The counselor we saw, who now has a leadership role, sent our son to the ER because of suicidal ideation. Turns out he had the flu. Came to me after ending the session short and said my child wouldnt talk to him. Well, I thought that was his job. Our last visit he said he was going to be moving up to management, and was so thrilled with himself, we never heard from him again to see a new provider. We also saw a family therapist here, which was not super helpful. And a NP who put our child of five different meds, which caused all sorts of additional problems and issues. Avoid.

I had a very positive experience here. Scott was very kind and helped me get the prescription that I need. Thanks to there help, I have made great strides in my personal life. Even after things got rough in my life, they were still there to help me and I am most appreciative. Many thanks for all your hard work.

Many times I was waiting on the therapist or she forgot we had an appointment. They dont seem to care a whole lot about patients and seem very fake. I didnt feel like my childs best interest was at heart we were just $$ to them. From my experience in this town of Fayetteville its just best to drive up north to Raleigh to get good doctors or care.

Very good treatment and worked hard to try and find a good med combination.

This place is by far a joke. They constantly get appointments mixed up, never answer the phone, make patients feel beneath them and blatantly lie about patients to cover their own screw ups. I have contacted the state concerning the practices this office does.

The one star is not to say that they do not have good doctors. The one star is for the lack of empathy that they have. The worst honestly...admin staff never seems friendly or are smiling. I was 7 minutes late which I had called about and was on the phone and since their grace period is only 5 minutes they refused to see me. This was for my psychiatrist...you would think that they would care more. One of my Bestfriends just passed away and you would think that they would care more but they do not. Honestly I will be looking for a new doctor.

I have not had my appointment yet but the woman who answered the phone was the first person to treat me with professionalism and dignity of all of the organizations that I called to seek healthcare today. I’m grateful for that.

Horrible service. It’s like no one works there during the day. When you call you cannot get in touch with anybody. I do not recommend this place. Doctors are always pushing your appointments back and never seeing you when they’re supposed to.

I have been here 3 times nd ive never had a problem but once... That was wit my meds but as soon as i brought it to attention it was fixed... I have the best psychiatrist Mallory... Its convenient wit meds u get it right there... I dont have any insurance so this place is great... NO COMPLAINTS THIS WAY

I went her a few times and they helped me a lot even though I was pretty bad off the last time I went there. My therapist, Janett worked really hard trying to find me a placement for longer term care, and even though the place that I was sent to wasnt the best place, Im still thankful for BHC. Most of the staff seem to care, and my favorite MHT was, Janett from night shift because she was one of the main ones who tried to help me.

Made an appointment months in advanced, when my son and I arrived for our appointment we were told the nurse was on vacation!Upon calling to reschedule, there was no one there answer the call, only an automated machine to leave a message...frustrating is not the word I’d used to describe this situation.

My mom was in a real emergency and the staff were really slow. they were chatting, and laughing the whole time and doing the work super slow !

I have a good service and the the its across the street from where I live!

The counselor doesnt seem too informed. And the front desk lady there is very rude and short. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE
