My husband usually takes care of our 3-acre yard, but he is currently TDY. I was hosting a picnic for 35 people, and I needed my yard mowed. H and H got me on the schedule as soon as the weather would allow. The day they came, I arrived home very late in the evening and didnt see the yard until the next morning. I was thrilled with what I saw: not only did they mow and trim (and all the lines were straight, which appeals to my obsessive nature), they also blew all the grass off the sidewalks and driveway, and removed all the little weeds that were growing in the cracks of my sidewalk. The price was reasonable, and my yard looks terrific. As the wife of a veteran, I am happy to support and recommend this veteran-owned company.

I had originally left a positive review about H&H because I was initially so happy with their services. This review has since been deleted. We had gotten them out the same day and they had worked on my fixer upper of a yard. It looked beautiful the first time but I mentioned that I wanted them to work on the other side of my house too. We scheduled biweekly with them, however, they failed to ever put us on a schedule. 2 times in a row we had to call them to come out after about 4 weeks of missed services each time. We were initially understanding about the “mixup” even though we had texted them biweekly twice.The last time they came out, the workers were at my house for maybe 15 minutes total including when they talked to my husband about the biweekly issue. They left my yard a mess and we provided photos of the areas we were unhappy with and politely asked them to come back out to fix their work. They did come back out, but they did not fix the issue. My yard was still left a mess and the workers did not check with us about the issue before leaving again. We sent another text regarding the issue and stated that we no longer wanted to work with them because of the poor services provided and let them know that we would pay the invoice but that we were unhappy with the services provided. They said they would check into it and never got back to us. As a business, I feel that it is really important to stay in contact with an unhappy customer, and it has been almost a week. I also want to mention that we had talked to them twice about trimming some low hanging branches, to which their response both times were, “we do not have time.”“MowingEdging along all hard surfacesTrimming wherever the mower cant reachBlowing off all hard surfaces including porches, patios, sidewalks, decks, and drivewaysUpon request, we also trim bushes, prune trees”So my question is, why was the work done great the first time but not the other times?With that said, I will provide photos of the services I received INCLUDING the initial service I was extremely happy about compared to what I last received to show exactly why I was unhappy with the quality of work. We truly wanted to keep doing work with them literally for years and it’s extremely sad that it went this way. Please do better and take this as a learning experience. If you are a possible new incoming customer or even an existing customer please take the time to review the photos.

William came and cut my backyard grass today. I called last night and they got me in first thing this morning. It took less than an hour and I felt the pricing was very fair, especially for the work I saw! Since I’m out of town, he sent photos of his completed work. I legitimately didn’t recognize the yard for half a second and worried maybe he’d cut the wrong one. The yard hadn’t been mowed in...well...at least in the 6 mos I’ve had it and probably for 6 mos before that. It looks so nice! I know my new tenants will appreciate having a more safe and organized place for the kids to play.

These young men are truly professional!! They did an amazing job and were respectful! They came on time, listened to what we wanted and executed! The price is great for how big of a yard we have and the services we wanted done. I would recommend them if you are looking for a lawn service you can depend on!!

First time using this company. Deandre and John came out, quoted and did a walk around of what needed to be done. I have a pretty big yard but they had no complaints and got right to work. Within an hour they had the yard mowed, trimmed, and blowed. And did a final walk around to confirm it was done. Very satisfied with their work and will be using in the future.

Our yard - mainly the backyard had been neglected for a couple of years due to life issues. We had a major project for H&H with cutting back tree limbs and vines off our privacy fence, overgrown shrubs along the deck, shrub trimming in the front, and overgrowth along the side of our house. We are so very impressed with the work H & H did with our yard. I was smiling (and still am) when they left. Everything was perfect and impressive from start to finish. These young men knew what they were doing and got it done a lot quicker than we imagined. We were also impressed by all of the equipment and trucks. The whole backyard had not been cut back in years. It was so overgrown some of the brush was over 20 feet tall! Nathan and his crew raked and removed 6 inches of heavy wet rotten magnolia leaves from a large patio area. They cut and removed a huge overgrown mass of wisteria and junk trees( some trunks/ vines measuring 5/6/7 inches in diameter) from the whole back yard. They trimmed and cleaned up the fence line which was above and beyond what I had asked them to do. I wish I had taken a before and after picture....the transformation is incredible! Fantasticjob!!

I called H&H late in the afternoon on a Thursday asking for a quote to get my lawn mowed. The price was affordable and I was given good advice about how to move forward with mowing and laying down sod. Mr Harris was very knowledgeable and professional. The response time was amazing. Return time from reaching out for a quote was very timely. However the service we received did not mirror the service read on the reviews that other clients have received. Professional, kind, friendly and timely but my yard was not taken care of to my expectations. Due to the lack of service we received and pictures shared H&H took care of my concerns professionally and quickly. Without asking they provided me a refund. Certainly appreciate these guys getting out so quickly though!

Instead of just sneaking away at the end, they checked with me that everything looked satisfactory. Prices are pretty reasonable, much better than what others have quoted us. Since its a team, they get it done fast.

Our son is deployed and his yard had gotten very over grown. We do not live there so I called and talked to Bill. He was very nice and told me he would go right out and check it out. I got a call back within the hour with an estimate. He sent numerous pictures and explained what needed to be done. It was a very reasonable price for all that needed to be done. He said he would come first thing in the morning and he did just that. He sent pictures as he worked to let me see before and after pictures. We were very happy with the work they did. It looks like a new house. He was very nice and does what he says he will do. My sons neighbor even wants them to do her yard now. We will definitely use them again.

Will be using their services again!This is the second time they have mowed my yard. They do a really good job and I was impressed both times. The only issue I have is pricing. Last time they came to mow, I was charged $65. This time I was charged $95. The only difference was my backyard was a little taller than the previous visit. They told me it was “because it took so much time to get it done correctly.” I was at home but never acknowledged them. My home cameras have them showing up at 6p and packing up and leaving at 635.... 30 minutes is “so much time”? That’s almost exactly how long they were here last time. I don’t mind paying for great service but what I do mind is being taken advantage of. This will be a deciding factor on whether I use H&H again.

I originally called another lawn company to come do a job I needed asap while I was on my lunch break. Guy never responded, then I called H&H lawn care and they came out within that hour. They did a great job, and finished fast enough for me to be back to work on time.

We are new to the area. I had a guy cut one time for me and sadly he is not reliable. I called and text him several times he never replies or came back. Anyways i was desperately in need for a cut cause it has been 3 weeks. I called several company yesterday they never got back to me. And finally i called H & H he responded to me and send his crew today. Nate and Josh are very cool and respectful young men. Look forward to continue business with them. My lawn desperately needed a cleanup, found this company by google search, and I was highly impressed with the service I received! These guys went above and beyond the normal cut. I wish I found them prior to now. I live 3 hours away from my property and arranged this over the phone. They were easy to work with and schedule and are very fair priced. The job they did is AMAZING!!!!
