Hello all, I would like to inform anyone who reserves a vehicle from Avis in Northwest Arkansas, 4201 North Shiloh Drive Fayetteville, AR 72703 to check the vehicle in depth before leaving the parking lot. The fleet at this location could potentially be unclean, and they are not providing the proper maintenance on their fleet. When this information was brought to the attention of the store manager (Scott Queen) he was very nonchalant. He tried to blame the paying customer for the lack of oil being in the vehicle as well as the vehicle being unclean. Scott was not accommodating or apologetic. I’m almost certain if I was not African American things may have been different. I am writing this post to inform other individuals to ensure the safety of you and your family during your travel. Avis should uphold their responsibility to provide quality service to their customers.

The van we rented was clean and well maintained. The rental clerk was awesome at helping us overcome a little issue we had picking up the vehicle. We had a very clear understanding of our expectations as renters. I am very happy with this experience.

Use this Avis location for all company travel rentals. Scott is great, always helpful and accommodating. Wouldnt think of going anywhere else for rentals. Highly recommended.

I have used the Avis at the Northwest Arkansas Mall multiple times now. Great service! Very easy to work with! Made sure I was comfortable with my option. Will be going back if I need to drive out of state.

I have rented from avis several times in the past. Most of the time everything went well. This time the car wasnt very clean, there was a lollipop stick in the floorboard along with a few other things.

The website was easy to navigate, the local rental office close by, the agent who worked with us (I believe he was the manager of that location) was friendly, professional, and prompt, and the car was good on the road.

Love the service from this location, always provides best rates in the region. Scott is very friendly and cares for the customer.

Attempting to fuel the car before returning it became impossible due to if I tried to go somewhere else to fuel the vehicle I would have missed my flight, I was charged $220 for fuel which was extreme. Fuel cost averaging $1.96 a gallon, you can see how someone can become angred by being charged this kind of money for fuel. I do feel something should be done about this. This is a rid off!

The people behind the counter are always friendly and this is one of the easiest non hassle places to rent a car. Rented several from them and been happy every time. Best rental car place in NWA in my opinion.

I just rented a Chevy Express 12 passenger van and could not have been happier with my experience! I received a tremendous AARP discount which really helps when retired and living on SS. The van was practically new and very comfortable. Pickup from Sonja was easy and return with Scott was unbelievably fast. Will use them again! Great place!

Scott at the Fayetteville Northwest Arkansas Mall office always goes an extra mile to help us with rentals. I work for Tyson Foods and Avis is our preferred vendor. Scotts office is where we do most of our business and he is the best!

This was my first and last time renting from Avis. When cleaning the vehicle for return, found three empty liquor bottles and a rotten orange under the front passenger seat. Totally unacceptable!

Arrived after midnight in Fayetville NC and despite having a prepaid reservation for more than 3 weeks was informed their computer crashed, would take more than an hour to get back up and that they were off work before then so we would have to find another service. The manager Rebekah Moore was not reachable (2 days now) in order to fix their issue. Result is that 3 Soldiers along with my self (4 reservations) could not get their vehicles after flying over from Europe. Luckily I was able to get a vehicle from another more helpful service but they other poor gentlemen were still stranded at 1230AM. With this service and unavailability of a manager I would highly recommend avoiding especially if coming in on overseas late night flights. Will report to DTS.To respond to your question is 17724908DE5 - as to a system being down that is why one would think you would have the contracts completed and ready to go. That program works wonderfully at Avis in throughout the world - long term user of Avis which I generally love so believe this is a management issue and not an Avis issue.

This location is by far the best place I have ever rented a car at. I have been going to Scott Queen for my business rentals for almost 2 years now. I will continue going for as long as I live in this area. Customer service is excellent. The car selection is always great. If you are renting in the Northwest Arkansas area I highly suggest you take your business to Avis/Budget Fayetteville, AR.

Affordable and quick services

Have used this location twice. First time was great, second time we couldnt rent and our trip was ruined because of new rules in regards to debit cards. Beware.

After renting from this location several times, I was recently and unjustly charged for damages for almost 200.00 that I did not produce. I was told that the windshield was noticeably cracked when I returned it, which was not true. I was able to get the matter resolved with their corporate office. I like renting from Avis, but will never rent from this location ever again. Please beware as consumers, so this does not happen to you!

Loved the car I got. Did have an issue with being charged twice, that was a pain. But I got reimbursed plus a voucher for next rental. You really cant get ahold of them at the location, but theyre courteous in person. Ill be renting again.

Randall Goodwin reserved car o we 2 weeks in advance. Didnt get the car we were told i had to vacuum the inside and wash outside plus add a quarter tank of has to fill. Then also vaccumed and washed again before returning and had gas tank as full as possible now k am having problems getting my $100 deposit back this has been going on for almost a no th. I have 2 different conformation numbers both time, both people, stated that they were crediting my credit card back. 2 different numbers, none of which I received or my bank received and now they keep using my credit card for $7 and $10. Unauthorized. And they say they arent doing it but I have the bank print out that states otherwise. It is my personal opinion, that they have taken something so simple and made such a mess of it. I would not recommend AVIS to anyone!

I requested a SUV 3 months in advance and received a truck. The issue is we were hiking as soon as we landed in Portland and did not want to leave luggage in back of vehicle. The employee did not apologize and told us the truck cost more, like he was doing us a favor. I contacted Avis and they made no effort to compensate their error. Will never use them again and do not suggest anyone use them.Why have you select the type of vehicle you would like if they are going to put you in what they have? Especially when you made the request in advance 😡🤬

Completely negligent. Planned with this location for a car rental months ago for spring break 2019, and they failed to have the car we requested. The wrong car came in, and they failed to notify us of the situation. They had days to notify us. Instead, we found out when we arrived to pick up the car the day before our trip. Horrible experience with customer service. Do not take your business here.

This location is permanently closed along with Sears. The office is located on the southeast corner of the mall and the doors are covered in construction paper with a note on the door that they are no longer open along with a local phone number to call. I called the number and it goes to the national customer service line who argued with me for 10 minutes that it is open for business. I explained once again that the building is boarded up with a note on the door and he then tells me that I will need to go to XNA airport which is 45 minutes away. Bad customer service for Avis.
