Couldnt find the place! Couldnt have it redelivered! Finally found it after hoofing it around campus (not a student, by the way) in the freezing weather, parking is almost nonexistent....Could go on! Whoever thought this was a good location needs to be mentally evaluated or fired!!! There are many easy access ups stores around town. Id give zilch stars if I could!

I was told this service location was an experiment. If so, this is a bad idea. The location is in the middle of campus, well away from where one can park. If I was a college student or worked on campus, I can see how this could be more convenient. However, if you are not, it is incredibly inconvenient. One has to pay for parking then walk about 10 minutes from public parking deck and then try to find the lockers that are a part of the Arkansas Student Union. Can you image having to carry a heavy package 10 minutes back to your car?! I was left a note on my door that the package would be here by 1pm the next business day. At 1pm the next business day, after I find the lockers located next to the bus station and entered in the info notice #, it wasnt there. I go inside the large Student Union building, try to find the so-called UPS station. They said they dont have anything to do with picking up packages (just dropping off) and to call the 1-866 phone number listed outside. Next time, if Im not home, just leave my package at the UPS store or make a second attempt to re-deliver to my home the next day instead of dumping it at this inconvenient and impersonal service location.

I agree with what everyone else said. First, I dont know why my package was taken there. Usually they will try again if I miss a delivery. Had to pay to park and then walk to it. Someone was able to point me in the right direction but they were already closed. When I called UPS, they told me they stayed open till 11. Not true, they closed at 430.

Horrible, horrible, horrible, location!! No one knows where this access point is located nor does any university employee. Asked multiple university employees inside of the union where I could find this access point, and I got the answer of, whats an access point? or its down stairs in the union UPS store. Walked around the entire union to find this POS and finally stumbled across it outside in the most obscure location. Im not even a student!! UPS didnt think this through at all. Anyone that has to find this god forsaken machine, let me save you some hassle, its directly north of the bus station along garland on the southeast face of the south wing of the union. The photo UPS provides for this access point is useless due to the fact that its a straight on shot of a brick facade. UPS be more thoughtful on your access point locations

A location not accessible by car is not a good idea. A location that you can not see off any drivable road is not a good idea. If you are in a wheel chair you must pay to park in order access a route that is wheel chair accessible but none of the metered spaces are handicap spaces... Great concept in theory but absolutely terrible placement.

I have tried twice to get to these lockers. On the second try, I finally located them after an hour of searching through the union. My boyfriend had to ask an employee working in an office that luckily knew where it was. But to start, there is hardly any parking for this! The first time I came and tried to park in the Visitor parking, a guy told me I couldnt because it was reserved for special guests. I gave up. Second time, I parked somewhere that wasnt specifically marked for permit only and then got an envelope on my windshield for a parking violation. And to top it off, when we did find the lockers, they werent working properly and we had to call to get the package. Extremely inconvenient because I do NOT live on campus.

Bad Location unless you ride the Razorback Transit Busses, bicycle, or are already walking on the U of A Campus! Be prepared to climb some stairs after parking in the Union Station Parking Deck via Stadium Drive! Im trying to get Goole Maps to give the correct final approach via Stadium Dr and NOT Garland Ave but it is taking a few months!

Park in the Stadium Dr deck (under Union Bus Station), then go to the south end of the Garland Ave wall of the old Union building (west side of Garland). The lockers take up a large piece of the end of the wall

Only open between the hours of 8am and 4pm, and is in the heart of the college student Union. I am not a college student I work a job that makes getting packages difficult.
