The girl that cut my hair did a great job. I am extremely picky when it comes to my hair. I dont like a lot of different people cutting it. She was personable, had great chair-side manor, and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it cut. I got a bald fade with a faux hawk like I always do and she was the first to actually get it down to the skin the way I always want but never really get! Thank you and I wish I could remember her name so she could get her props! I will come to her everytime she is available!

Took my son there for a back to school haircut. They did a really poor job, left hair on the back of his neck & uneven in the front. Went back two weeks later to get it fixed with a complimentary haircut coupon. Showed the girl a pic of how we wanted it. She also did a really poor job and I had to tell her to fix it. After she was finished she left hair all over him. Do not recommend. & I never leave reviews!

Went with a friend to get a walk-in haircut, and was told it would be 40 minutes before he could get in. His phone number was entered into the text messaging system and after 3 hours, no text message had been received. When I personally called to check on the status of the set time, I was greeted by John & asked about the text system to see if there was an issue. He stated that it would be corporate that would deal with the text messaging system (but they have even called and haven’t been able to get ahold of their own corporate), but I still requested the number. He gave me a fake number, but thankfully my friend and I were able to find the actual corporate number and extension on the web!

Jon did a great job and was very helpful. They always are very nice about answering questions/have helpful suggestions, but also cut your hair the way you want it!

Was great the first visit, but has done poorly the last couple of visits. So poorly I’ve had to have them fixed.

Their check in service is BAD. I arrived on time for my haircut but was cut in line by a walk-in. The stylist never check me in and my reservation was cancelled. I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes and watched multiple walking get their haircut. No one corrected the issue and I walked out.I have always had trouble with their checkin service, this was not the first time something like this has happened.

Usually good haircut, this time I went for a trim and Gigi cut my hair. I explained that I didn’t want much taken off, and she reiterated that she understood. In 8 minutes time she said she was finished. She took off twice as much length from what I asked for, my neck line is uneven and one of my sideburns was cut off completely, the other one still there. I’m shocked at how far the result is from what I asked for.

Usually good, but lately has been disappointing with hair cut and service.The straw that broke the camels back was them bumping up my wait time from on deck to 25 minutes after I had waited 13 minutes already in store. They say it’s because they can’t skip a person, but they could have told me that when I got there.Yes I requested a certain stylist, I don’t understand how they didn’t know they didn’t have enough stylists for all the ones they didn’t request one when I checked in. That’s the whole point of the check in and wait times I thought.I wasted half my lunch driving there driving there and waiting.Manager offered no solution or apology.

I’ve gone to this Sports Clips multiple times where they skipped over me and others various times, if you have an hour to waste sitting and waiting on a stylus then they do a pretty good job. Sloppy management of incoming clients, not coming back!

My stylist was cool done a good job but the upsetting part is when it came time to pay all they had in the register was $20 bill and all I had was hundreds so I had to drive three blocks away and take 10 minutes to go buy something else just to get change just so I can pay for a haircut I believe a place of business such as sports clips should have plenty of money in their registers at least $100 for transactions Ive never had a problem with sports clips until today but a customer having to drive to get change to bring back is ridiculous

Not friendly to new customers. I dont want an app, I dont want to wait 45 minutes when I was told 25 what I want is a haircut. If you are cutting by appointment then dont allow walk ins. Tends to anger people that were there first.

Bobbie just gave me the worst haircut Ive received. The first thing I told her was I didnt want my bangs cut and that was one of the first things she did. I really hate my haircut and feel really self conscious now that shes cut my hair. At some point you just feel absolutely defeated because you know youre just stuck with hack job. Thanks Bobbie at Sport Clips for making me feel absolutely terrible.

Figured Id try and save a buck and go here a few times. Its a quick in and out experience that takes 5 minutes, and you get a very below average haircut. They dont blend your hair, ask questions, or even talk to you all that much during the process. It always takes me months and months to fully recover from the blocky haircuts I get here, but they seem to do a decent job up in Rogers. Shame.

I love Sports Clips. I was in NWA for the weekend and in dire need of a haircut. Have been using Sports Clips in Little Rock for years and always happy. My preferences were available to the stylist even though this was my first visit at this location. This visit in Fayetteville was fantastic. Kelsey W. was such a great stylist! Taught me a couple different things about how to style my hair that Ive never been told before....and Im 59. Wonderful conversation as well. Couldnt even tell you what was on TV. Im in NWA frequently enough that Ill be back to see her from now on.

I went a few days ago. I told the stylist to keep the hair style but shorten my hair, and she did but did not gave form to my hair at all. I got a square like haircut now and cant style it anyway without some hairs popping out. Also she excessively used the thinning scissors and took a lot of volume of my hair. Overall bad experience.

Great atmosphere geared towards gentlemen. My stylist Kelsey did an excellent job cutting, styling, and recommending what hair product to use. Ill be back again.

Usually they do a great job and do it quickly, but my last visit they completely botched the back of my hairline. Although, 9/10 they usually do a good job.

Amanda cut all of my hair off and now I really hate my hair it doesn’t look like it belongs on me. She was just cutting as fast as possible without even caring what it looked like.

My go to place to get a haircut. Prices are reasonable and the girls working there have always given me a good cut. Pro tio: check in on the website or app before you go, that way when you arrive, youre basically ready to go with no to little wait time. Be sure to tip!

Been coming here for several years now, coming to Courtney or Kelsie W., both excellent ... Was in a hurry today and picked first available, big mistake. The stylist used the exact same notes the other stylists have used since Ive been coming here, yet I ended up with 1) a frigging buzz cut before I even knew what hit me, then 2) a half-hearted apology, then 3) hearing the previous stylists blamed for not leaving better notes, and 4) a rush job to get me out the door and on my way. This isnt the most convenient place to get a haircut for me, but Ive driven a long way to come here for a while anyway. Wont happen again. Thats not how you treat a long time customer, especially when your name tag says Assistant Manager on it.

WORST HAIR CUT I HAVE EVER HAD. It’s sad that one bad hair cut out of five visits can cause a bad reputation for that location and other employees that had nothing to do with it. After leaving I decided to return to the location on Joyce street and have the girl that cut my hair see if she could make it look better. She tried, but finally said she would make a note on my file to not cut my hair so short. Now I will have to wait months and months for my hair to grow back. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

I wasnt sure if I wanted to sit down I had a bad experience with supercuts yesterday but I had a amazing experience with sports clips she did a good job for a person who probably doesnt cut much black people hair but she asked questions and did a swell job Im actually going back so someone can fix my kids terrible cut from supper cut good job Kelsey

The person cutting my hair rounded off one corner in the back and did not round off the other. They also cut one side of the back very far in and again, not the other. Very lopsided.

While I was getting my hair cut a lady came in and asked owned the white truck, upon finding I was the owner she threatened to call animal control, the fayetteville PD.....allison while saying if I didnt get up and get my dog right then. He was going to die.(I believe) This lady is working for or worked for the nail salon next door. Now before any of you ARDENT animal lovers (like myself) cheer her on and find me to be guilty half the names she screamed at me or support the threats she made towards me.You should know the facts1. Grey Bear McLovin is a 110 lb Blu Lacey mix bred for the hill countries of Texas (theyre the Texas state dog)2. I had just taken him for a walk and watered him before we left and after we got back. I also had water for him in my truck3. My truck is bright white as is the camper shell. It has been parked over an hour in a cool dry place. All the windows were open except the tailgate- so he had plenty air circulation. They dared me to get in my truck with it closed- that I couldnt do it - I did. Amazingly Im still here!4.THE IMPORTANT PART- i guess when the verbal abuse and threats didnt satisfy the first ladyA. I offered to let my stylist stop cutting and pay for the cut anyway.B. She refused 3 times while I was there, and refused any tip or anything until she finished cutting my hair.C.She didnt say it outright, but I think she felt anyone shouldnt just be able to throw a scene to force their beliefs or way of doing things on others, whether good intentioned and misinformed or not. She was the perfect employee she did her job and remained calm and polite!!!I truly want to open a hair salon just to give her a job...and I used to own one. Im seriously going to think about this.Anyway ANOTHER lady came in, she looked like the first ones sister and informed me the police were on their way, so I thanked the nice young lady who was still cutting my hair and told her I was really, really sorry about the disruption for her business and Id pay for everyones haircuts if I had the money but Id make sure they (the waitresses) got a big tip. All the guys in there have me their support! Anyway another kind hairdresser asked if he was sweet, so I told her his name, McLovin, which cracked everyone up!When this all began I was in the salon a total of maybe 4-5 minutes trying to find out the wait time- so I could come back- but my stylist was there and said shed be quick, so I went ahead with the Haircut and immediately enter Carrie Nation!!!It probably took me 3 or 4 minutes to tell her the facts because she kept yelling at me and interrupting me.4. We we no where near the high of the day, when I went outside, I laughed! I brought my dog into the shop and of course- everyone wanted to per him, so clearly everyone witnessed his condition directly after 2 self-proclaimed dog experts ( crazy people) gave my dog and I quote verbatim, your dog has minutes possibly seconds to live and youre just sitting thereTo make a lo g story short, the two dog experts were so concerned about him next door they did not come to check to see if he needed medical attention or even see if everything was ok in general. No apologies and they owed me one because they clearly saw a Dad and his daughter talking to me asking to pet me dog. No,well were just glad hes ok, it was a close call- well agree to disagree.***No Accountibility****.BUT THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT OF SPORTS CLIPS, WHO HANDLED THIS INCIDENCE OF HARASSMENT WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND KINDNESS! Only stylist that I would let touch my hair is Teia, (doubt Im spelling that correctly). The other stylists could care less about the job their doing, could care less about customer service, and give terrible hair cuts. Im baffled by the unprofessional tendencies of the other stylists- if you can even call them that. (Teia gives exceptional hair cuts btw.)
