Scheduled to come out on 5/5 to do aeration on my yard and never showed up or call to say anything. I called and the guy answered the phone told me he could see that they were to come out but his response was oh well if they don’t show up they would just reschedule it. How do you just not show up or call and decidewhen I (the paying customer ) should get service. My fiancée called the sales guy who came to our home to sell us on how great they are says “oh I don’t know why they didn’t show up”said he would check and see what happened and never called back. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Rude, and the worst customer service ever. As I write this review I’m still waiting for service on my yard... maybe I’m of wrong ethnicity and live outside the more appealing demographics to get the same level of service

Dorsey Services provides the best lawn care in Georgia. Have had others and was not happy with the service, which was hit or miss; and every treatment was charged at a slightly higher rate and it seemed like every contact included a sales pitch for something else. My wife found Dorsey Services and because of that, I think Ill keep her around a bit longer.Weve been with Dorsey Services for a couple of years now and continue to receive excellent lawn care and advice. Prior to our first treatment, a Dorsey Services Technician visited our property and walked the lawn with my wife and assessed what needed to be done without a sales pitch. He even gave my wife some tips to make her flower beds easier to maintain. I like the fact that the cost of my lawn care is fixed for the season. I get a call from the Technician who is going to treat my lawn at least the day before the treatment advising me of when to expect him onsite. And unless it rains, hes there on the day expected and does a fantastic job of treating my lawn.Since going with Dorsey Services I have received several compliments on how healthy my lawn looks. Recently Turf Masters treated my lawn with pre-emergence weed killer. I had NOT removed a lot of leaves which had fallen. Therefore, the weed killer would NOT be very effective as the leaves would soak up the weed killer. I called Cole who stated that he would re-treat my yard at no added cost. To me, this demonstrated that Cole & Turf Masters are very concerned FIRST about their customers being happy with the services they provide and not just interested in making a buck off their customers.

I started with Turf Masters about 3 years ago with a lawn desperately in need of help. Through education and patience, we are now almost weed free despite being in a rural setting with rough pastures nearby spewing weeds our way constantly.I am proud of the work TM has done so far and appreciate the expertise of the technicians and well as their willingness to educate me.

My yard is green, my grass is sparseThis may be from trying to make my yard a silk pursefrom a Sows ear.They are good about coming regularly and advising us when they are coming.I had hoped my yard would have responded better from regular treatments, but the company may not be to blame.

I was worn out handling the treatment of the yard myself and wasnt seeing any improvement. I talked with several lawn services, but most didnt have proper programs for centipede grass. Your service was highly recommended by a competitor, and that recommendation was deserved. Since you started treating the yard this year, it has filled out, weeds are vastly reduced, and once weve completed an annual cycle with pre-emergence those weeds will be mostly eliminated. Im very pleased.

Worst company ever. Quoted me one price then charged another, added services I didn’t approve and then kept billing and expecting me to pay, not only that but my lawn never looked good, weeds still grew and never went away! Terrible service!

Great company. I had a few issues, but as long as you communicate your dissatisfaction with them, they will do everything they can to correct it. They will also come back out if you are not satisfied with how they did at no extra cost. I now have a really good looking lawn free of weeds and get expert advise on how to make my grass thrive. Theyre definitely worth giving a try and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

I previously had Arbor-Nomics (which I loved!!!) until they were sold to Dorsey Services. Lets just say my grass never turned green or came out of dormancy. I had more weeds than one could imagine. I quickly discontinued my services with this company.

Clearly your company doesn’t read NO soliciting signs! We have them at the entrance to our subdivision and still a man placed a flyer on my door. The name on the flyer was Jamie Cabler. This is unacceptable!!!!
