I really wanted to write a positive review for this company, but they are not very responsive. I called them and left emails pertaining to jobs. I never get a call back, even after speaking with Ms. Erica. Dejanique Ledee is another one who will send jobs to you via email and then DONT respond back. Time is money! As a client, its very frustrating and aggravating to have to do business with unprofessionals. I patronized them because they are in the same city as I am and its convenient! NEVER again! I liked DJ when he was there. He was professional and exciting to work with, but he has left and I see why! I had to go to Malone staffing, they are better with communication and easier to work with.

I went in for an interview earlier today and it was a smooth process. I did all of my paperwork and gave the young lady all of my information that she needed to process me in their system. There was a couple of reasons why I did give Pride Staffing Service in Fayetteville, GA a 3 stars. The first reason is due to COVID19, the two ladies that was working in the office did not have no mask on, but I did see the people that were there for an interview had on their masks. Just because they were working over 6 feet apart doesnt mean that they walk around there without a mask inside of an office environment! Also I seen a man that worked there that came in through the front and walked to the back of the office did not have on his mask. People out here is not taking this virus serious and think its a joke! I made sure that I had on my mask the whole time, except for taking the drug test, which was by mouth. The second reason why I gave Pride Staffing Service 3 stars is because while I was doing my paperwork, the two ladies was laughing and giggling and talking about other people. I thought that this was not professional of them to do that in a work environment in front of potential employees. Not cool at all! Other than that, the interview process was easy and the office was very clean and neat.

My initial impression is, this company is very professional. I look forward to working with them.

I was assigned to a job and was treated very unfairly so i called and told them that i was not returning to the site could they please take me off after i said i wasnt returning they tried to convince me to give it another try but i turned down they offer now every time i call there is no work or ill update your availability i am like how will they update my availability if i havent told you who i was unless they just know my number smh just unprofessional i guess they got mad at the fact that i didnt wont to give the job another try at least i worked my whole day and called them early the next morning to give a resignation and foremost it wasnt even the job dj said he was giving me but i still took it because i needed the money but not all of the attitude that came along with it i need money but i will not be disrespected i removed my self from a situation that can infuse but now they never have work for me lol such a joke and dis been since feb seriously its april and its a 45 minute drive from my home just treat people fairly if me resigning from the other job made work unavailable for me tell me so that i can stop calling its not that serious.

Well I walked in the door and asked about employment l explained that I had not worked in a while as I had been retired at that time I was told that the companies that they worked with wanted recent experience. They didnt even take my name.It really seemed like age discrimination. I know that I have a wealth of experience and can be a great employee to some company. i stand by my statement I would like to know how much experience you need to load boxes. I felt degrade and de-valued I have a spotless work record yet two young men that i sent to you are working now Do you know what type of person walked out of your door no you dont because all I was asked was enough to disqualify one you had that it was out the door My wife recently had a mass on her brain so she cant work and I come to your company to be told you cant load boxes you cant mop floors well thank you very much
