My technician was excellent, my examination was done without any pain. She was very friendly and just ask around great providing the service. I cannot remember her name, but I always get excellent service here. The facility is beautiful, welcoming and warm. The staff level of service is remarkable.

I NEVER leave reviews for places but this has to be said and hopefully something done about it! Today I came in for an X-ray only to be met by nothing but rude receptionist! To think people working in the medical field would actually be nice and kind dealing with people that may be sick and just want to be taken care of as they should! Whoever worked at the front desk today really shouldn’t be there if that is how they will treat others! I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she better hope I don’t see her again & if I do let’s hope she’s much nicer at her job that day!(This review is simply for the front desk! The tech that performed my X-ray was nothing but nice!)Don’t ever want to come here again

Everyone, from start to finish, was as professional and courteous as possible. I had several CT scans done and the entire staff in that department were great. Also, Robin, at the check in desk, was terrific! Professional, with a friendly and positive personality.

Nice facility, but their collections department is condescending and rude. I have worked in claims and insurance most of my career. They have 2 different collection agencies, which isnt normal, but she talked to me like I was dumb because I didnt know that. I am paying a whopping 530.00 for a diagnostic mammogram because I said one side ached a little. But thats not my issue today. I thought this was a duplicate bill because it is a YEAR APART. Also not normal. She kept interrupting, laughing loudly at my questions, and just generally being a ....... Will never come back here again. If you cannot communicate effectively with a computer programmer who works for medicaid and insurance companies for the last 25 years, and can probably educate you on many things about claims herself, without heckling them, you have a customer service deficit.

I am always impressed by the care I receive here. I switched from another local facility and will never switch again. They truly make an effort to make a mammogram/ultrasound appointment a welcoming and not intimidating or stressful experience for women. If they see something questionable with your mammogram, they generally do an ultrasound that same day, and will tell you the results that day as well. That offers such peace of mind. I appreciate the staff so much!

I am still in the parking lot of this facility. I just want to recommend for those that have Tricare Prime please do not come here. Not only are they rude, inconsiderate, but very unprofessional. The way that my situation was handled was uncalled for. Please dont waste your time and come here. The one-star was given because giving them no stars was not an option.

I felt like a VIP! I was waiting and there was an opening upstairs to get me in sooner. The staff walked me to that waiting room and I was taken in very quickly. They care and they show it!

On the date I had my MRI you they were running about 45 minutes behind. The tech was upfront with me, explained the reason for the delay, and then asked me if I was able to continue on. This is the first time I have felt like a facility understood my time was important. Thank you again and I will ALWAYS recommend yall.

They have a great environment & staff. The radiologist will give you results & go over the ultra sound imaging w you. Your fears re allayed. If the results were positive, it would be upsetting but we don’t have to wait days to get results from your family doctor. Very considerate.

The 2 techs that did my MRI were fantastic! They were aware of my claustrophobia issues and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and relaxed and helped me successfully get through the MRI. Ive never been able to stay in the tube long enough to complete one so they were amazing!

Aftet having my first mammogram with my regular doctor on a Monday, I got a call on Tuesday letting me know I needed an additional mammogram and possibly an ultrasound. With a history of Breast Cancer in my family, I was terrified! The staff was incredibly sensitive to my feelings, treating me as a person not just another appointment. They were thorough, explaining every step of the procedure.

Excellent service, kind staff and reasonable price for a MRI

I have to say the best x-ray place I’ve ever been to. When I first got there, Quanesha greeted me and my son with a warm smile. Once she got everything she needed, me and my son had a seat. I barrowed her pen and forgot to give it back. She was quick and nice.It did not take long for me to get called to window one with the lovely Leeza. She was so beautiful and she was super nice. As she checked me in and got my information, she held great convo as she updated what needed to be updated. She did not just sit there quiet like most do and she was very professional. I sat back down and in 10 minutes We were called to the back. Mr. Jerry was super nice and he engaged in conversation as well. It did not take them long to X-ray my son and Jerry was full of smiles and he was really happy. I love that he loved his job it made me feel like we were in good hands. This was a great place and I don’t think I was there a full hour.

They’re very attentive and professional. Now with the Pandemic they take extra precautions and made sure everything is clean. The MRI technician is so sweet and she remembers me. They help you and treat you like family.

I was disappointed that she was off the day of my appt. I wanted to meet her in person, but I will revisit if need be because of her.

Well, the billing issues I encountered with this facility was not pleasant. First of all, I have questions on the bill, I called and waited for 45 minutes nobody answers; then I called again, someone who answered the call said a promise to me that they would call me back the next day, but they didnt. So I called again, and left voice message, particularly requested call back time simply because when I work I cannot answer calls, then nobody returned my call.

The staff is very helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond their duties to play gospel music and relax me for my biopsy. I recommend them to everyone, and will always go to Vally for their services. I have never waited in line over 5 mins.

Over the years I’ve had a lot of various imaging done and I’ve never had to wait long and the staff is very courteous and professional. I always choose VRI for imaging if I have a choice. I’ve been to other places and they either had long wait times or I felt rushed and staff just isn’t quite as nice or professional or patient.

I am angry and disappointed. Valley Regional Imaging is literally a ten-minute drive from my office. My appointment was SCHEDULED for 1:45 PM. I arrived 30 minutes early. (They request 15-minutes early). I didn’t get out of there until 3:30 PM! My office called. My wife called. What was taking so long? they asked. Waiting. Overbooked? Long story short? This is unacceptable. We, your customers, should be charging YOU for our wasted time. An appointment that only takes 15 minutes, should NOT take up over two-and-a--half hours! The person or persons overbooking appointments needs to be fired. If this is systemic, they should be fired for awful business practices! If I have a choice in the future, I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE!Time is our most valuable commodity. We can never get it back. It can’t be saved or bought. This time has been STOLEN from us.The problem, is that wasting our time in health care facilities and businesses, has become so commonplace that it has become expected; the rule rather than the exception. ‘They’ think that we don’t have a choice or a voice. It is high time that this is nipped in the bud. We DO have a choice, and we DO have a voice. My choice is that I will never use this facility again. My voice will be the survey that I am filling out now, as well as leaving these comments as far and wide on the internet as possible. Hopefully, they will NEVER waste my precious time again.

I came here for a CT Scan this week & the facility was VERY clean & even though I had to wait a bit because I came REAL early for MY appointment I noticed that patients were called shortly after they checked in. The radiologist I had was AWESOME! His name is Bart & he explained the whole process of my exam to me & made me feel very comfortable during my visit. My appointment with him for my scan was about an hour and a half & the time flew by😊

My appointment with VRI was for my annual mammogram. My temperature and COVID-related questions were asked prior to my entering the building. The staff in the mammography area was prompt in getting me registered and completing forms. They were courteous and helpful. There was barely any wait time. I would highly recommend this facility.
