🌟Exceptional service🌟! Juan arrived a few minutes early and that allowed me (handicapped) to take my time and not feel rushed getting settled into the transport van. This was for a long ride (3 hours each way, each time), so stopping for rest rooms etc was always an option and driving schedule allowed for these things. I never had to ask, instead Juan checked with me periodically.The vehicle was exceptionally clean, no odors or stains every ride I have taken (3 since my first ride with Ozark Mobility). This makes me feel good as I am a severely immunocompromised person during this pandemic spending so much time in a confined space with others can be anxiety-creating at times, but that has never been the case riding in an Ozark Mobility vehicle. I feel completely safe in the care of Juan / Ozark Mobility.These vans have wheelchair / rear lift for use, mid-van seats, and clearly marked extra wide entry steps. I was very impressed with the link sent which showed me exactly where he was at any time I checked it, and when to expect his arrival when I was being discharged from the hospital. Im technologically challenged, lol, but had no trouble with the link. Again, exceptionally thoughtful. Having been in hospital is stressful enough, in too many ways - wouldnt you agree? I was very grateful for the kindnesses shown to me.I know I keep using the same adjective: exceptional but really, it IS. Ive ridden in a lot of transport vans over the last several years as my health has declined, and I can easily say that Ozark Mobility *far* exceeds any other transportation company I have had my medical rides with.I also enjoy conversations on long rides, and enjoyed the intelligent conversation very much, but Juan will play most music, etc for the comfort of his passengers (not everyone is gregarious, lol) I have found every trip to be consistently reliable, thoughtful, patient, and all-round great people!🌟⭐VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!⭐🌟

I had an absolutely amazing experience with the amazing staff that runs this amazing drivers and personally the best experience Ive had with medical Transit. Absolutely would take this bus ride again with this company anytime.
