The building is located in historic downtown which is really nice. The cape fear river is right next to it. Its a scenic area. The downside is that its prone to getting flooded and the building looks old on the inside. However, it currently looks to be getting updated.

I walked the park around this building great views. Beautiful at night. This is my home town.

Those ladies that work on the 4th floor with IRS are very rude and hateful. The first lady that deals with calling the names of the next person was so rude to the elderly man and also to everyone else. The lady Vera had the I dont care attitude, why are you here? They made it clear you have to have an appointment as if there were a lot of people were in there. Not everyone knows that you had to have an appointment. Its sad the profession that they are in and the way they treat people.
