passing numerous other health facilities in order to see this particular office. All-around a well-run doctor’s office. I initially came here as my last doctor retired and he recommended MFP to me. He was spot on and now I come because of the efficiency and professionalism of the crew from the super nice people in reception, the young man that takes my vitals and goes over medical history (wish I could recall his name, but he’s tall with facial hair and such an asset to your office!) and Dr. Bonner and Kelly are my absolute go-to as they take the time to listen to me and I never feel rushed when I have questions. Highly recommend Mission Family Practice!

Dr. Braxton Yeager is wonderful. He will listen to your concerns and answer any and all questions. I have seen him in multiple occasions and recommend him 100%. They always have appts available and will see you the same day. Front staff is always nice and fast.

Dr. Bonner has cared for me close to 25 years. He and his staff has always showed me the upmost respect and kindness. He has prayed with me, she’d a tear over the years. I couldn’t imagine my life in medical care with out him. He is loved by my family! Of course help has changed, but I have never been treated rudely by anyone he has hired to help him take care of we the patient. He is the best of the best!

That always put you on hold never answer your calls and then hang up on you expecially when needing to make a important appointment. Horrible.... On some days there ok dont get me wrong on others they dont help much.

Arrived early for appointment by about 30 minutes or so but got in after only about a 10 minute wait. I saw CNP Braxton. Very professional and thorough; took time to explain all results at length and discuss possible courses of action. Sometimes Mission Family seems overbooked and a bit overwhelmed, but I must say, this most recent visit was what the medical community should always strive to be like.

The practitioners here are amazing, Braxton and Kelly are top notch. BUT the front desk and billing is so bad its not worth it in my opinion. Everytime I call for an appointment or question I am met with attitude and just really bad customer service.

Staff was helpful, but any new patient should be aware this doctor does not wear a mask and does not require the staff or patients to wear masks. As of 9/1/21 the county in which this office is located is an area of high transmission.

I have always had good experiences at Mission Family Practice the front desk,chech in is always friendly as well as the nurses who are quite competent. Dr. Mark Bonner is a great doctor he always listens to your concerns,asks questions and gives his best feedback and suggestions with a prescription if necessary.

This office is amazing. They have saved me more than once....literally. My family goes here & we recommend this office to anyone that is talking about doctors, staff, etc.If for some reason someone needs a specialist, they recommend the people they feel is the best for the situation you have.They really care & take the time to not only listen but actually hear your words & that in itself is worth so much when you arent feeling up to par.They are the people that remember why they chose the medical field....to help people & to me....that means everything!

The nurse practitioners and Dr. Bonner are great and really seek to build a rapport with their patients. I suspect thats why there can sometimes be lengthy waits, but they have gotten a lot better about this over the years. Support staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Appointment scheduling is quick and easy and can usually be done the same day. Overall, I generally have had a very good experience with this practice.

I had a 12 oclock appointment. Went in 20 minutes early for paperwork didnt get taken back till 12:30 no big deal got taken back. At 145 when no one had come back I went out to the front desk to ask what was up. Then I waited till two and finally just left. I was never seen by a doctor or anything.

Awesome place been going here for a long time seeing Dr. Bonner and the rest of his staff. The wait is a bit long at times but once it’s your turn to be waited on you quickly understand why! They take the time for every patient in order to leave you feeling like you’ve been cared for by professionals not just rushed through like cows. It a great place to have your whole family taken care of by part of your family is how they make you feel. Keep it up mission family practice the name says it all!

My family has been using Dr Bonner as our primary care doctor for 28 years (when we moved here) He is a Great Doctor and I absolutely credit him with saving my life when I had been to the WRMC ER twice and they had sent me home saying I had the flu. When I went to Dr Bonner he knew I had blood clots and immediately had me admitted to the hospital.My husband and I (77 & 75) Both tested positive for Covid at his clinic and we were immediately prescribed Z paks and his nurses set us up to get the BAM infusion within 2 days. Both of these kept us from getting any bad effects of Covid and within two weeks we were feeling 100% Braxton, one of his PA’s was actually the one covering our Covid time. He is Great also.

I absolutely love everyone at this office. They are some of the nicest I’ve ever came across. I would tell anyone and everyone to come see them. For a family feeling experience this is where you need to be. Shout out to Dr Bonner and Miss Kelly.

I was very impressed with the treatment I was given on a recent visit with Dr. Yeager at Mission Family Practice. His concern and kindness in treating me will never be forgotten. I am so glad to know he will be there in the event I have more health issues. The nurses there are very good when I receive shots or they draw blood I never feel a thing. Terrible customer service. Dont go here unless you want constant miscommunication, a minimum of 20 min holds for phone calls, delayed prescriptions, etc.

My family and I have lived in Fayetteville for over 10 years now and due to job changes, insurance changes, etc. we have seen many different doctors here. Dr. Bonners office happens to be conveniently located for us and we have spent the past couple of years visiting his office.Late last year, I had a billing issue come up, requiring multiple calls to both their billing company, the billing company they subsequently contracted their work to, and to their office. The multiple calls were required due to the lack of resolution at the billing contractor. Finally, I called their office and spoke with Mrs. Bonner. She looked at the information on my account and told me that they would resolve one of the issues by crediting an extra fee that was charged on one bill and issuing a refund for the same issue on another bill that I had already paid.A month later, I received another invoice for the amount and a warning that my account would be sent to collections if not paid. I called in to their office again and spoke to Alexis, who said there were no notes on the account and that she would open an investigation into the amount due, rather than speaking to Mrs. Bonner.This has all been a frustrating experience on both the length of time taken to resolve and then being told it would be resolved, finding out it wasnt, and being told that a new investigation would be opened into something that I was told was concluded. Those minor annoyances build up over time. Im writing a check for the amount left on this bill just to have the mess done, but will be finding a new doctor.Their medical services have been pretty good, but consistent with what I have seen at other offices. In other words, the medical care isnt at such a high level, relatively that its worth staying and dealing with billing issues.I am sure they have enough business not to care about losing 1 customer, but it doesnt seem to make sense losing business over administrative staff rather than the actual medical care your office provides.

Had Labs today. Blood draw went well. Dr. Bonner has always been beyond wonderful. He has been our family doctor for years & generations. Office staff, nurses, and other doctors there are great also. Thanks to all.

Do not come here!!!!!!! Made an appointment for 3 and they told me dr was fully open. Waited over 2 hrs and had yet to see the dr. Such a joke!!! I had to end up leaving.

The appointment person should have made our bloodwork appointment AFTER a year from last bloodwork.....we wasted a trip today.

Mission Family Practice is a wonderful clinic! Friendly upbeat staff. Prompt service on the phone or in person. Dr. Bonner has been my familys primary care physician since I was a teenager! He goes above and beyond and exceeds expectations! They also have multiple providers if the wait to see Dr. Bonner becomes too long, as he is the go to guy. However I believe his co-providers maintain his standards and care.

UPDATE: his needed antibiotics were called in 3 days after exam on Monday. 3 days too late!!!!My 67 yr old husband was seen by an APN for a sinus infection (checked in his car) on a Friday.The APN ordered 2 prescriptions to be called in to the pharmacy. The scripts were never called in - after calling the practice 3 times, leaving 2 messages and then talking with the front desk, they were still not called in. Now a day later my husband does not have his antibiotics and will have to go to another dr on Monday. We have been patients of Dr Bonner’s for 7 years.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bonners for several years and have been so happy with them! I’ve gone for a wide range of ailments and have always gotten prompt thorough treatment from him and his staff. I’ve seen other doctors and APN’s and have had good experiences with all of them. I love how they are open late and on Saturday so I don’t have to take off work to go to the doctor. Highly recommend giving this clinic a chance if you’re looking for a primary care physician!

I called this morning at 8:30 to ask if there were any appts available, as I have a worsening fever and cough. They said yes, at 12 PM. I arrived at 11:45 to complete my paperwork. Sat in the waiting room until 1:15ish, when my husband asked the desk how much longer the wait would be. They said I was the next with a room number. I went back shortly after. Waited until 2 PM and still nothing. We left. Now Im out $30, half an afternoon, and with no medical attention.I had heard really good things, so Im very disappointed. Pretty unprofessional.

Dr. Bonner is the best doctor in NWA. Been going to him since I moved to the area 8 years ago. Very professional, cares about his patients, takes the time to make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommended.

Normally I have a great experience here but the last visit was with nurse debra Walker and she treated me like I was wasting her time and wouldn’t even ask me questions about what I was in there for. I personally will never ask to be seen by her again. All the other staff and doctors are awesome.

My review is four stars, because my first appointment with Dr. Bonner was scheduled for 0900, and I think I left the clinic at about 1300. He was very apologetic for the wait, and was happy to listen and let me explain my issues.Since then, I have been taking the 0700 appointment slots with Kelly Hardin, an APN. Kelly and Michelle, who did an absolutely stellar job at drawing my blood, are both fantastic.The check-in staff are always extremely polite, both in person and on the phone.I would recommend Mission Family Practice to anyone, provided they dont demand to see only the doctor every time.

My husband and I both visit this clinic for all our healthcare needs. Ive never had an issue until recently. My husband went in Tuesday for a chest x-ray that they recommend. Its now late Thursday night, almost 72 hours after his x-ray and are still being told it has yet to have been reading by the Dr. As a nurse, this is unacceptable medical care, especially given his months long symptoms of wet productive coufh, chest pain and fatigue. Yet we keep being told day after day....the Dr. Still hasnt reviewed the X-ray. Unprofessional,, Indeed....and more importantly.... negligent at least especially considering his lifelo asthma and recent medical issues. We want answers and to have a Dr. Read the X-ray is the very least a general practitiones office should readily provide.

Dr. Bonner is great and I’ve been going to him for 4 years. But recently when we come in there is like a 2-3 hour wait even with an appointment. No point in making an appointment if you will wait the same time as a walk in. Office staff does NOT seem to ever be in a hurry to do anything.

This is a great medical practice. You have to wait no matter where you go, dont know why so many complain. My kid wakes up with fever I know I can have them seen that day, not wait 3 or more for an appointment. The docs and nurses rock. They do care and listen to the patients. TV

I saw Lauren the nurse practitioner and she is very very good. I was so sick and she prescribed exactly what I needed to get back on my feet. Dr Bonner is also fantastic too I have been going there for a couple of years and I will not see anyone else👍

I went here based on the recommendation of a co-worker. I was told by Kristen, the receptionist, that as I had not yet met my deductible, I would be responsible for the entire bill that day, which was fine. However, I asked what would happen if I did not have the money, and was curtly told they would re-schedule my appointment; it was not even offered to make payment arrangements. I am very wary of physicians who are more interested in money than they are in your health. I will take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Bonner was great, however his billing manager was horrible. I was charged upfront for labs even though my insurance paid 100%. I was told that they would refund the $$ when my insurance paid. I spoke with the lady over the billing and was told I already had a credit on my account from an earlier visit but she was waiting to hear from my insurance before they could process the refund. I got the same run around the 2nd time I talked to her. After that, she would not take my calls or return my calls. After 4 months of this, I reported it to my insurance and they told her to refund the money. I finally received a partial refund with no explanation of why it was not the whole refund. Once again, she will not take my calls or call me back. Very poor customer service from the billing manager.

Very, very, incredibly slow service. Do not recommend. I have mutuals whove had to wait more than 3 hours to be called to the back to just consult the nurse. The front employees dont let you know the time you have to wait, so youll be sitting there for an hour just for them to tell you We can get you in at 1, when youve been there since 10. Once again, do not recommend.

Very very slow service. Over an hour waiting between checking in and seeing someone who is not even a doctor. The other reviews check out, this place is horrible. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.
