First and last time visiting this place! About to retire from the military after 30 years of service so I have been growing my hair out. I asked for a light fade on the side and for the top to be trimmed...just cleaned up. The barber was extra aggressive with the clippers and began to cut against the grain and he realized the he had messed up and began to say...I still got you dark on top. Bottom line, I came out looking like a new recruit reporting to basic training. The first thing my wife asked was why in the hell did you get all of your hair cut off! The guy in the last chair needs to be fired!!!

I SENT MY 6 YEAR OLD SON ..WITH HIS BIG SISTER TO GET HIS HAIR CUT ...was over charge ....when confronted the guy who cut my son hair.... I was treated very bad .....he talked very disrespectful to me..I will not be back ...I dont recommend anyone to go there

Please do not waist your money going here. The barber in there literally did everything I asked him NOT to do. Not to mention I asked for a part in my hair cut and he didn’t even do it. I go home and my hair is all uneven. I should’ve listened to the reviews and not go there. I’m so upset right now.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! My boyfriend went there for a simple fade with his hair left on top and they refused him service because they claimed they didnt know how to section his hair. And didnt even try. What barber doesnt know how to section hair??? Dont waste your time or gas!

The only reason I gave it one star is because they dont have a zero option. If you are considering going here -- DONT! Save yourself the headache. The stylist (Timaya) was very unprofessional and rude. Went for a simple crotchet braid promotion and ended up having to take it out because it was not what I asked for and the back of my hair was not even done. There was a large chunk of my natural hair that was just left out. My appointment was for 2:30 and she didnt start on me until 3:30 and I didnt walk out of the shop until after 11pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Money wasted, lesson learned.
