Extremely direct. If you want things sugar coated or told you’re going to get everything you want; this is not your guy. Which for us is perfect. We wanted realistic and up front. We have not hired Mr. Neier YET, but we are extremely confident in him already. He answered all of our questions, and gave us his direct email should we think of anymore over the weekend. In our previous experience any questions were handled by the paralegal whenever they returned back to the 8-5 work schedule. Never was there any direct contact. I wish we hired him the first time around.

Very realistic talk and I learned a lot throughout the session

I contacted several attorneys on memorial day and none answered until I was able to leave a virtual chat message for Mr. Neier on his firms website without missing a beat. Mr. Neier contacted me personally himself and was able to address my concerns. The next morning we spoke on the phone and he already had a strong game plan set and ready to fight tooth and nail on my behalf. the crazy part about all this was that from the moment I contacted him on memorial day I had two days until my hearing. The guy understands the basic core values and does everything he can to level with you as a human. Because everything was so last minute I came completely out of pocket myself for his services and on the day of the hearing the other party already dismissed the casewithout advising us from the beginning and Mr. Neier, understanding my situation refunded me my payment. Worst attorney everDon’t hire

Mr. Neier is a solid attorney. He was actually the opposing attorney working for his client against me for approximately four years on a civil matter regarding custody and child support that finally concluded recently.I hated to even look at this man when we would meet in court. But it wasn’t because he is a terrible person but rather because I knew he was thorough and caused me to do a lot of work.I can firmly attest that throughout the duration I personally had to fire and hire three different lawyers just to keep up with Mr. Neier. He and his staff are very thorough, he is an excellent trial attorney, and when I represented myself and was able to work with him directly he is a good person overall.If your case is important to you and you want the best legal representation possible I would strongly encourage you to consider Mr. Neier and know that you’re in good hands.****After reading the previous review I wanted to add an additional thought. My case went on for four years. It was delayed for military reasons and because I went through so many attorneys, or simply cause the courts are backed up. I felt as though my case would never end.Mr. Neier didn’t have to work with me the way he did when I was handling my case Pro Se but he was nothing but professional. I hired this attorney in my divorce case. He was never prepared to go in front of a judge and fight my case primarily because he did not believe what I was saying and all the stuff that I had provided him for my case was ignored and I to resubmit all those materials several times. I had to come in from out of town several times from Arizona and then several times from Afghanistan thinking that the case was going to go in front of the judge those days and we would be done with it. All he was doing was milking the system to get more money from me.Throughout the whole process he seemed to be working with the other lawyer, teaming up against me. In the end I paid him close to $20,000 to do nothing to help my case.I would never recommend this attorney to anyone for any reason he’s only interested in taking your money.

I called regarding a custody and modification case. I called and needed some advice the same day. Bryce talked to me for about ten minutes and answered all of my initial questions. He recommended that I call an attorney in the county of my case.After I called an attorney in the county in which my case is in, I emailed him the information and asked for advice. Hired Bryce to handle a child support termination. He did an amazing job of communicating directly with me via email (only talked to his staff to pay the bill). This is very rare! Most attorney’s barely talk to you and 90% of your communication goes through a paralegal.In addition to be a great communicator, he did a great job of preparing and arguing the case which resulted in a victory. This law firm was a complete waste of time for me to even hire. I felt like he was not prepared for the trial in fact, I think he looked over my paperwork in the car on the way to the courthouse. He would ask me questions that were already annotated on documents that were already in his possession. I thought to myself its on the papers I gave you mother f@@ker!. Talks a fast game but got his ass whip in the courtroom by Mrs Miranda. This guy charged me $5,500.00 for absolutely nothing then when we are heading in the courtroom he says I think the judge is going to award her the amount shes asking for. Im thinking to myself Thats not why I hired mother f@@ker!Please if youre a black man and you are dealing with family court matters; stay as far away from him or deal with the consequences; I promise you that you will regret it. My wife makes 24% less than I do and she still was awarded $1100.00 a month in Spousal Support. Every time I would see this man he would have a look like he did not recognize me. He would tell me to calm down when he would ask me a question. Mr Neier is possibly one of the sleaziest men Ive done business with and I pray that he will be cursed for his actions! Stay away from this law firm...And I know that the firm will have a rebuttal for the statements above to make it look like Im the reason why this case was lost but; they can go play in traffic (I-95)!

I hired Mr. Neier over a year ago to handle a domestic matter between me and my husband. I had the fortune of reconciling with my husband. Mr.. Neier had minimal work. He charged me $10,000 and after doing just a complaint and a few other things, kept the entire amount. We never went to court! Just the initial pleading and a dismissal which he shouldnt have charged me for. The way he does his retainers is not for the person who might have a chance of staying out of court. I tried to contact his office to come to some kind of fair resolution. Im a firm believer in doing what is right. He didnt even answer me. They completed ignored me. The way I was treated, not even worth them addressing..... Shows the kind of character this man has. Shame on you Mr. Neier. Another thing, the service I did get for the few times I had to deal with them was awful. Ive dealt with other lawyers. He isnt even that good for the ridiculous money he asks for.

Bryce Neier has been handling my legal needs for several years now. The most recent as of a week ago. Mr. Neier has always been forthcoming, knowledgeable and very prepared. I get up at 6am every morning and when it was court day, I would always have an email from Mr. Neier already waiting on me with instructions for court. I never felt ill-prepared or apprehensive going to court because Mr. Neier had my six. Communications with Mr. Neier was always easy, as I could email him seven days a week and would always get a response in a very short time. Mr. Neier even accommodated my crazy schedule and met me at his office twice on Sunday. I know of no other attorney that would do that. I highly recommend Mr. Neier to anyone seeking great council that will fight diligently for you.A quick word about the previous poster. I am a former 7th group team sgt. and I am appalled to read such a thing from a military man. No matter how good your lawyer is, the judge ultimately makes the decision based on what is in front of them and the law. And when there is a mutual agreement already in place, I rarely see a judge change that outcome.Finally, how appalling is it that you sir (last poster), are dissatisfied with your outcome so you make it a racial issue?
