I absolutely love this place! Very professional, friendly and attentive barbers. I especially love that my children were comfortable and the barbers are very patient when they became restless. Theres even a patio for me to lounge while they were being serviced! Im telling everyone I know about this place. Awesome is an understatement.

Visiting the Atlanta area, needed to get a quick trim done before I flew home.. stopped in here because it was nearby.Oh my, I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon/barber.Extremely personable staff, highly professional, and they took a generous amount of time to ensure my look was perfect.While they could have charged quite a lot considering the quality of the services, I was charged half of what I would have paid.I was very impressed.

Great haircut by some great guys. Another man got a full face treatment with his haircut and I must say, I might need to go for that next time! Stacy has a great thing going. He and Charlee are the real deal.

Trying to be upscale mens spa, just a black barbershop. On walking up I was yelled at from patio, asking if I needed haircut, I should have run. I had to wait for the barber to finish his McDonalds,I explained what I wanted. After an hour of dozen razors, of which never offered service even after saying first time there, another white customer came in with his black son, the CEO walked in after, the white customer was ignored for black customer came in after the CEO. Charged $37 no explanation of charges. POS was peice of paper with $22 and list of names from prior day. No option to tip only good thing. After getting in my car hair was styled to wrong side, and I had to cut my bangs when I got home.Paid $9 black barbershop down the road support true business men not poser

Just moved to Fayetteville in 2017. Tried several barbershops in search of a quality. By far, The Gentz Lab is the best! I did NOT leave with razor or clipper cuts arounds my head, nor was I expected to sit for countless hours waiting for an opening. The next day at work I recieved numerous compliments from both men and women suggesting that I should KEEP my current barber. Thanks Gentz
