DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The maintenance department sucks. They are not qualified to screw in a light bulb. I have been waiting over a year for them to fix my kithchen floors. Maintenance installed them 2 years ago and they now coming up. The same guy installed a dishwasher 2 years ago and he installed it wrong by putting the hot side to the cold side. Now that dishwasher has conked out and they ordered us a new one 3 weeks ago and it is just now getting installed. The man has been at my house since 9am this morning trying to install dishwasher and it is now almost 5pm. To top all that off, we had a leaky kitchen pipe and the guy plugged up the pipe with a home depot plastic bag. The list of issues go on and on. Save your money and time and rent from another company.

I moved into one of their properties. It took 2 months before someone showed up to do maintenance requests. When they did send someone it looked like someone from the streets (unprofessional). Candance was unkind and unhelpful to me and my family. The property we rented with them was put up for short sale 3 months after we moved in. No one reached out to assist us in finding another place to live within their agency. They sent us a notice to vacate on Dec 28, 2018. When we chose to leave immediately, they attempted to charge us over $700 in fees. the former owner of the property intervened and said to release me from the lease and absolve my fees. The person in charge, Candace, refused to respond appropriately or in a timely manner to my requests. The bank already owned the property and they attempted to make charges as if they were still in charge with a thorough move-out inspection and even a late notice for rent due (the 5 days it took us to empty the 2700 sq ft home and clean it). Our visits to the office were met with standard answers and little compassion or effort to resolve our complaints. I emailed the entire office and received little response to my complaints. When someone is absent, no one else can do their job or help you in any way. I am a single parent of 3 children, have documentation of my paid rent to them and over $3000 security deposit which they have yet to return. My suggestion, unless you are desperate for a cheap home in a supposed wealthy area...tread carefully before doing business with this agency.

Impossible to accomplish anything with maintenance. This company is nothing but a middle man to the homeowner so that they can pass blame off on each other. They sell moldy, rotting houses that have been cheaply painted so they look newly renovated.

Ms. Donna, Candace, and Monica is great. Does all they can to help and make sure you understand everything step by step.

We rented a home in Fairfield from this company about six years ago. It’s been a long one, but I will always remember how many issues we had with the office staff there! Hard to get anything fixed.
