Pa Bynum has been seeing my daughter for over a year. We love him. He takes the time to listen to her and she gets to participate in her treatment.

I love my sons therapist and his psychiatrist. They are very understanding and family oriented. That’s why I travel 1 1/2 hours to the monthly appointment. They make sure that they do there best to make sure people get the help they need. And I appreciate that.

Dr. Bynum helped me through a very stressful time in my life. Losing my daughter, Danielle Locklear. I would still be a patient, but I moved to another state. Very compassionate. I thank you Dr.Bynum

Ive been seeing Ruth S. for two months now and I enjoy every session...she has helped me to overcome many things in such a short amount of time just by listening and prompting me to ask myself the hard questions. Very easy to talk to and definitely on my team, shes helping me to build confidence and work on other areas as well. Self care is definitely the best care, make sure to take care of you and your mental wellbeing ❤. I switched to this practice almost a year ago, and I have nothing but Good things to say. My family loves them. I have a disabled son and he doesnt really like many outside people but he loves Mr. Lawrence he always looks forward to his sessions, my other son loves Ms. McMillan! After having a difficult time finding a mental health facility that would provide adequate services in Fayetteville, I happened to find Renew Counselling by chance and am overall pleased with my experiences there. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming whenever you walk through the door and throughout all interactions. Having a friendly front desk staff in my opinion is an important aspect for a mental health facility to have since people who go here are typically not doing well. However, all the staff members I have interacted with have been kind, considerate and welcoming. I would like to mention the Psychiatrist Dr. Bynum, his passion for mental health is apparent in the quality care he gives his patients. In previous experiences with other psychiatrists they came off as unfriendly/cold and it seemed as though when they were prescribing medication that it was just a guessing game and that you would get on the right medication through trial and error. At Renew, Dr. Bynum has by far been the best psychiatrist I have seen, he cares about his patients as individuals and looks at all symptoms and behaviors, along with an initial consultation to determine which medications to put you on. This made such a huge difference for me, not being treated like a guinea pig. I was very fortunate that the first round of medications he prescribed for me ended up being the ones that would work best for me. I highly recommend setting up an appointment with Renew Counselling and if you need medications for your illness, Dr. Bynum will take a holistic approach and be able to help you find what medications work best for you. I hope this review gives in depth insight to the quality care and experiences that are consistent at Renew Counselling.

Ive been bringing a family member to Renew for many months and always notice that people coming out are always happy & talkative. At times there may be a small group of people in the parking lot (no idea if theyre counselors or clients), but they seem to have such a bond - they are always happy, laughing and usually wave hello! My family member is always in a good mood when they come out, and always glad that they came!!

Dr Bynum, is fantastic as is Shey and his head nurse. They actually care weather or not you succeed and are extremely easy to talk to. They will listen and take common since into account about your situation. If you just have to do something for court they can do that just like every place, but if you want to go where the doctor actually cares and your are not treated like a number I recoment this place. That said, the front desk staff, with the exception of shey, who it seems has been promoted from the desk ( well deserved), is seriously lacking.

DO NOT GO THERE FOR IMMIGRATION ASSESMENTS!!!!!Once your there and pay cash, theres never going back. Why do I say this? Because they scheduled me to do an immigration assessment and I had to pay upfront before the assessment questions started. They never told me before the appointment to can prepared because of certain questions they ask. Norma or Christina, did not do a a great job on the summary section. They misspelled a word, they entered the incorrect information like 3 times. Im very disappointed after I tried to contact either norma or Christina to correct the information they sent to my lawyer.Ive contacted them for 2 weeks and I still currently cant reach out to the lady who did my assessments. It boils my skin because their only interested for the money and not to fix their own errors.The receptionists are the worst. Ive spoken with 3 different receptionists and they all act Luke they have Alzheimers because they dont remember I called or they keep saying the same thing like, O, shes out of the office, I sent her a text, or Ill leave her a message.Like ummmmm, do your job right and fix your own errors!!!!!!!!
