The most unpleasant lady I have ever encountered works the front desk. She was at the front desk and ignored me for the first few minutes. I said hello and smiled and stood there until it suited her fancy to acknowledge my presence. She was so rude through our entire exchange. Will not be going back.

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH VALUABLE CLOTHING. They HEAT GLUE a plastic bar code into your garments. Did it to my husbands cashmere houndstooth jacket, inside the front where it could be seen if not buttoned, and they had no way of removing it! No way to remove it! I couldnt believe it! They eventually removed the bar code but destroyed the fabric where it had been. So it goes.
