I decided to take care of the chore of getting my oil changed, immediately after work on a Saturday morning. I walked into a moderately busy morning for the guys, and was immediately greeted by the only employee at the counter. He was courteous, friendly, and got my vehicle into the garage within minutes. I sat down, played a few rounds of one of my favorite phone apps, while checking out the weather on the tv, and before I even realized, my vehicle had been pulled out, and was sitting for me to leave. The price was moderate at $48 total, until the same guy that got me going, searched and found me a hefty discount, so my final price was only $42! These guys will definitely have my business, for both of my vehicles, and Im spreading the word!

My wife and I have been customers for around 15 years. We were referred by an uncle who dabbles with antique cars and had nothing but great things to say. Weve used both locations. I use the College location and my wife uses MLK. They are both great. We moved to Bentonville and even travel back to Fayetteville just so we can stay in trusted hands with Grease Pig. One thing that is foremost is that they are HONEST. They dont tell us we need unnecessary work. In fact, theres been a couple of times the dealerships have tried to entice us into unnecessary work, but when we consulted the best, Big Mike, he set us straight and got us taken care of. We have had old vehicles that needed quite a bit of upkeep and the guys have all been so great to us, and reasonable. Joe, who is now at the College location has always made sure we are taken care of, safe and happy. Once, on a trip home from Little Rock we had an incident in the rain that spun us several times and landed us in a culvert. Remarkably, we were able to drive away from it, and popped by Grease Pig unexpectedly on our way home to make sure it was safe to continue to drive, and they got us in, assessed and out quickly. You cant buy trust and these guys have certainly earned it time and time again. Cant say enough about how honest, trustworthy, competent, awesome and friendly these guys are. Theres many reasons theyre The Best of The Best!

On a road trip and pulled in for an oil change. While checking air pressure, a valve stem failed. Manager explained what happened and they immmediately took the tire off and he jumped in his car to take my tire to a shop to replace the valve stem. He made it right without hesitation. Rest of the crew were very friendly and helpful. I could tell this was a well run place from top to bottom. Thanks guys!

Service was phenomenal! Had a sporadic popup issue with my turn signal and one of the workers (David) was kind enough to explain exactly what was wrong and replace it free of charge for my trip back to Texas. Visited before and grateful that the staff have always made people their top priority

After I took my truck to the first time I was convinced they were the best oi change and lube in town. They checked all the fluids and helped me get everything back on schedule. Now I just pul up and they do the rest.

You cant make an appointment for an oil change but I popped in one day and was in and out within 20 minutes. As a female I was treated fairly. You are able to socially distance in the lobby. No complaints.

Went in for an oil change. I’ve been once before. Nice guys and timely. This time, the tech didn’t secure my splash guard correctly and it took me going back twice more to get it fixed correctly. It was flapping against my tire and a piece came off while I was driving. I thought I’d run over an animal. I won’t be going back to these guys. Three trips for one oil change

They were very personable and honest. My van takes a more expensive oil and they were up front about it and gave the option of the good brand or not. I will definitely continue to use them

I had my oil changed at The Grease Pig on College Ave recently. They were very efficient, I was greeted immediately and they went to work changing my oil. It was a nice day so I set outside on a bench. I watched as car after car came in, the crew greeted every person just like I was. It was apparent that this crew worked well together and enjoyed what they do. When my car was done they came and explained how the oil was changed and belts checked and even filled up the fluids that were low. They were very kind and asked if I needed anything else. I just want to say this crew made my experience a great one,

Had an oil change and tune done to my 90 corvette, drove the car assuming that the service was done right, went to check the fluids, found the motor was over filled by a quart, also during the plug change, tech ran plug wires on top of e.g.t tube...melted...what a mess for 400.00 of my money...find a better shop.. UPDATE...NOW IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD, GOT HOME AFTER THEY DROPPED THE OIL AND REFILLED THE CRANKCASE I LET THE CAR SIT FOR 3 HOURS ON LEVEL CONCRETE...ENGINE IS STILL 1/2 OF A QUART OVER FILLED...SAD..WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU FIND ANOTHER SHOP.......UPDATE, THIS WORK WAS DONE BY THE COLLEGE LOCATION...

We have been taking our vehicles here for years and have always had great service and really good work. They are fast, but thorough! There can be upwards of 30 minute wait sometimes, but just check for the non peak times. The prices are reasonable and customer is really great!

I have taken my car to Grease Pig on College and MLK for my last two scheduled oil changes. I currently still have 3,000 miles to go before my next oil change. Come to find out, my engine is no longer functioning correctly because the men at these facilities have been taking my money and not even opening the hood of the car to change the oil or anything. The oil in my car is disgusting and the mechanic currently working on trying to save my engine would recommend never stepping foot into The Grease Pig. So disappointing and so unprofessional.

Sincerely AMAZING.I dont know anything about cars or shops, so I chose this place at random, and I am lucky that I did.They dont charge by the hour like Firestone does. I dropped my car off at 3pm and picked it up at 10am the next morning! For the work that was needed on it [a new water pump, new belt, new air filter, oil change, 5 point check-up] it was very fast work. They also called me every single time that they found something new that needed to be fixed to get my approval.Also, they were as courteous as possible, but I could tell they were busy workers. As soon as I got the bill [cheaper than expected, thus why I dont assume they charge by the hour], I told them I was going to write a POSITIVE review because I know that most people who get positive results just go on their merry way because what is there to write about when things go well?Well, things went SO well with The Grease Pig that I am writing this 5-star review for 1, the courteous staff. 2, getting my car fixed properly so quickly. 3, letting me know each time they found something new that was needed to be done. 4, a great price for top notch work. 5, An all around positive experience, which is something I didnt expect from any shop I could have chosen.I will never take my car to any other shop again. Great service and usually pretty speedy too. I am very wary of most auto service shops, but Ive found these guys to be very trustworthy and competent. The prices are reasonable as well. Only downside is that it is tough to pull in the parking lot heading west on MLK.

I have used the Grease Pig for about 10 years now and have always been treated very good, when they have recommended and service i did it. All of the time, they are very clean and very quick they have changed my oil and top off all fluids in about 30 to 45 minutes.I would recommend them to anyone . They are very good at what they do .

Im a college student, so I dont have a ton of money to spend. Ive been in three times, once my freshman year and two times my junior year. Theyre very straightforward and dont try to charge you for things you dont need. The past two times I went in, my car ended up only having minor problems and they didnt charge my anything to get it fixed - not even for time or labor! I really appreciate that they dont nickel and dime you like many other auto repair shops do.

Excellent service and very fast. Had 2 cars in front of me for an oil change and still only took them about 30 minutes to get me out the door. Prices seem high but you get what you pay for and these guys are AA+ Grade work.

Almost 2 hours for an oil change because the customer’s truck in front of me needed extra work. Meanwhile, the next bay is busily moving cars in and out. People who came in long after me are leaving before my truck is touched. Joe-The-Unenthusiastic-Cashier (miss you, Isaac) offers a bored apology and $5 off. Anything for being a 20 year customer? Nah. But 5 whole dollars for a wasted afternoon. The old Grease Pig is gone. Time to find some place else.

Once when I went in for an oil change, they pointed out that my tires were unsafely balding, and I was traveling that weekend so I needed them changed. They did not have the type of tire I needed, so they called a dealership nearby and got me an appointment and a good deal through that dealership since they did not have what I needed in stock.Another time, my boyfriends car was doing something funny, and we took it in to have them glance at it for a diagnosis. They let us know a hose was simply loose, they had tightened it, and it was free of charge!!Great, great local business.

I went into get a oil change and have the engine light checked. They never talked to me about the engine lights code. I asked for them to evaluate, nothing. They processed my car for service, checking all the boxes they claim to have checked visually. The code from the check engine light read po217, po116, po115. It is for thermostat and other cooling deficiencies. I leave after paying, but noticied the codes on the invoice. I researched, after reading I checked my coolant level, not a drop of coolant in my car. Grease Pig has quality control issues. Speed and volume. I called was put on hold, lets see if Michael the Manager will call me back. Terrible that they checked my coolant was fine yet not a drop. Let me drive away.

Isaac is great to work with and explains your problems in plain language. Always get my oil changed here. Would have given 5 stars, but recently recommended I get a transmission fluid change just a few months after Id had one done, which has me worried they may be recommending service when its not needed.

I always feel like Grease Pig and Lube does the best job they can do. I leave there knowing they did a good job and I love that. I take my car there for oil changes, as well as any thing I need tuned up if I will be driving somewhere far.

I have been using The Grease Pig for several years. They are Great! Always quick and they never try to pressure you into service/parts. They will tell you if they see something and give you a price, but no pressure to purchase. Staff is always very friendly.

I have gone to The Grease Pig Lube & Tune for various car part replacements as well as oil changes for a few years now. The quality of the work that the team does here is excellent. They really put an effort into each car that they work on.

I took my daughters car in with brakes grinding expecting to have an expensive brake job to pay for. In from out of town for the weekend and no idea where to go to get an honest deal but someone recommended The Grease Pig.Dropped the car off on a busy Saturday and got a call an hour later. The mechanic had put the car up in the lift, took off the tires and inspected the brakes. He found a rock lodged in one of the brake mechanisms, removed the rock and the brakes were fine.Come pick up your car. No games. No charge! Ill tell anyone with a student at UArk- take your car to The Grease Pig!

I bought a used 2008 Dodge ram 1500 and the owner told me he had always used full synthetic oil. My wife took it to Grease Pig and requested a full synthetic oil change. I made the mistake of assuming it was done according to her request. Twice in 3 weeks I called and requested a quote for changing passenger side tie rod end and an alignment. I never received a call back. Against my better judgement, 6000 miles later I take it in for the next oil change and observe the kid putting in Valvoline conventional. I asked why I was told that the previous oil change had specifically requested this oil. I know for a fact my wife would not request a specific brand name but she did request full synthetic. Its pretty clear to me this is a case of incompetence. The Gentleman behind the counter was apologetic, and thats nice, but I dont think Ill return to a place that cant seem to follow simple instructions, wont respond with a quote, and implied my wife said conventional oil.

They quoted a price did the work and no surprise fees. Honest to the point repaire shop.

This place is supposed to be great..not so much from my experience..I paid the same for my car as a guy with a newer car ahead of mine..they vacuumed his and did his windows but didnt do mine at all..mine werent that bad but it is the point..50 bucks for a simple oil change is high and they shouldve treated me the same as they guy with the 50 thousand dollar truck..will NOT go back!!!!

No one likes having to shell out tons of money for car repairs, but at least at the Grease Pig I feel like Ive gotten the most out of my spending. Friendly, knowledgeable service for both repairs and routine oil changes. One of only two shops in town I trust with my vehicles.
