I had high hopes for this company initially. There was a strong odor in my house that I thought might be smoke residue from the previous home owners but I wasnt exactly sure what was the cause and when I scheduled an appointment to have them inspect and clean my air ducts, I requested that they visually inspect the crawlspace and hvac unit before performing a smoke odor removal to be sure that was indeed the cause of the problem. The company did not have its technicians preform this simple preliminary visual inspection and went about the job anyways.A week later, the smell is still present and I decided to bring another company out to get a second opinion and within minutes this technician informs me that the issue is black mold caused by a leaking hvac unit under the house that had formed puddles of water under the house. When I called to confront Servpro about the situation, the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and accused the other technician of lying to us about how long the damage had been there to try and make them look bad. This isnt even possible because the technician didnt know we had brought someone from another company beforehand. He even explained that a visual inspection is standard routine before preforming any work on a unit.After hearing back by email from this company, they informed us that it wasnt their job to inspect the unit and that they didnt do anything wrong on their end. They stated that my husband should have asked the technicians to go into the crawlspace that day even though I had already requested it over the phone and he had arrived at the end of the job and assumed they had already gone to inspect the area before starting the work. They didnt even offer any form of remediation for charging us for an unnecessary service that cost hundreds of dollars, all because they couldnt be bothered to preform a simple visual inspection that would have easily determined the real cause of the smell.The receptionist even had the audacity of reminding me that we should be grateful that they had given us a military discount because my husband is active duty. This is not how those in service should be treated. Dont waste your time with this company and go with 911 Restoration of Fayetteville instead.

Jason and Aaron serviced my home after there was a leak in my attic area that came from the HVAC Pan. They were very professional and fast to identify the problem and start services. I highly recommend SERVPRO for all future issues.

(My home loss was in Chicago, Il)Lee who came out here to assist was on-time meaning our appointment was at 10 am and Lee was there at 9:55am which to me is on time. He cared about the condition of our unit and his reputation. He was thorough, fully explaining the issues and the possibilities to both me and our tenant. He explained what he was doing and what the outcome could be. He took the time to answer our questions no matter how many times we asked and he was not irritated, by our lack of understanding and for that I am grateful.Once again they did a fantastic job. Waited. Still waiting actually. Team from Texas was supposed to be here. Scheduled, didnt show. Rescheduled, didnt show. Re rescheduled, no calls from them, no texts, just nothing. Like a game of scheduling and not showing up. I will try to reply to this if I can to update. SERVPRO will never be called again. If you call for any services, expect the very minimum. I have moved on but missed 2 half days of work that I am not in position to miss.

When I came home from work to a flooded house I was completely lost. I stumbled across Servpro of Fayetteville accidentally, however this accident turned out to be a saving grace! From the first call I made up until everything was dry and put back together, I was nothing but amazed at the care, concern and professionalism shown by Cody and his team. This could have been a nightmare, but with Servpros knowledge, understanding and pride in their work, it was smooth sailing.

Just had one of their employees pull out right in front of me causing me to slam on the breaks then they continued to go 35mph in a 45 zone for several miles just to be extra. Teach your employees how to drive.
