After taking my low mileage Mercedez to this business “ for small windshield leak the car was brought back to me with soaked carpet and water dripping from underneath my dash . The owner explained he had a hose on my sunroof for over an hour/ never checked my drivers side “ only passenger side”I was livid beyond words with water all the way into my back seat . Told him I would have major electrical issues ! I was more than Right as trying to get my Mercedez to be inspected by several leading shops and the dealer “ my OBD” was fried!”.. leaving me with needing a new cumputer at over 4100.00 .. the owner would not file an insurance claim only telling ME TO FILE MY OWN CLAIM With MY INSURANCE “ my ins company USAA did nothing to me and said I Need to take him to court... After back and forth with this business they claim they did nothing wrong ! Leaving me holding the bag with a car I can not get inspected as worthless to me ! DO NOT have anything to do with this business!!!! Still pending court !

So we had our daughters 17th birthday party this past weekend at which time we revealed the 1996 Pontiac Trans Am that we had restored for her. The party went great and we were able to surprise our daughter. She knew she was getting the car but thought we were only doing a couple of things to it. She was estatic!!!I want to thank three Companies for the work each of you put into making this restoration a HUGE SUCCESS. In no particular order as we greatly appreciate each of you. Its a lengthy post but very deserving to every one of these companies.ShoGun Paint and Body (2861 Hope Mills Road, Fayetteville, NC). WHERE do I start???? Tom and Diane Soliday, you made my wife and I Superstar Parents to our daughter! Your work is awesome and the attention to details that yall took with our daughters car is so impressive. Man did we give yall a laundry list of things we desired to be done to the car and yet yall acted like our desires were small easy things to yall. And then you took things to a completely new level. We originally thought that we would be happy to settle and just get front and back bumpers repainted since they were the most visually unattractive parts of the car. You encouraged us to let yall restore the entire outside of the car and boy we are so glad we agreed to do that. As everyone can see from my photos, the car looks like we bought it new from a dealership. Again, thank you so much for all of the attention to details, time, effort and pride you put into her car. We are Raving Fans of ShoGun Paint and Body. Thank you so much!!!!!RimGuard Xtreme-Rim Repair (5409 Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC) custom restored and powder coated the rims gloss black as this was the one thing that our daughter continually pointed about cars she liked. She would always say I love blacked out rims on a car. These rims are amazing! Its unreal what yall can do to old rims making them look like we custom ordered them from a rim manufacturer. Thank you so much Rusty Hall! We sincerely appreciate this!S.E.A.T. (South Eastern Auto Trim, 300 Hope Mills Road, Fayetteville,NC). So when we removed the sun visors and headliner, the headliner broke in half because it is so old and was not in good condition. We knew we would either have to find and buy an aftermarket headliner or find one in a junkyard and have it recovered. So I went to Joe Barnett at S.E.A.T. and told him what happened and asked if he could order a new one for us. To my surprise, Joe said let me see the broken one first. Once he saw the broken headliner, he said there is no need to buy a replacement headliner that he could restore that one to be as good as new. To be honest, I was a little doubtful about his comments. Well, he showed me!!!! Yeah, Joe knows his craft and has skills. The headliner looks great as well as the visors and they look like a new car. His turn around time was impressive as well. Thank you Joe for helping us when we thought we would surely have to buy something new.If anyone needs any of these services listed above, I proudly recommend each of these businesses. I saw quality and integrity in each of them. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Each of you are greatly appreciated by the Craig Family! Please share my post with anyone that may be needing any of these services. Id love to send them new business because of the great experience we had with each of them.Oh yeah, I have a sticker for the back of my daughters car that reads No, this is not my boyfriends car. Buh ha ha ha!!!!!!Darin and Heather Craig
