Staff is always professional and courteous. While I don’t pay for a trainer, they are still more than willing to answer any questions I may have. Love the classes! Definitely worth the price!
I think it is an amazing gym to go get a quality work out! They have amazing classes your staff is always friendly and they have an amazing smoothie lineup as well! I would highly recommend this gym to any military personnel or anyone in Fayetteville! Also would like to give a shout out to Stephanie in Kidzcare she is amazing at what she does! And also to the fitness consultants in Hope Mills and the Fayetteville location helping me reach my goals and fitness needs!
I’ve worked out at TruFit on numerous occasions and have always had a great time. The environment, equipment, and staff all are great and always available if you have any questions whether it be about specific workouts or pieces of equipment. Definitely recommend membership for anybody looking to get in better shape and change their life.
I love the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the establishment. I always get a good workout due to the variety in equipment. I enjoy coming here and feel out of place when I visit other gyms. 💕
The gym looks great! Helpful and friendly staff. But youll wreck your car in the awful parking lot! It looks like the Air Force bombed it with all the potholes, and some of them are DEEP. Be careful!
They continue to upgrade equipment and offer more services. You do need to register for young child supervision ahead of time though. They also have classes.
Customer service was phenomenal. Ice water on demand. Good variety of equipment and workout options, but not enough bars for all the implements that require bars.
Best Gym and staff in Fayetteville! Everyday I walk in it’s like coming home!
Great equipment, friendly staff and always clean.
One of kind gym 😁❤
I love that gym. The staff is super friendly, I have all the equipment I need to workout to stay in shape. I avoid all the busy hours to get better machine availability.
The staff really cares about the people coming in and out of their gym. They are very accommodating and do their best to help out. Robert has been an amazing help and checks in on me every once and a while after my lifts
I love this gym. The hours are great and the group classes are so much fun😁
Dont go to this gym.. its literally the worst gym in Fayetteville. The staff dont seem to care about the customers. Nobody cleans the equipment and they dont want to allow you to cancel your memberships. Its way easier to get out of the mob than it is to leave this gym. Also during covid crisis they kept charging me for 24 hours even though they wasnt open 24 hours.
Enjoy This gym a lot ! All the tools I need to reach my goals . Friendly respectful atmosphere 💯 Thanks Mr. Ward..., Doug Lane
Solid gym with friendly staff and great membership deals - membership gives access to all 9 locations. Gym offers huge freeweight section, cardio, machines, crossfit area with bumpers, and a free daycare.
The best fitness facility in the area. Staff is professional and have great attitudes. From young to old this place meets the needs of all.Free staffed daycare with people who watch your children personally ..
Love this place awesome Gym
Good selectoon of equipment, very clean, and a good atomsphere
Member since 2018. Needs to have zumba
I love this gym 💪 great staff and equipment
Great place to workout and take your kids and great staff
Top notch gym with a friendly knowledgeable staff. Love this place
Great gym excellent smoothies great staff and consistently cheerful every visit!!!
Great Gym 👌🏾 friendly staff with a wide range of equipment.
Clean convenient but very small
The main reason for giving this place 5 stars is because of the staff..The group exercise classes are very motivating..Anita who teaches body pump is phenomenal!! I came here on pass because I wasnt sure if I was going to to stay in Fayetteville or move to Raleigh..In the meanwhile I got a pass..Then my pass expired..I tried to workout.. Kenny told me I would have to get a membership if I plan on continuing working out which is perfectly logical..He let me workout one More Time... I left and moved to Raleigh but moved back after the job fell through.. My first thought was I gotta join trufit!! Thanks Guys!!
I wish I could give negative stars! Beware before you join this gym !!! The staff is extremely rude. I’ve been trying to get a refund from back in December when I only worked there for a couple months after being a member for almost a year. I quit an still trying to get a refund. Never got my refund as well as tonight a staff member yelled at me when asking a question to why my account was delinquent/canceled. I had to go out an call another location that told me my account was all good. While still on the phone I went back in and he continued to argue with me an be extremely rude. I don’t feel comfortable coming to this gym any more (the one on bragg Blvd).
Love this gym before the covid it was 24/7 that was awesome cuz no1 wakes up as early as me but we have to deal with the covid right now. Its huge and so much equipment, suana, and classes and u can go to either fayettville or hope mills its great
Great hygiene.
Gym itself not bad...... They put money into putting advertising tvs up yet not $15 into a toilet seat in the males restroom which is falling off, restrooms also can make the whole gym smell
Great gym, been going there for 5 years.
I have been to dozens of Golds Gym franchise locations all over the country, due to my work travel and the staff here at this location is by far the the most friendly, and attentive Ive come across from coast to coast. The facility itself isnt the biggest and may be a little crowded, but the attitude of the staff will lighten the mood and counteract any misgivings you might have when you first see the space available. The gym does have all the equipment anyone may need whether a novice or experienced. Natasha at the front desk was very attentive, friendly, competent and capable of multitasking which is critical for a front desk attendant. All in all a great work out experience. I wish my own Golds Gym location were like this.
Staff seems to communicate with each other more than they do with members. I think there should be more awareness that all members are not sure how to work equipment, and when you cant identify staff or find anyone on the floor the experience begins to to turn sour.If staff would be as attentive as they are when they are trying to get you to buy a membership it would be great.Clean facility, I wish I could say more but I stopped going last year. This is the first time Ive ever joined a gym and my experience has been poor. Perfect location,
This is an awesome gym, I had a membership at planet fitness and I was highly disappointed. Tru fit membership is definitely worth it. The personal trainer Clara Rouse is the most caring, motivational and best personal trainer on the staff, she clearly loves what she do and it shows. Her fitness classes in the morning are motivational and highly effective.
So the only reason I’m not giving it 5stars is because the gym PERSONALLY, is not for me. With that being said- it’s a WONDERFUL gym. The staff is friendly and the gym is always clean and well maintained. The gym caters more towards a “gym junkie” than a gym novice such as myself. I’ve watched the personal trainers train people, and they’re great. The machine/cardio area is a little small, and often times is crowded. They only have a limited amount of machines available, yet have like 8 treadmills. So sometimes you’re waiting for the machine you want. The childcare staff is AMAZING. It’s very hands off and the kids get to play at their own will. They have daily activities for the kids, and even a parents date night / drop off option so you can get things done! They are fantastic with the kids and we haven’t had a single issue. The play room is always so nice and my daughter always leaves exhausted! Lol. The only downside is the time you get for childcare. Any child above a year, you get 2 hours and under two is 1 hour. Having the childcare option is nice, especially if you’re a single parent, but it sometimes doesnt feel like enough. You can go in the morning and evening though so that’s always an option .All in all, I enjoy the gym. The atmosphere is friendly and clean. I thoroughly enjoy going to the gym and would recommend them to anyone, especially those with kiddos!
I LOVE GOLDS GYM Bragg Blvd! Before Golds I was one of those girls who enjoyed working out but fell off the bus for a while after moving to a new town. Over 2 years ago i found I was hitting a grey area in my life and desperately needed to pick myself back up. I walked into this gym scared of the unknown and unsure of where to start. The staff is welcoming and friendly, extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. I have to say after 2+ years of going there I consider the staff to be friends/family. The gym is in smaller size which makes it feel homey and personable, Great for those who want to stay focused, make progress, reach goals, and get the GAINS!!!💪🏼 if you dont quite know how to get the gains, the personal trainers there are seriously phenomenal!!!!In conclusion I am no longer in that grey area, Im happy, feel good inside and out, & and have Become committed to my fitness journey. The best perk of them all is that while going to Golds Gym Brag Blvd I can safely say that Ive gotten my Biggest GAINS and am in the absolute BEST Shape of my LIFE, so far! So Thank You Golds Gym Brag Blvd!!!! 💪🏼 for being my go to #1 favorite place to go!
I have been a member at this gym for almost four years now, and I couldnt be happier. The staff is amazing! Megan and Natasha always remember me, and my smoothie order. The childcare staff do exceptional with my kids! Ms. Stephanie and childcare staff always strive to keep the kids active and entertained, and my children love going to the gym because of this! If you are looking for a personal trainer, Jo is your girl! She pushes you to reach goals you never thought was possible! I have tried different gyms over the years, and I can truly say I have found one that I look forward to going to daily!
I switched over to Golds after spending the last few years at a now defunct womens gym. I have to admit to being a little nervous about starting up in a gym that a few people had mentioned feeling like had a macho environment, but I was sold on the amazing child care. Not only is the childcare phenomenal-- best Ive ever seen in a gym with cleanliness and wonderful staff-- but the facilities and trainers are great. I should never have been concerned because it has always felt like a great place to work out. Ive been a member for a year now and would highly recommend it.
I have been going to this gym for a little over a year now the equipment isnt what I was used to being it is fairly older but it gets the job done. I was given a great deal to work out and tan. I do feel the facility could be upgraded but overall the whole staff is very nice. The ladies that work in the childrens area is absolutely amazing. I would recommend this gym.
Have been a member at Golds for over a year now at Bragg and I absolutely love it! I was hesitant to join (have been a loyal member of Golds for over 10 years already, but being in a new city, I wanted to see what else was out there), but thanks to Jenna showing me the great value and all the benefits, it reminded me why I always stick with it. Jenna and the rest of the staff always provide consistently great service, and the equipment is always in order - and if not, they are super quick to repair.Another reason I joined was because childs care is included. The ladies who work there are the absolute best - my son is safe, happy, and always coming home with educational crafts and projects completed during the short time here is there. I cant speak highly enough of the staff in Kids Care - every single one of them is amazing!
TruFIT Gym is an amazing place to be a member! Group exercise classes, kids care and tanning are all included in my membership. My personal trainer has also helped keep me accountable and helped me get closer and closer to reaching my health and wellness goals. The equipment is all updated and they are frequently adding new machines and updating the facility.
If your looking for a gym with an awesome childcare facility and fun classes with great instructors and staff, then look no further! One of the reasons I prefer this location is the fantastic ladies that work hard to ensure the childcare stays clean and kids stay happy. I highly recommend taking the classes. Spin and Step with Kathy, Barre Sculpt with Jackie, Body Flow with Georgia Ann or Barbara, Body Combat with Michelle or my personal favorite, Body Pump with April! The facilities are always clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly! If you have a chance, make sure to grab a smoothie on your way out! Natasha makes the best chocolate powershakes!
The Gold`s Gym on Bragg Blvd has the best staff ever. Especially front desk staff who makes the best shakes ;-) Everyone who works in there is always friendly and welcoming. If any issues arise while doing my workout they are quick to respond. Excellent place to workout. However, some of the the machines DEFINITELY need an upgrade.
Love this gym! I was nervous at first but the staff is super friendly and helpful and so are the people working out around you! I do yoga on Monday and Friday mornings and the instructor is awesome! I also keep my son in the daycare, which I was also nervous about but they have a one way mirror so you can see your child and the daycare ladies are so sweet and keeps the daycare very clean. Did I mention I love this gym??
Too dark!
Joined when it was Golds then they changed their name. The main reason why I joined was to be able to work oit at other locations. Read the fine print!! Wasnt told of an equipment maintenance fee they charge every 6 months (which they are obviously pocketing) and that they would still charge your account even after your contract ended unless you email them 30 days prior.
The gym is awesome. But the kids care is the best! The girls that work there truly care about all of the kids that they watch. When I first started going my son was 18 months and had never really been away from me before. For the first 3 weeks he had a really hard time. But they were always so good and patient with him. I wanted to stop going but they assured me that he would get better. And now he LOVES it there. Ive been going 5 days a week for 7 months and never once had a problem with the kidscare. They dont just watch your kids they interact with them. They dance, exercise, play, face paint, do crafts and get to know all of the kids that come in. Miss Stephanie and her whole team and absolutely the best. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!
Decent gym but could be bigger. Been going for yrs & needs an update on my opinion.. great friendly atmosphere & acceptable hrs of operation. main thing is that it needs more space
I am really love this place make me happy
Im a member at the true fit gym in hope mills love the company. This location at bragg is sub-standard due to lack of equipment and undermanning. A gentleman came in earlier as I was lifting and asked the front desk to turn on the sauna he responded we just turned it on it may take awhile he leaves about 10 minutes later after the conversation (frustrated and left). I went in about 50 minutes later and it was not hot at all (imagine that). I called the front desk it doesnt take 50 minutes to hear a 5x5 room come on guys!!!
Absolutely LOVE this Gym!! As a member here for over 4 years Golds Gym is like a second family to me. The staff takes pride in making you feel like you are right at home. The place is always clean. Customer Service is outstanding. If you are looking for a great gym Golds Gym on Bragg Blvd is the one to choose!!
I love the gym. But I have had MULTIPLE issues with payments and my contract. Please pay close attention to the copy that you physically sign. I was told 12 months with 6 months free and it ended up being 36 months. I signed up in September 2015. My contract doesnt end until February 2018. Not sure how they do the math. But clearly someone wasnt good at it.. 3 starts because I actually do like the gym and the people are great. Plus daycare staff is amazing.
Great Gym, Welcoming and friendly staff. They have a decent selection of free weights and machines, other than Post they have the heaviest dumbbell rack that Ive seen. It is crowded during after work hours but what gym isnt. The locker room and facility as a whole is always well maintained and clean.Overall good place to workout!!!
Best gym in Fayetteville! Extremely professional staff, equipment has been well maintained and kept like new, child care is wonderful and always has fun activities for the kids. Jenna has always been very Kind and helpful since Ive been a member, ensuring I was aware of my membership status and always informed of any new promotions, sales or events the gym was having. Jess has been super professional and awesome as well. Very satisfied with Bragg Blvd Golds gym.
My wife and I have been going to Golds for over two years now and we obviously love the place. The employees are always very nice to us; However there is one employee that is extremely rude to us just about EVERY TIME we come in. If Im not mistaken her name is Megan? She always seems to be annoyed to help us or answer questions. Its to the point when we come in the gym she doesnt even say anything to us. If Im not mistaken front desk people are the first people you see walking into the gym, so we would figure shed be a little nicer to customers. Other than that Golds is a great gym and I highly recommend it!
The greatest thing about Golds Gym is Kids Care. Stephanie and the staff their are amazing! Everyday they have different activities and even have a Parents Night Out. Being a member of the gym is only worth the money because of the kindness and generosity of the staff in the Kids Care room. I would rate Golds Gym Kids Care a 5 out of 5!!! Hands down the best kids care experience my three kids have had!
Love the spin class here! Front staff is very helpful and welcoming! I always get my post workout shake from Megan. She makes the best shakes and always has a smile on her face! :) Would def recommend to anyone looking for a great gym!
Ive been a member for about 5 years. The number one thing I can recommend about Golds Gym is that it has provided me with the equipment to get in the best condition of my life. Im more confident and comfortable in my body because of it. I will say Golds isnt a social club, its about working out. Members and staff turnover almost annually but you can always count on getting a good workout.
Friendly, helpful, motivated staff
Golds.. now TruFIT is another one in the same of garbage chain gyms. I am absolutely relieved that there are other options within the immediate vicinity (looking at you, Y). This gym sold me a membership a year ago adamant that I was paying for everything. I ASKED because I was paying in full. Their maintenance fee was never brought up. Not once during signing. It wasnt until the fee was due and threatening to go to collections that I was made aware of them. No one wants to be up-front or honest until AFTER youve signed the contract. Here we are 6 months later and Im being informed that its in fact bi-annual. Go here if youre looking for a small space, mediocre equipment, fighting for 25# and 45# plates, terrible hours, and employees who are so corporate, it hurts. I will be referring all of my friends to new gyms.
Golds is such an awesome place with great staff!! I always feel so welcome and its always a great environment. Ive yet to counter a bad experience there for the past year Ive been a member. I recommended this place to all my friends with all the classs offered, personal training, sauna showers, ect.Joe, the Fitness Director is fantastic at pairing his highly qualified personal trainers to each client that help reach their individualized goal. His work is commendable at Golds and he is a true asset to the facility with his helpfulness and determination to provide excellent customer service.
I never got to use my membership due to me being stationed in another state they still billed me and keep billing me .dont goto this gym goto planet fitness or another fitness place
This company billing office is nothing but scam they deserve a zero star. They will always refused to cancel your contract because they want to keep taking money from you. I signed for a monthly payment that I can get out anytime I want not for 2 years contract. But when I wanted to cancel they told me I signed for 2 years not monthly.
DO NOT JOIN!!! It is easier to leave a gang than to leave this gym. I was never told upon signing my paid in full contract that I would be charged monthly at the end of the contract. I asked. I was not given a copy of my contract and did not ask because I was told I was done after the 15 months. No attempt from trufit was made to alert me to my contract even ending. I am now fightingt collection company they use. This company does not answer phones and pins everything back on trufit. Very poor business model. Very frustrated and I feel that everyone should be aware of this.
I like going to this gym because the staff is friendly, not intimidating, doesnt make you feel like you dont matter even if youre not in shape. The gen mgr makes sure to handle situations in a professional manner and does it pretty quickly too. I wanted a place to work out where I didnt feel like an outcast. Im glad I found Golds on Bragg Blvd because they are the best!!!
Decent equipment.Men’s restroom is in pretty rough shape.Annoying outsourced “member services”. If you want to cancel, they won’t do it from the gym. You have to provide a 30-day (!) written cancelation notice to the Member Services company. Of course, only if you’re not on a contract. Also, the monthly fee does not include the semi-annual “Service Charges”, AKA hidden additional costs. Just be transparent and make the monthly fee higher! That’s either shady and underhanded, or these guys suck so bad at budgeting that they have to hit up all the members twice a year to upgrade anything. Bad touch either way.The staff is polite but seems to be undertrained. Most are unable to answer very basic questions about membership/policies or gave me incorrect/misleading info.Nail in the coffin: If you’re a Military Service Member, don’t bother asking if they’ll either suspend your contract or suspend your month-to-month (to keep a special rate you got in on) for a deployment. Wow! Unfortunately, they don’t do that, but the staff member will waste about 10 minutes of your time asking the manager, who probably had to call and ask the owner.Bottom Line: Sneaky money-grubbing at every turn. Going to look elsewhere.Bye! :)
Its not the biggest gym out there, but its great all around. Great equipment and nice staff. Front counter girls always make great shakes. Kristal knows my shake order by memory and fills the cup to the very top. Always supports my gains.
We LOVE this gym-- especially the whole Kids Care team! Having a place where our kids love to go every day and are cared for SO well by every single person who works there makes getting a work out in even more enjoyable! Its easy to see that everyone who works in Kids Care loves their job, loves the kids, and is constantly looking for ways to make Golds and Kids Care even better.
I enjoy Golds Gym on Bragg Blvd for many reasons. First, unlike other gyms, the free weights do not stop at 75lbs, a large factor for myself and many of my friends who workout here. The staff are very helpful and are willing to provide insight and assistance into generally any fitness question asked of them. Finally the gym holds a plethora of raffles and competitions to keep their clients engaged and involved, which, in turn, keeps attendance high.
I have been a member of Golds gym in Fayetteville for over three years. It is truly my home away from home. I find myself there 5 to 6 days per week and even at its busiest time I am able to get a great workout in. I love the staff, specially Jenna at the front desk. They are all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been to other gyms in town and it is by far my gym of choice.
I enjoy all the GGX classes, this is a great gym to workout at, Ive been a member for a long time and it is improving all the time. TC is a motivating instructor who always makes me feel great after her classes, I know whatever class I go to that Im going to get a full body workout. The childcare is awesome too, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I always tell people I workout at Golds and tell them how great the classes and instructors are, Ive already got my two sisters to join. We met at the gym a couple times a week.
Great gym with an overall friendly atmosphere from the staff to the regular guy/gal working out on the floor. Plus the kids care program makes it easier to balance family and fitness with its own amazing staff! Jalisa and Fatima along with all the other gals take exceptional care of the children that come in with their parents. Definitely worth looking into!
They appear friendly, but lie to you about the facts of the gym. They made me sign paperwork which I didnt get to read 1st and found out I was in a contract for a membership when I specifically told them I only wanted to try it out for a month. Now I have to go and ask for paperwork that they got me to sign and find out all the fine print.
Great atmosphere,The trainers and staff are always willing to help you out weather it be pointers to help with your form, or a spot if you need it. Jenna helped out immensely in choosing this my gym, she made sure we knew about the childcare and introduced us to the rest of the staff. The gym itself is laid out well and you generally arent stuck waiting for a bench, overall for the additional services they provide, tanning and child care, you couldnt ask for a better place to work out at.
My husband is active duty military. We were stationed at Fort Bragg in January 2015. I got a membership at this Golds Gym location in April. For an additional discount I paid for 18 months up front. Unfortunately we got orders to move before that 18 months was up. My husband deployed and went to school during the time I had my membership. I was literally never there to use it because my boys and I chose not to stay. Not their fault so I just ate the money. July 2016 comes around and I get charged an annual membership charge... well ok I guess despite the fact I havent used the membership more than 20 times. As we were tying up all loose ends at Fort Bragg I opted to call the gym and make sure they were done charging me. The girl I talked to looked up my account and told me I was fine. My membership was going to expire in November and that would be the end of my dealings with Golds Gym. Not at all the case. October I get charged again. So I call back down and you have to have a 30 day written notice, proof of address change, and contact the company that handles billing. First of all my membership was paid until November when I called in August?!?!?!? Now its October and I am getting a monthly bill because my contract renews itself in a month to month status until I provide written notice. Not at all what I was told by the girl I talked to. Their response.... she was not a manager... how does that become my $20 monthly problem. I was assured I wouldnt be charged again. They claim they will fight for me to get my money back. I did nothing wrong. Someone at that establishment should be paying me back the charges I have incurred due to their lack of knowledge on how their system works. I will be contacting the BBB if I do not get some resolve. Worst customer service ever.
I wasnt sure about joining this gym but all of the gals in the kids care made me feel so much better about it! They are so great and take such good care of my kid, and he loves coming as much as I do. Thanks guys!
Stay Away from this gym! They are scam artists who automatically sign you on a 2 year unbreakable contract, although tell their clients they can leave at any time. They outsource their billing agency through a firm in Utah, which the True Fit claims they know nothing about!
Megan and the other ladies made me feel very comfortable and was very supportive of my goals to get back in shape. I have not worked out in over 10years so I was very intimidated at first. Now I actually enjoy getting my sweat on at Golds Gym.
The group fitness program is the best thing about this gym. They have classes at good times for people who work. The instructors are great and the people are nice at this gym. The Friday morning Body Combat and Body Flow are fantastic.Hopefully theyll add some more weekend classes soon for summer. The only negative drawback about this gym is that the cardio equipment is a little dated. It would be awesome if they also started to update some of the equipment like they did at Hope Mills.
My second home away from home! Joey H. (fitness director) is the best around.. Love the smoothie girls (fitness consultants) S/O To Morgan,Beth, Jenna, Tasha and last but not least Megan R.. Best (GM) ever Jessica Knox.
Awesome gym! Staff is super friendly and professional. Kids care is perfect! Jalisa and Fatima as well as the rest of the kids care staff tend to my kiddos and are very loving! Couldnt ask for a better place to workout at. Check it out!
Love this gym! Not large but never feels too crowded for me. The price is great for the amount of classes and access to tanning beds. Also, the kids care place rocks! My daughter loves going there and Jalisa, Fatima, Holly are awesome with the kids.
I thought I had signed up for a month to month non-contracting binding membership. The day I was signed up, I even asked several times if this was a non-contract binding month to month membership and I was told yes! Even before I signed the membership form the manager reassured me that it was in fact non-contract binding. I have to cancel the membership due to a family emergency and I was told by the billing company that I was told wrong and that it in fact was an 18 month membership contract. And now I’m probably going to have to pay the remaining amount left. DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS GYM! I WAS LIED TO!!!
I have been trying to close my account since this was Golds Gym. I have written the local franchisee on Bragg Boulevard 3 times in the last 2 years and have had a multitude of conversations with Paramount Acceptance. They have been auto drafting my account and will not close my account. Be wary of this gym and Paramount Acceptance.
The only reason I gave one star is the option for zero stars is not there. This is just an example of what I have been dealing with over the last 7 months. These people are awful. I cant comprehend why they have three stars. It should be less. I highly recommend paying more for a better club. Save yourself the headache.James Owens 1:37 PM (9 minutes ago)to kenb, mohamod, bcc: joshh, bcc: sherrid, bcc: time, bcc: kristing, bcc: brettdMr. Ken B,I have been e-mailing and calling since January in reference to the fictitious membership that your team had me sign for. I have been to your gym one time and have never worked out in it or any of your facilities. I was under the impression that I was signing a waiver to work out in your facility along with a onetime payment of 30 dollars, for the week I was going to be there for work back in November. I did not end up working in Fayetteville.Once I noticed that you guys were taking money from my account in January, I started calling and emailing. I have compiled a call log and a email log of the attempts I have tried, for your company to stop charging me and to refund my money. That has been going on for over 7 months now. I have made dozens of attempts to reach you personally. I have called your locations at Bragg and Hopemills to no avail. I have asked if there is someone else who can assist me with this issue. Apparently there is not. You and your team have grossly dropped the ball on customer service. Your company owes me a refund for the charges it has applied to my bank. I am requesting a call back in reference to this matter. I have done everything in my power to give Trufit the benefit of the doubt. You, your team and Trufit gyms have totally missed the ball on the most basic of customer service skills. A simple call back. Not one call from you or your managers in 7 months on an ongoing complaint. If you feel that no refund is warranted, please forward me over your attorneys information for my attorney to reach out.My attorneyxxxxxxxxxxxRespectfully, James H. Great gym... Been a member for a very 5 years and they get better and better every year. Keep up. The great costumer service guys!
Joined over a year ago and NEVER had a bad experience yet! Staff is helpful, and the childrens care staff made me feel comfortable leaving my child as a first time mom! Would recommend to everyone!
Everyone at the gym is very friendly and helpful. The kids care staff is the best. I love them! They do lots of fun activities and are great with the kids.
Oh where to start? I visited Golds Gym or TruFit as it is called now three years ago. After the tour, my family and I decided to give it a shot. We sat down with one of the associates as she read through what she promised wasnt a contract and was only a quote that would bind them to a certain price for a set time. We signed on the dotted line as it turned out and proceeded to utilize the facility for the next year. The gym became more and more crowded and less and less useful so we decided to call it quits. It was at this time we learned we had a three year contract that not only bound the company to a price it bound us. Miraculously, no one knew anything from that point on. Some phantom company called Paramount existed out in the either that was charged with stealing the remaining $1700 from me over the next two years. Long story short I informed everyone involved in the scam that I wanted out the moment the contract was fulfilled. I was told I was bound until July 2018. I came down on orders to move April 2018. When I called to present my orders, with shock in their voices at the apparent injustice of me paying for something I couldnt use for years, I was told I had been paying month to month for some time now. True to form, I will be charged for one more month of useless membership before this company states they will let me go.Never give Tru Fit or Golds Gym a dime. There are far better gyms out there who are focused on maintaining their facilities and fostering a climate of healthy living without stacking their books with endless contractually bound persons.
Been a member for over 4 years now. Great customer service, real clean facility, and overall great environment! I would definitely recommend Golds Gym to everyone!
So, at one point I was in love with this gym. That was back when it was Gold’s. I have since stopped going to this gym. Their billing company is also absolutely infuriating and have hidden re upping on the contract that you sign.
Ive been a member going on 8 yrs. This is like my second address. The ladies behind the counter have always been helpful and polite. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere provided by the staff and other members. I rarely go to other gyms, but when I have to, I usually would always rather be working out here.
Trufit is a better gym chain than most that Ive encountered and their shakes are really good.
Its a smaller gym but has everything that you need And a very good Staff. Easy to talk to and always willing to help. Jessica knox is a beautiful lady but even more she is awesome at her job. Check them out.
I have been trying to leave this gym since I left Fayetteville so long ago. getting through to paramount acceptance who collects their $ is impossible. Military beware. They are asking for orders when it’s been FOREVER and long after my contract is up. What a horrible experience
This gym is great! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Megan at the front is great she always has a smile... The gym was clean and very well set up! If your looking for a great gym in fayetteville this is it!
Its a good gym with nice equipment. Only down side is staff works out during the busiest part of the day... and it looks like a lot of staff!
The staff are very nice and attentive. I especially love Megan, she always has a smile and a kind word for everyone. She has a very welcoming demeanor. Thank you Megan and the staff at
