To say that the difference is night and day, is to severely understate how awesome and beautiful our house is after M&Ds work. They completely transformed our home with a new roof, new siding, and a window replacement. All exceeding our expectations and both work crews were super professional and accommodating to any questions and concerns. MND Construction came out for a siding estimate for our rental house in Fayetteville. I spoke more with the staff, realizing that the inside repairs and siding were out of my budget. They immediately told me they do a lot more than siding, went into the house, took measurements and also took a lot of time to speak with me about my concerns. I went to their business, picked out samples and spoke with one of the owners. We went over every detail that we could think of and set a date for the kitchen remodel, water heater closet to be finished, and some odds and ends needed to get the house complete. See, our rental was trashed by the last tenants. They left a filthy mess for us to clean up and after several months, we were ready to finish the final steps in the whole house remodel. We have experienced some of the areas worst contractors who speak to our every needs during the estimate process and then do poor work or dont even finish the job. MND was the opposite! The house is beautiful! Thank you so much for what you did for us. Weve already recommended you to friends and family and they have seen the work you did and have asked for your contact info. Youve helped us realize something Ive wished several times in the past 10 years - there has to be an honest contractor in our area that is skilled and willing to do the work in an honest way. My experience with M&D is amazing from the first time i called asking for an estimate till the job was done. Ladies on the phone are professional, Mr Ruben and Mr Azam took care of any issues with the upmost professional manners, the roof was done in one day and the crew cleaned my front and back yard from all debris, plants were moved and put back i went out trying to find any nails arround the house but there were non.I took 6 differentiate estimates from diffrent companies and by far M&D was the best.Above all my roof looks amazing.I still have one more project to be done will update my review then

Hired them to install new attic stairs in my garage and to repair a hole in the ceiling where I stepped through. I bought the stairs myself and let them handle the installation. They took out the old stairs and hauled them away (they were too short, didnt reach the floor), installed the new set and repaired a 3x3 section of drywall. They applied mud and tape to the seam and then reapplied the texture (mop?) to the ceiling. New stairs are rock solid and you cant even tell there was a hole in my ceiling. Great work.

Had MND Construction do a bathroom remodel for me and it turned out PERFECT!!! I worked with David and he listened to every single detail I wanted. Price was fair and worth it, in my opinion. Definitely going to have more work done in the near future.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! We had our roof replaced today (11/17/2020) and JORGE H.’s crew did a PHENOMENAL job!!! They ALL were ON TIME, professional, polite, and informative. They kept us updated on what they were doing and had my husband come up and see different areas as they were working on them. All I can say is WOW!!!!! The after-job cleanup was PERFECT! They raked, blowed leaves, used a rolling magnet and made sure there was nothing left nail wise or debris wise. Our roof was started AND completed in ONE day!!! Today!!! AND it was not a half-a$$ rush job! (Pardon my language) I’m so impressed! I HIGHLY recommend this crew and this company! The office staff were helpful and pleasant when my husband phoned and also when he went in to the office. Using M&D Construction as my contractor for a new roof was a wonderful experience. M&D Constructions employees are hardworking, polite, and professional (especially my representative Ruben). They worked consistently through the day and got the roof finished. They laid down tarps for the debris, protected my plants, moved my patio furniture out of the way. Before they left they cleaned up all debris, put my patio furniture back. Blew the patio and sidewalks. They did an outstanding job. You would never have known they were there. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend M&D Construction!!! I have worked with them on many homes for re-roofing with my property management company as well as repairs on various roofs and have always been pleased. They have also recently put on a new metal roof for me personally and I love it. Their team is very professional from the representative David, to the workers on the roof. I am a military Veteran who believe in treating the way I want to be treated and respect others to the upmost. I hardly ever write a negative review.I had MND Construction do two projects on our rental property. One was replacing the roof and the other was replacing the fallen in floor in the shower. I was in a rush due to renters in the property and the holidays were 2 weeks away. My biggest complaint is I paid a significant amount of money to get the shower floor repaired/replaced and a year later, the issue resurfaced again and is even worse. The tenant reported the shower floor was feeling weak again. After research, I had to hire another company to take the floor up in the shower, which led to taking up the entire floor in the bathroom. Not to mention the standing water under the shower floor that was supposedly replaced. The moisture traveled to the walls and under the floors. I also found out there was piping that was cut in error. In reality, I paid for a temporary fix. I now question the ethics and morals of the sub-contractor and those of MND Construction. I am paying twice for the same project. I will recommend to anyone who decide to use this company to thoroughly check who their sub-contractors are as I am dealing with a much larger issue and a larger dollar amount to get the shower completely gutted and floor replaced. The roofing job was exceptional. Thank you Reuben! The staff was courteous and pleasant. However, the shower situation is totally unacceptable. Make sure you check thoroughly because it may appear to look good at the time but could resurface in the future. Most importantly, I do not want this to happen to others because it is crushing; especially when you entrust someone you to pay to do the job right. I refuse to give 5 stars when it is not warranted and mislead others. Please consider getting a second opinion, do your research and dont rush. I will not use or recommend them for future projects.

M&D Construction did a great job with my roof. After discovering storm damage, they helped deal with my insurance company and got a new roof completely covered when I thought I was going to be on my own with out of pocket costs. They basically handled everything for me and it was quick and easy. Ruben was in touch and helpful every step of the way to make sure I was in the loop and happy. Have already recommended to the neighbors and would do so again.

A professional company. They are clear and transparent during the quote. The team is timely from starting the job to clean up. The project managers insure you are satisfied with the process and product from start to finish. Leaders stopped by frequently to ensure the work was completed to standard. Bottom line. They do what they say they are going to do and the verify it is done right from start to finish.

Called for roof repairs highlighted in a Buyers inspection report. David and Reuben came out within 2 days to review the inspection report and make a plan for the repairs and get me on the schedule. The team was able to show up 3 days early and get everything done. The company provided me a Due Diligence letter addressing everything in the report to provide to the Realtor. Done and Done. If I stayed in Fayetteville, I would absolutely use them again!

Ruben did the initial estimate and was on time and friendly. His estimate was very detailed and complete. I felt comfortable going with this coming as it was clear we both knew what was going to be done. The job was to fix some trim, replace a large window and repair the some siding. The job was quoted for 2 days and was completed in that time. The workers were respectful and cleaned up when they were done. The work was excellent and the price was very fair. Looking forward to using them again on more touch up projects.

We hired M&D construction to completely replace our roof. The process was simple. They came out and assessed the roof and provided a written estimate. They provided samples of the materials they would be using and the steps they would take to complete the roof. The price was lower then we budgeted for, which was great! The crew came out in the morning and by nightfall the roof was completely finished. They replaced the decking and completely installed the new roof in a day. The crew took maybe one break for lunch. They came back and cleaned up on a second day. Overall it was a great experience for us. The roof looks great the crew was efficient and respectful throughout the process.

Dont do business with them. My husband and I trusted them to work on a rental property. All the work was done on time. However, the exterior painting was of poor quality and the company didnt want to honor the warrantee. Unfortunately for us, we will have to find our own solution (probably have to pay again to get repainted). Ouch!

I initially hired MND to do a roof replacement. The roof came out great, they showed up on time, and got the job done quickly. The price was the best price out of 5 companies as well. We were so happy that we hired them to come back and add a 20x24ft deck to our house. Once again, they were on time, did the job quickly, the price was great and the quality was excellent. I have 3 big dogs and they worked with me to plan for keeping the dogs in their part of the yard and they thoroughly cleaned up to make sure my dogs wouldn’t get hurt. I will definitely call MND again in the future.

In November 2019 just last month I had some work done on a home I own in Fayetteville North Carolina. The company I used was M and D Construction and I have to say they did an excellent job. The work was done in a timely fashion attention to detail was extremely good and the service I got from the workers was the best. If you’re ever considering having some work done on your home I highly recommend M and D Construction.

We just had a new roof installed on our home from MND, the entire process was conducted in a very professional manner. We delt with Harold who is a straight forward honest and knowledgeable . The installers did a fantastic job, they replaced all the sheeting and installed a complete new roof in 2 days. Their prices are very competitive . I recommend this company to anyone in need of home repairs.

To ALL! If you live in NC in the Raeford/ Fayetteville area. This company has been reported to BBB. Do not bother having this company do your roof or services. It will never get fixed. The receptionist Tiffany is unprofessional. She will say she scheduled your roof appointment for a certain time, but never do any follow ups when the roofers are running behind. She will be deceiving and have you spend your days waiting for MND construction because she forgot to schedule something. Not once or twice, probably four times. The main guy David doesn’t respond at all. They are over price and never get the job done. Paid for my roof to be repaired for about three (3) months ago. Having had multiple storms come through. They came to my house to repair roof after two months of calling company. Then they came with completely different colored shingles. Another delay of two hours. The guy came back and didn’t have enough shingles to fix all shingles the rep Ruben said they could fix. I had to call back company and they sent someone out that came and took pictures of unfinished work. Again I had to wait all day for the guy to come because of scheduling issues on receptionist. Overall service is unacceptable. Go with another company that is reliable. Going on 3 months on a service I paid for and it’s incomplete. -5 stars!

Ruben is a great salesman. He bought me a case of beer. Promised me a bottle of apple crown royal, but never delivered. Still a great guy. If he did, it probably would be a small cheap bottle.

I reached out to this company to have them replace all of the siding on my home. From the beginning of the process to the very end they were beyond amazing. What is that saying if I could give no stars I would ? They were hired by my property manager and they were suppose to notify me before showing up which they didnt. They moved my trash cans, grills, fire pit, and chairs out of their way which was fine but then they didnt put any of it back before they left. The biggest problem however, was they use a blower to blow nails off the roof and only pick up the nails that actually make it into the gutter. I have a 5 year son who cant play in the yard like he loved to do. Save youre money and go with better people.

This place is a joke. Do not do business with them. They take your money for job, never call or schedule appointments. If you call production manager is never there. They eventually told me they would work. Gave me a date. Never showed up, never got a call. Only thing they get 1 star for is getting my refund.

They did a great job quickly fixing my roof. I had hired another company originally but then couldn’t get them to answer the phone to schedule to come fix it. So I called MND and they came out and fixed it a couple of days later with no hassle. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof work

Our new roof was installed in a timely fashion. However, the deal did not go as promised. The salesman told us the balance would go on their credit plan after he came out to inspect the finished roof and we would both sign off on it. This never happened. We were charged immediately after the installation with no inspection. That was 7 months ago. No one has come out yet. They were sending someone on a Sat at 8:00 AM to clean up the flashing since it looked terrible. He never showed up. I called again. That time someone with a heavy accent returned our call. He had the wrong address and couldnt find us. We told him the correct address but he never showed up. We now have a new roof but as you drive in the driveway what stands out the most are the areas that were previously covered with shingles. They now look like giant scabs all along the flashing on the front of our house. After a few weeks we hired someone to remove the left over shingles and supplies that were piled on the lawn. We also picked up at least 2 dozen roofing nails and spikes, many of which were rusty; and several Corona caps, and limes that were all over the front yard. My roof doesnt leak but I feel the lousy workmanship has devalued my house. I will not hire them again.

I was not happy with the job they did and the woman I spoke to was very rude with trying to have someone come back out I will not be using this company again. They were recommended to me by a friend and now come to turn out my friend is having similar issues.Definitely look at your options before picking these guys!

Had some roof repair done after a big storm and they rushed out to get the job done! Really went out of their way to accommodate us and get out there before any more rain was headed our way. We would definitely use them again in the future!

MND Construction was referred to me by my friend, who was very pleased with his experience. I would in turn recommend them to friends and family. We received several quotes from different companies. The pricing was competitive and very thorough up front. There were no rewrites on work that needed to be done after the job was started. The Roofing Company was prompt and efficient in getting our roof completed.

We were in need of two bathroom renovations in order to prepare the home for rent. Contacting the office was met with very courteous staff. We arranged a contractor to come out and provide an estimate. Harold did a fantastic job helping us meet our needs. After we financed and signed all necessary documents to begin work, we were met with a completely different crew. These men were very courteous, worked diligently, and cleaned up any messes after they were done. Each day, the crew walked us through what was completed and what to expect to happen next. We felt very comfortable with them. Along the way of the renovation of the first bathroom, the crew notified us of some small cosmetic issues and recommendations on how to fix them ourselves. After Harold came through and inspected the work of the master bathroom, they proceeded to demo the second bathroom. The master bathroom looked immaculate! The next day, there was a completely different crew that came in to continue the renovations. I was very confused because the first crew did so well. We were not notified that another crew would be coming in, but we continued to let them work. As we were in the process of moving out of the home, the work was completed and inspected again by Harold. Unfortunately, when they left, the crew did not take some of the debris with them. I made contact with M&D a week later and they notified me that it would be arranged. They still left some debris that I had to clean up myself and the lock box was still attached to my home.I now have a tenant in my home and we have learned very quickly at what a shotty job they have done With the guest bathroom within the first few days. During the renovations, the crew failed to properly seal the space between the shower wall and the tub. Furthermore, The tub faucet completely detached itself from the wall. The inside of the faucet looked like it was filled with caulk in an attempt to have the faucet “stick” to the wall. Even worse, I was then notified that in an attempt to shower, the shower handle being placed in the “off” position, that the water would not turn off. We had to shut off water to the entire house to resolve the issue. So as of right now, the second project was not done up to a 4 or 5 star business.I have made contact with M&D on 2 December 2019 to which again, the front desk was very courteous. Harold contacted me and arrangements were made to oversee the repairs necessary as we have a warranty on the work done.Nothing has been done.I contacted M&D again, increasingly frustrated, but still polite on 4 December 2019 about any updates on the status of this job. The front desk again, told me that they will contact Harold again in an attempt to resolve the issue. I had expected to hear from SOMEBODY at this point.It is now 6 December and nothing has been done. I am hoping that this review will finally be seen by whoever is in charge of this establishment and hold these employees accountable to their customers.

MND did a great job in our home remodel. We purchased a 90s executive home 2 years ago and invited David to share our vision of creating an open floor concept. He had great ideas and the price was negotiated before hand. We pulled the trigger late last year, and we couldnt be happier with the turnout. These guys are pros and craftsman. M&D Construction of Fayetteville turned our house into a home!! We are beyond thrilled with the results!! My experience with MND construction was amazing. They put a new roof on my home for me, and let me tell you the customer service was out of this world. I would like to share the great experience that I had recently with MND Construction. I was looking around trying to find someone to help me with the leak in my roof. I went online trying to find a company to help me. MND was the first ones to come up so I decided to give them a call. I am now very happy that I did give them a call, and I do not regret it at all. They were very quick to help me with getting an estimate and getting the repair done. It turns out that the leak in my roof caused some interior damage as well. They were more than happy to help me and they even helped me out with getting the project financed. I am happy to say that I now have a new roof and I will definitely be calling MND Construction for any future projects that I may have and I will recommend them to anyone looking for any home improvements.

You have to call these guys before purchasing a home. They came out the next day and gave us a free estimate. Really good deal compared to the other rates in town. A lot of skill, knowledge, experience. As first time home buyers we had a great experience. Professional and military friendly.

I had a great experience with MND Construction. They quickly arranged for my home roof repair, and the workmanship was excellent (the roof was tested quickly thereafter by Hurricane Florence, and there was no leaking or damage). Highly recommend MND.

I called this company over 7 days ago and made appointment, they came yesterday without a ladder. So they were coming back today, just called and said they are not taking on new customers. If you dont want to give an estimate that is fine but to make me wait a week then show up, not have equipment, say come back tomorrow then call and say sorry not taking on new customers and it would be a 2 month wait. Very unprofessional. When I went to return the call this am, the woman who answered actually said when I said I received a call from them, I didnt call you. I would give no stars if I could.

MND Construction made our home roofing project outstanding! They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend to our friends.

I hired MND to tear out almost 400 feet of old wooden fence and replace it with 4ft chain link. They got 99% of it done in one day! There were a few loose ends that needed to be finished up and Harold came out and took care of that himself to ensure I was happy. Ive hired them before and Id hire them again!!

We had some work done on my parents house and they did an amazing job. Extremely fair prices with fantastic work.

On 10/4, I signed my contract to get my roof repaired, I was told within 10 days I should have a new roof. After contacting the salesman Dennis on 10/12, Tiffany from the office called me informing me I was scheduled for 10/15 and that the team would be at my home bright and early. After taking off from work they did not show up bright or early so I called the office and was told that I would be rescheduled for 10/18. On 10/18, I took off of work again thinking I would have a new roof, no roof. I contacted the saleman who informed me that the GM David would call me. While waiting I called the office and left a message for someone to call me back. After a few hours I called the office back and I was told by the Patti that Denise would be calling me. After several hours of waiting for both the office worker and the GM to call me back, I called them, then I was told the job was rescheduled for 10/22. I was told both cancellations were due to the weather, it didn’t rain on 10/12 or 10/18. On 10/22 the guys started my roof and finished 10/23. The job went smooth except for them running out of shingles and nails in the middle of the job.I received countless calls for the final payment but could not get a call once the deposit was made. This office has major communication issues.To add, the final payment was processed to my card without my authorization. The final payment was pending due to the J Channels needing to be adjusted, once the job was fully completed I would’ve paid for the services provided.I informed Denise of the J Channels on 10/25. No action was taken. I informed Patti again on 11/9. She informed someone should be out to my home on Saturday or Monday. Another team showed up on Saturday to make adjustments.I’m still waiting on my warranty paperwork.

Not impressed with the company. Called to see if someone could tell me if it could be repaired or replaced and was told they do not repair. There website talks about repairing roofs.....interesting way of doing business.

David was great with getting me an estimate and starting the renovation project. My house is in NC, but I live in MD, so it was difficult to oversee the project. That said, many of the details that we wanted and/or agreed upon were overlooked. The worst part has come since I have paid for the very expensive $25K project, the punch-list items still havent been completed and now David will NOT return my calls, nor will he even respond to my local realtor trying to get the job complete. My advise, get all the work before you pay!!! The subcontractors did good work though.

I called them to repair a leak in my roof and they came out right away and patched a part of the roof. After we had rain a few days later it was still leaking so I called them back and they said they would be there on Friday or Monday nobody shed up. Then they said they would be there on Sunday and still no one showed up.

The company has not followed up or completed the contracts. There has been no response to my complaints. I am not satisfied with the quality of work or the completion of the contracts.

Do not use this company. I hired this company to install flooring thru the whole 2nd story of my house. The customer service is terrible and after 4 months of work which was suppose to be a 2 week job they finally finished, that was in June 2018. It is now July 2019 and my flooring has been separated leaving tremendous gaps and some places squeeze so tight togther that the floor is bowing up. There is a 5 year warranty on parts and labor so I contacted MND on March 2019 they came out and told us it was a manufacture default and everything would be replaced. We were scheduled to put the new floors down in on May. Nobody showed or called. After several attempts of getting answers on the phone and no answer I drove to the office and the Office manager had a letter stating the will not replace or repair anything to the floor and it was our subflooring that was the issue andnot to bother them again. The subfloor had no problems when installing and still has no problems it is just the flooring that was placed. After talking about it and they understood i was not going to let it go they stated and signed a letter that they would have someone come out, this was in June. Today is July 22 and still no word from MND. I have contacted BBB and anyone else i can file a complaint on this company with as well as the credit card co they use. Please find pictures to show the condition of the subfloor before flooring was put down as well as samples of what the flooring is doing. Please reply with any questions.

BE WARNEDBought a home renovated by this company. They have very little care in their work. Tile in the bathroom was later inproperly causing grout to come up and tiles become loose. Could not make a door frame straight causing big gaps in door up to half an inch. Left a water vent unconnected causing odor in the home. Hooked up the out side hose spout to the hot water line. Claimed to replace all the plumbing when they left a significant sized crack in the old cast iron water line. This caused sewage to leak through out the crawl space. This is a short list of the items wrong with their “renovation”. Awful company and even worst customer service. Do not use them especially if you are active duty or retired military they will take advantage of you.

I recently called MND Construction because I had been wanting some new windows that would help me save money on my electric bill. When I called they set me up with a free estimate to have someone come out to my house and give me a price on the windows I wanted replaced. The price they gave me was a lot cheaper than a price that a different company had given me. Also the resprestative helped me by giving me all of the information I was wanting to know about which windows would be the best for what I was asking for. Once I decided to choose MND Construction to do my windows they had my windows ordered and installed very quickly. Also the work crew that they sent out to actually install my windows was on time and they never left any trash or any other mess after the windows were installed. Overall my experience with this company was awesome. I will definitely recommend them to any of my family and friends looking for some home improvements.

I had a metal roof installed by this company. The roof leaks around the chimney. My husband has made repeated phone calls to this company and Dennis Smith. We have been ignored and brushed off. Our roof leaks!!!! We need someone to come and fix it. We signed a contract and paid for the roof, labor, etcetra in April. It is now August and we have a leak which is causing damage to our home. They also pieced together one of the sheets instead of installing a full sheet. I am angry and disappointed in this company. I was told by Dennis Smith that this company was run by proud ex-military people who took pride in their work. (Should have known better when Mexican workers installed the roof!!!). I want this company to honor their claims of quality roof installation and customer service. My roof needs to be repaired now or I will be taking further action!!!!!!!

I am extremely happy and impressed with the service I received from MND Construction. From the start to when the roof was finished it was a very efficient and professional experience.

I have a wonderful veteran salesman who started our convosation with “ what do I need done” after explaing I need a door bell he walked around the house and even look at the roof and he told me about my windows( I already had known I needed new ones) he priced them and I was like ok great deal and the finance plan. He threw the door bell in for free if I just got the windows so I didIt is now over a month since the windows was installed and still no door bell. I also have some gaps in the windows edge where the caulk goes ( Finger size gap ) and no one has came back to seal it.I give it three stars due to the fact that the windows are nice, the windows were put in really fast but they could have slowed down since I had glass all in my driveway( Minor complaint) and that the salesman and the front desk ate friendly understanding.I’m not sure if I’m just unlucky but follow up is not on there strong point. It is a great deal, great windows with lifetime warranty. I will tell you to insure the people on site don’t leave until the job is complete and you check on it.

They handled our home renovation project really well, supervising everything, solving problems quickly, and communicating with us at all times, letting us know what to expect and when.

They came out and repaired a leak in my roof WHILE Matthew was starting! Theyre about to start a big job for me. Replacing 1 window and a door, tearing down my rotted chimney, removing my fireplace and replacing it with patio doors! Ill update this review!!! And attach pics!

Terrible! Would never recommend. They started my job in March and now it’s July. As a residential builder I have never dealt was such poor communication and lack of responsibility. Unfortunately we have to seek legal action now. Very disappointed!!
