I don’t usually leave reviews but In this case I feel it’s much deserved! Dr. Randall did such an awesome job! Some people are born to do certain things and this man was born to be a good dentist. Hands down the best dentist I’ve even been to!

Its statrd they close at 10pm on Friday 10/1/21. Its 929pm Friday 10/1/21...THEY ARE CLOSED, I came all the way from Raeford NC to be seen and this place is closed. Why not change the hours of operation versus post fake or misleading hours of operation

Always very personable and professional, walked me through my procedures in a calming and kind manner. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing dental work in the near future. I am not receiving any benefit from this post just sharing a great experience/service I received.

I went there as a walk in as my filling came out. I waited less than an hour to be seen. People there were friendly and professional. They weren’t able to do my filling the same day as the dentist was behind schedule. He was personable and saw me real quick and helped me feel better by taking out my old filling as it was halfway out of my tooth and I was unable to bite down. They didn’t charge me for anything as my insurance covered the visit. I was quoted to get my filling done for $78 as my insurance covered 80% of it. I felt like my care was important to them and I wasn’t just a number. I left there an 1 1/2 later which was a lot quicker than I estimated as I was a walk in. They were able to schedule me for a filling the next day but I work so they were able to schedule me for Sunday. I was very pleased with how quick they saw me and how quick they were able to schedule me to do my filling. I am pleased of the amount they quoted me for and that I was scheduled to get my filling done in 3 days. I recommend this place as they open on weekends and open until 10 on weekdays. I’m impressed!!

Being my first time there and a walk in I knew it would take a while but that was ok. It was cold to me so I would bring a light jacket. The staff was very nice and helpful and explained everything before proceeding. I am returning.

Dr. Miller & his team were great. Got 2 extractions done, everything went fine. Im grateful they are open on Sundays. I will return again and recommend them to others. 5 stars

I had a dental emergency and needed two teeth extracted. This was the only dentist that could see me, and I drove an hour and a half and I’m glad I did! They did an awesome job at taking care of me from the time I walked in the door, to the time I walked out! I 1000% recommend this place to anyone needing dental work!

Went today. Dr. Miller was my dentist. He loves the art of dentistry. He is also HILARIOUS! I was tense and nervous but his jokes had me crying (funny tears). The whole staff was nice and understanding. They seem to get people.Thanks!

My experience at Day & Night Family Dental was amazing. All the staff members that attended me were super friendly & made me feel right at home. I drove 2 hours to come to this clinic and they definitely did not disappoint. Will be coming back here again for sure!

My daughter went in for her annual cleaning! Dental assistant who took care of her was soooooo nice with her. She made everything super kid friendly, saying things like she was putting princess stars on her teeth, and was very gentle and patient with her! 10/10 would recommend this place!

I love this place. Today I had to bring my 7 year old that’s Autistic to get some cavities fixed. I was worried because is his first time and my son cannot be put to sleep because he doesn’t do well with anesthesia. Is hard to wake him up from anesthesia. The dental assistants and the doctor we’re great they made the experience so wonderful and relaxing that my son was able to get his teeth fixed with the laughing gas and shots. They worked super fast on him that by the time he started to get anxious they were done.

Extracting teeth hurts but Dr. Miller and Nancy made the removal generally pain free. 🌞 &🌙 gets the job done right the first, second time!! Thank you!!!

Best Dentist Office in Fayetteville!!!!!Everyone was friendly and very helpful, even though they were extremely busy. I needed to have 2 teeth pulled the scheduled my next appointment for later that evening. The dentist had me in and out of the chair in 20 minutes pain free. My old dentist office said I needed an oral surgeon, clearly that was not the case. Very satisfied customer😁

I am a new patient and have visited the office all of 3 times. I have to go back about 3 more times for some more work. I love how attentive the staff are. Any questions I had, were all answered with explanations that were clear. They joked with me to keep me calm and also reassured me that I was in good hands. I hope every visit is just as great as the last.

I needed a root canal on a tooth that had already been prepped for a crown. The endodontist I usually see doesnt accept my new insurance, so after calling this place, I had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks out. Dr. Miller was amazing! Very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. He performed the root canal and got me in and out in about an hour. Nancy was wonderful. She was considerate, patient, and great at her job. Even though there were some technical difficulties with some of the equipment, Nancy found a way to get things done. They both made an awesome team. And not to toot my own horn, but they said I was a great patient as well. 😁 Thanks for everything, guys!

I called the day before to see if they accept walkins and they do. I got there at 745 and they checked out my insurance and handled my issue that same day. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Everyone was nice and respectful. I definitely recommend them.

I have had a lot of dental work done in the past that was a horrible experience. Let me just say the wait was long and I came as a walk in ER patient. The wait was worth it to see Dr Joshua Gonzales.I had two teeth pulled and felt very little pressure and no pain! Seriously it was like a magic trick. I was in shock how fast he did the work. Bad experience I felt most of the tooth being pulled I was very unhappy. I had something holding my mouth open so I couldnt tell them to wait. All the people in the front was nice but as far as the removal of the tooth it was terrible my hands were trembling when I got up to walk out. I had a terrible headache from feeling the drill and all the pulling. When I put my hand up the grab at the dentist I was told to put my hand down.

Went in for a emergency tooth extraction. Was in a lot of pain. DR Miller was great and took it out quickly and with ease. Front staff were amazing and the Hygienist was the sweetest EVER!! Even held my hand for the scary painful parts. Thank you guys so much. Will be coming back as my regular dentist

Went in as a walk in for tooth pain at 10:25am. I was told to leave at noon so they can take their lunch break and to come back after 1. Why have me sit there an hour and a half to tell me to come back in another hour to wait some more. Mind you I was coming back to have a filling replaced that fell out that was done by the same office. Hope you get better service and don’t have your time wasted like me. I will not be returning.

I go for myself and my toddler. I like that they always get you in and out. The wait time is never super long. They are quick but professional.

I was a walk-in due to a tooth breaking. They made me wait three hours before being seen. After finally getting to the back the doctor and nurse were rude. It was close to their break time so the doctor kept trying to talk me into doing a root canal so he could refer me out. My tooth was completely broken and when he realized I wasnt gonna budge off of having it removed he then jammed three needles into the back of my mouth. I will never got back.

OMG! The people at Day and Night Family Dental are Amazing! Im Dental Phobic and I have to say that was the best experience Ive ever had at the Dentist. Everyone is so nice and as a walk in, I was seen almost immediately. I highly recommend them.

The office was extremely clean and organized. I was a walk-in with a broken tooth and had almost no wait time. The doctor made sure that my mouth was very numb before the extraction. The whole deal cost me less than $325 without insurance. The only drawback was that they did not prescribe anything for pain afterwards.

I had broken my tooth and thank God they were open today because the pain I have been in for the last 24 hours was insane! Everyone I dealt with today was so nice and compassionate. Front desk and in the back. The dentist and his staff that helped me were awesome!!! I went in as a walk in so I had about an hour wait which is to be expected as a walk in. Facility is very clean as well. Some dentists come off as uptight. This gentleman was friendly and clearly cares about his patients and their comfort. I plan to make this my regular dentist! My experience went well. Was a walk in and they work me in about an hour. Once taking back x-ray was quick and the technician kind and friendly. In about another 10 minutes the dentist came in and gave me my options. I chose the extraction not the crown because the feeling had decay. He gave me shots to numb the area. Never had a dentist were the shots didnt have me jumping out the chair. After 10 minute numbing 25 total it was removed. I am satisfied and recommend them if you dont have a dentist. Thanks to the staff and dentist.

I just got my feelings done I dont know that dentist was but he did a badass job when I go back he going to do it I dont want nobody else in my mouth but him I give that man a thousand thumbs up kudos

The dentist was very nice ask questions about my health because he was aware I was in blood thinners and told me what to expect. I think his name was Dr. HALL

I was seen as a walk-in for a really bad cavity that was causing me severe pain. To their credit I was seen very quickly but that’s all. They took x-rays and my jaw was shaking and I was crying because I was in such severe pain. When the doctor came in I explained to him that I have a very hard time getting numb and that I had been seen at this facility in the past for several teeth at which time they had never been able to numb me. I asked him for antibiotics pain medication and a referral to an oral surgeon. I explained to him that I was maxed out on ibuprofen and Tylenol unable to sleep and vomiting from the pain. He didn’t care he wrote me the referral ibuprofen and antibiotics. I asked his assistant Jessica if she could please ask him if Toradol would help because it was a stronger NSAID and I had some left over from a previous muscle pull. Jessica replied you’re a paramedic shouldn’t you know that. I left and called the oral surgeon who did not get my referral and is booked until October. I called the office back they wrote me a new referral I was advised by the oral surgeon that if Dr. Hall contacted their doctor they may be able to get me in sooner. I was advised that Dr. Hall was too busy and would have to do it at the end of the day. The next day my referral had still not been sent over. I called back because I missed work being up all night still in excruciating pain. I asked them again please give me something for pain until the antibiotics kick in even if it is lidocaine rinse. I was given the runaround again and basically treated like a drug seeker when that’s not the case. Dr. Jesse Hall did you get in this profession to help people? Are you able to prescribe narcotics? Do you understand how negligent it is to leave somebody in excruciating pain. Sir you have a duty to act in the best interest of your patients or you should not be in this profession. Both you and your assistant Jessica lacked compassion and generally seemed too busy to deal with me as your patient. I will never return to your clinic and will also review you as a provider. I hope that this review finds you and you remember why you got into this field in the first place. The office staff was very helpful as far as medical billing is concerned and I appreciate them very much. And by the way my cavity was approximately 1/3 of my tooth with exposed nerve. It was not a small flippant little cavity. At the end of the day you had a patient in your chair asking you for help with a substantial cavity causing excruciating pain and leading to hours of missed work and you chose not to act. Find a new profession.

If I could give one star I definitely would, first let’s start off with the front desk.. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. when you try to reach the clinical staff they send you straight to voicemail when you try to reach them about a recent procedure that you had. The last time I was at this dentist I literally sat there and watched the two front desk women be on their phones and talk to each other while phones just rung. Today I’ve called more then 10 times and waited over 15 on each call for an answer. They don’t care about anything other then the money they get for sitting there doing nothing, so I would not recommend going to this place EVER, ESPECIALLY for anything dealing with orthodontist.

As I walk thru the valley of the shadow of death lol jp as I walked in nervous because I’m not about the dentist life (don’t judge me) I was greeted and helped by the sweetest front desk lady and even the gentleman that had the blonde hair that is hard to pull off but he did it with no effort offered a warm greeting ! I was swifted to the back shortly after filling out my paper work and was graced with the presences of a radiant, beautiful, energetic dental assistant (Had The I love my job energy ) we were shortly accompanied by the Doctor and it all made sense once he came in why she loved work because his energy definitely was something awesome to be around (not to mention he was handsome 💅🏽) he decide to work through his lunch to fix my pain !(real boss move) He sung songs nursery style to relax my nerves and fought hard to get that stubborn wisdom tooth out but I started seeing the light and almost gave up so he called in super dentist to help (sn: The first dentist was my real hero 😏 ) this dentist was so smooth he glided in the room followed by his assistant literally following him with his tools and wait a fan lol yup real movie style the fan was reassurance it was about to go down !sn: I was so tickled but he was about to work on my tooth so I didn’t laugh ! His assistant jumped on the side of the chair (greys anatomy style technique ) suction handed him the tool and I swear in 2 min my tooth was out I was stitched up and they flew off in the darkness before I can even thank my hero and his side kick 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️ My other hero 🦸‍♂️ 🦸🏽‍♀️ Stayed by my side and walked me through my post op process needless to say I appreciate everyone and I’m glad I didn’t not go because of the other reviews (y’all had me nervous) …. Basically all I’m saying is great service !

I was in for my semi-annual exam today and the experience was great. I have a new hygienist and she made me feel quite at ease. She was very thorough, explained everything she was doing, and reviewed everything after the dentist left. My dentist of 7 years is fantastic and I am so glad that I have chosen this dental clinic for my oral health.I have always been treated with respect and patience. I went in a couple of weeks ago on a walk in basis because something got caught in my gum and it was bleeding and painful. I was not able to see my regular dentist for that appointment but the one I did see was kind and thorough.I understand their policy of having to pay up front. Too many people go to the dentist, have work done, and dont pay. The dentist and the staff perform tangible services and deserve to be compensated. There are many businesses that follow this same pay upfront model. I am fortunate that I do have good dental insurance but it doesnt cover everything, so I pay upfront just like everyone else. They are not a free clinic.

Employees at front desk are not personable at all. I have never experienced such rude treatment by any establishment or medical facility. At one point during my 2 hour wait my mask had slipped beneath my nose. I was yelled at by an employee at front desk who stood up and told me to pull my mask up. It was clearly a mishap. However, I was yelled at like Im her 5 year old child. Im clearly a lot older than you sweetheart. Secondly, there were 3 other employees behind that desk with masks pulled down. This said to me that they want to be protected but they dont care if the patients are protected. Clearly a sign of terrible customer service already. My paperwork got lost. 5 pages that I filled out.They finally found it. We had to wait on the procedure beause of this. Its a shame I have to rate the entire establishment because of the terrible desk staff. But I will say this, Dr. Hall was amazing. The employees in the back are so much better than what you see when you enter.

First off they never answer their phones. I had to physically show up to schedule an appointment for my son only to come in and see 5 people carrying conversation in the front office amongst themselves. I point it out and they blame the phone automation system. I pay for a treatment plan for my son at his appointment to get clear caps on his teeth and they put silver caps on his teeth. I’m done with this dentist office. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to do their job.

At the point of finding every page,site I can in hopes I might get a phone call, to express my multiple unhappy emotions I have (taking extreme strength to ignore the words I want to use) in how Ive been waiting since January 17th of this year to be called and schedule an appointment for dental work thats absolutely needed. Call after call after call. Fingers pointing but not at a phone to schedule my appointment. NEVER have I been treated like this there, its a huge disappointment and I feel lied to and misled.

I left one one star but I wish I could leave none.. the most sorry dentist I have ever experienced. I have been trying to get a root canal for over a month and a half. I’ve been on pain meds trying to help with the pain but of course now the meds are not working. They said they have me flagged not to give me anymore narcotics but had they done my procedure I wouldn’t need pain meds. So I have chosen to go elsewhere.

The Dr. Dekow along with his assistant was extremely caring, informative, and courteous during the entire process. I would definitely reccomend him and the assistant.

I was there with my granddaughter for a routine cleaning. We have been going there several years. The safety checkin and seating measures for the Pandemic was reassuring. My grand was due for braces in a couple of days and she had a cavity but thanks to Kristel, she was able to get us worked in for a filling. Only had to wait about 20 minutes. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Thanks everyone.

I don’t believe in giving less than 5 stars If I didn’t address the issue at the time. It really wasn’t That big of a deal but the front of the office could be a little nicer. However, the back of the office totally made up for what the from lacks!! The girl that did my X-ray (sorry I forgot her name) she was so nice and made me feel at ease, then came the Dentist... ( his name also escapes me) he was AWESOME!! I only needed 1 shot of novocaine (where I normally have to get several) absolutely ZERO pain and no waiting around, from start to finish I was there for about 1 hour. Even with the check in process, I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Got my 2 year old in very fast and were BEYOND patient with a cranky baby. They diagnosed his problem quickly and I had a referral before I left. AWESOME doctor and staff!!!!!!!

My girl had an appointment set for 11:00am, and just got call now at 1:10pm. Front desk clerk charge her before been seen at 11:00pm, and at 12:45pm they couldn’t figure out why was she there for! What in the world you all doing on the front desk?? SMH

Went in for tooth extraction, was nervous due to not having insurance and the condition of my teeth. didn’t feel judged at all. everyone i came in contact with (besides lady at front desk) was very respectful. came in at 12 and was out by 2, would recommend to anyone! thank you to the dentist and assistant that worked on me, y’all made the experience a lot better.

My normal dentist had a family emergency and couldn’t see me but I felt my tooth needed urgent attention. A friend recommended Dr. DeKow at Day & Night and I’m so grateful for the care I received. Dr. DeKow was patient, explained everything fully and quickly handled the referral for an emergency root canal with an Endodontist. I was very impressed and plan on changing my entire family over to Dr. DeKow for our dental care needs.

Beware of this place. Even if you tell them not to, they will give your child x-rays, calling them something else, so they can bill your insurance for the most money. Totally sneaky low-class move.

My experience at Day and night dental service was not good....I was tricked into paying money they did not explain their service well......I was very displeased not a good place to go they will trick you into paying money, they didn’t even do nothing worth the money that I paid for...... I gave and paid unnecessary money...... I even went downtown to the city of Fayetteville to let them know what kind of work they are doing and how they’re running their business..... it is wrong and they need to close down

I drove an hour and a half yesterday after having excruciating tooth pain. I have never been in so much pain in my life. From the moment I walked in the door, from the lady at the door who got my information, to the lady at the front desk, the hygienist who tried her best to keep me comfortable while I waited on the Dentist, and the Dentist himself. I got there around 6 pm and from the reviews I had read, I was worried but I had nowhere else to turn. I couldn’t believe how wonderful everyone was!!!! I only waited maybe 30 mins and I was a walk in! I had my tooth extracted and was out of there by 7:45! Thank you Day and Night Dental! I have a little soreness today but compared to yesterday, I feel like a brand new person!

Agreed on a treatment plan, paid ahead and did not receive what was paid for. They dont answer calls so will have to go in to discuss the issue.

Went there this morning to get a tooth pulled. The entire staff was so friendly and the dentist Dr. Hall and dental Assistant was so wonderful. They made me fell so comfortable and I was pretty much in and out. Definitely recommend Day and Night.

They got me in much sooner than anyone else. Everyone I called was booking 3 months out! But they fit me in within the month. The front staff was super polite and so nice. My mouth had been hurting for a week prior to my appt. I told the hygienist and she had the dentist come check me before she started cleaning! I thought this was great! Usually ur waiting forever to get the dentist to check after the cleaning but he was in there as soon as she asked him. She did a thorough cleaning and was so nice the entire time. She even talked about options to help with the gum pain in case it persisted and told me to come back in if it didn’t get better. But I woke up today and my mouth doesn’t hurt! I only took one star away because it’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone, I waited 45min to just make the appt and when I called again to ask a question I ended up just hanging up cause I was on hold for too long. But the staff and the facility is great!

Due to COVID restrictions, I was unable to go to my regular dentistry. I was recommend to go here instead. Since I was an emergency walk in I was seen and treated same day. Yes, the wait period was long and sleep inducing but well worth it. I will definitely go back if need be.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless they had exhausted all their options like I had. I am seven and a half months pregnant and I have two wisdom teeth that are bothering me one is broken in half and is very painful. I will say they scheduled me very quickly but the way I was treated by the dentist was absolutely unacceptable. He had absolutely no patience. I started to tense up and was trying my best to remain still and he didnt even start the procedure instead he decided to take off his gloves and throw them across the room. I will say he gave me an antibiotic and wrote me a referral to somewhere else. I understand everyone is human and has bad days but now I still have hurting teeth in my mouth and have to wait longer to get them extracted.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT DR.HALL IS WHAT I CALL ONE OF YHE BEST HE MADE ME FEEL SAFE AND COMFORTABLE ALL THE LADIES ARE NICE AS WELL.....OVER ALL HE JUST SOME ONE WHO KNOWS WHAT HE DOING AND I APPRECIATE THAT I CAN SNILE NOW AND IM NOT FINISHED 🙌

Today was my first visit. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Everyone was so friendly and immediately put me at ease. Dr Craig Miller along with his dental assistant Aloria didn’t see me as just any patient they made me feel welcomed and was very knowledgeable gave me several options on what to do with my tooth and most importantly they were caring!! I would definitely recommend them!

Highly recommend but today was the worst gag ever since ever going to any dentistry...over excellent...

My first time there and I am pleased with my visit. I read the bad reviews before I went and I did have second thoughts but it was my only option considering my schedule. I have no complaints EVERYONE was nice, polite and friendly. I will definitely be going back

Checked out at 945am and was told that my prescription was being sent to my pharmacy, its now 1130 and my prescription still hasnt been sent, currently and have been on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for a response from another representative just trying to find about my meds! Now the phone has mysteriously hing up on me! Now Ive gotta try again🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is my 2nd time going to this place. My 1st time was around the time they were new to Fayetteville & was horrible.This time was much, much better! With exception of 1 assistant (she was questionable). Doctor Hall was very thorough, professional, & caring. The staff was great as well. Im glad I had to go there for an emergency & I would gladly recommend anyone to go there now. I now have a new found appreciation for this emergency dental place and its staff.

I have been here twice and was treated fairly each visit. The last time I visited on July 20 I scheduled a cleaning. It was difficult scheduling an appointment due to hygienist availability but I was able to schedule an appointment for 7 Oct (2.5 months out). Today on 6 Oct I got a call from the dental office to let me know my hygienist isn’t working during my scheduled appointment time and the soonest they could reschedule me for is 22 November. I do not recommend this business.

I had the best experience today. Dr. Sean Dekow and his assistants were awesome. They talked to me the whole time to take my mind off of the procedure. I will be going back to get the rest of my work done. Thanks for such a great job, from the check in process to checking out. You guys ROCK!!

I had a wonderful experience at Day and Night. The hygienist, Robin, was was so kind and helpful. They are also honest about what work you need done and they are affordable. I wont go anywhere else.

I’m sorry but there’s no way they even have 3 stars. It doesn’t matter if your paying with cash or using dental insurance you will be treated the same. I have never seen a group of women who hate their job so bad and they have the audacity to put them in the front to greet you and check you in. They gone make sure you pay before you even get an appointment. Do better

Went for a deep clean and let me tell you I feel like I have brand new teeth in my mouth 😂😂😂. Shoutout to my dentist hygienist. She rock

Before going I looked at some reviews on the one in Fayetteville, seen nothing but negative an just thought it couldn’t be that bad....... Well I was wrong. Went this past week and had all wisdom teeth extracted an let me say that you are JUST a number. Lady at front desk was really disrespectful. And the doctor that performed the surgery was in a real hurry and did not communicate at all. It’s like every one there hated their job and did not want to be there. I had really no idea what the dentist was doing simply because he did not communicate at all. Their main goal is to get you in and get you out as soon as possible. Very disrespectful work staff. DO NOT WASTE your money or time at this dentist.

I had a new insurance, originally from Florida. I researched which dentist will accepted and Im gladly choose this one. They follow all rules of prevention of the COVID-19 and constantly phones with updates and reminders of my appointment.The higienist was fantastic, as well as the Dentist. They explain me all my choices and problems and the insurance part. I will continue my treatment and their recommendations. 😊

Great DentistVery bad 1 star rating for who ever answer the phones!! They answer just about as much as walmart answers

I was so embarrassed with my teeth and how bad I had let them get. I expected a lot of judgment with it. I never once experience what I though I was going to get they did not care how I got in the situation all they cared about was making me feel better and coming up with a plan to help me. Thank you 1000 times.

I tried to schedule an appointment, called four different times sat on hold for over ten minutes. My family will find another dentist.
