The crown is well sat up for many events. It is always well ran. I’m wondering who hired this MC for today’s event. Oh good golly. We attended the Champions in Motion event. The man who ran the event is a real entertainer. He tosses out free stuff. He sings songs in between the events. He tells his own jokes. It is nice because trying to get crowd involvement at this type of event can be tough (we were there for the small children). But it sort of turns into the “MC look at me show”. I can say he is positive. The sound system is great because you can not talk to your neighbor.

Saw Disney on Ice at the Crown. It was an excellent show and the special effects were very good as well. It was easy getting in and out of the parking lot as well as in and out of the theater itself. If you love Disney, you should definitely go see Disney on Ice! Youll be glad you did. Fun for the whole family.

Went to see the Russian production of the nutcracker. The performance was outstanding. I hope they return again next year

Went and watched A day to Remember, I Prevail and Beartooth here, what an amazing show. The venue was great, the staff got everybody in quick and had everything well organized. Getting out didnt take as long as I thought. Awesome experience

Weve been to several concerts here and its always a good time. Its a small enough venue that pretty much all the seats are good seats. The food and drinks are pretty much priced as you would expect from an entertainment venue.

This place is huge in big enough for very large concerts and d other types of entertainment. Plenty of all around seeding. Personally I feel that the vendos charge too much for food and beverage in this region.

Nice establishment. Wish there were more street lights in the parking area.

Minor league hockey at its best. These guys play because they love the game and the venue makes it easy to support them.Make sure you go to a game and enjoy the beer!

We were there for Champions in Motion Dreams Come True state competition where the Hope Mills Dynamite placed 2nd for levels 1 & 2; and 3rd for level 3. Staff directed parking, quick and easy entry, and concessions made for a good experience. More space in individual seating would make it better.

This was our 1st time go to a concert here and it was awesome. I am glad they brought some rock music to fayettville. Cant wait for our next concert. There was no drama from what I saw and they had ample amounts of security.

Home of the Fayetteville Marksmen Hockey team, the arena is a great place to have a great night of hockey and fun.

Most wonderful shows always being put up in such an unassuming place. Price is much lower than the neighboring Triangle area venues, which is good for my wallet.

The Expo was stifling hot. I was attending the Trump Rally & most of us that didnt have seats, ended up watching the 2nd half outside bc the a/c broke. Needed much more (& better) seating. Anticipated crowd of 7000 were only offered 500 bleacher seating? Cmon ppl. Thank God they didnt have more than 700! Their handicapped section consisted of 2 areas on ea side of a set of bleachers, roped off & very poorly planned. They would have been better off sitting on the 1st row of ea bleacher d/t poor visibility.The Crown is notorious for having little to no handicap seating areas. You would think they would treat their disabled patrons better than shoving them in a corner or telling them they r welcome to pull up to a railing. There is no access to the floor for wheelchair patrons. I found this out the hard way when I ordered (more expensive) tickets to the floor seating for a concert & when we arrived we were told my bf couldnt get to his seat! Ppl dont realize how much effort it is for a handicapped person to get out & try to live a normal life. You dont have to make it harder by having the bare minimum handicap access, if at all. They wouldnt even refund our money. I was told I could use my ticket. What? And leave him upstairs BY HIMSELF?!? I havent been back for another concert. They need to go to the Dean Dome at UNC & take some tips from their handicap seating. Its the best Ive ever seen. Sorry this was an article instead of a review.

It’s literally the only place for events around here but they could be doing a few things better, my sister had her graduation here and it was consuming figuring out parking spaces and entrances.

You can the family out for a night of fun from WWE Smackdown to local hockey or even a comedy show, the Crown has it all!

Nice arena but traffic flow was very bad. Few entarces for the size. Good views from all seats

It was a very emotional night for many. This stadium has been used for so many events, however the WIDU anniversary is one of the greatest. The atmosphere in the room was one in a million is a must go too

Saw the Papa Roach and Shinedown show last night. I have issues with standing for long periods of time and went to the box office and requested seats. Without hesitation, the attendant made it happen. We were 5 rows from the floor and it was amazing. The Complex was very clean, seats were comfortable. I will go to future shows soon!

Saw a great Marksman game. Easy for my disable family member to get to their seat.

As always the Coliseum has been an outstanding venue for Fayetteville and the surrounding communities. It host a diversity of events such as gun shows, top name concerts and Slam_A_Versery Wrestling. The staff at the venue were excellent. I was ushered to my seat to enjoy a awesome concert.

Went to the Fayetteville Comicon and had a blast.

Its a great place to see some great shows and sports and the Disney on Ice shows are always fun. The prices for food and drinks are bit high in my opinion but I understand. The employees were all so very nice and helpful. I went to a show and the fog machines were going and it was so smokey it was kind of making me cough but really not a huge issue. I have enjoyed several nice shows there.

The concert was excellent, the venue could use an updating, 1st and 2nd row are folding chairs

Had fun here. Son got hit with a hockey puck. Medics were great. Manger gave us an expired Bojangles gift card. Giving five stars for the medics. Not the theater. My son is 14. They could have done a little more for him.

Attended a hockey game and had a blast! The interaction with the audience was loads of fun on the big screen. The level of competition between the two teams made the game a close one. Restrooms were clean and the food choices were great too. FUN EVENING!

Parking was not that bad. Took a while to leave, but thats expected. The Disney on Ice show was awesome. My kid loved it. Food and drinks here are way overpriced. The seating was acceptable, though seats are very close together. It actually was not cold in the seating, but then again there were probably thousands of people. Overall, I would do it again for the kids.

We saw Disney On Ice there. Its kind of pricey but worth it. I do wish the seats were more comfortable.

Just saw Disney live. Kids had a blast. I can say that no matter where you sit youll definitely be able to see.

The insurance is a joke and highly inappropriate and invasive of your privacy, Specially for during this covid time. The events are not accurately described and represented, So your not always a 100% certain of what your buying. Extreme caution when attending these kinds of events.

The parking lot is a mess. You cant see the lines and the rows that end up forming dont make much sense. Its an older place, but it was clean and the seats were comfortable enough. We saw The Nutcracker there with a group.

There was a lot of dust on the vents that are within easy cleaning reach. I am allergic to dust, molds and mildew so when I see that, I can just iamgine what else is there.

Went to see Disney on ice had a wonderful experience even tho the stadium was almost packed getting in and out of parking was the easiest I’ve experienced thus far would highly recommend for future events. Could use a good seating upgrade tho.

We seen Shinedown, Papa Roach, and Asking Alexandria here. First of all this was a great show!!!! The venue was awesome. There were plenty of staff to assist with the show. There were a few small issues but the staff was educated enough to figure stuff out in a timely manner. The security staff was great as well. They made sure there were no issues and they were cool and interacted with people during setups and change overs. It was a perfect venue for a perfect show. I imagine that this place will be a great venue for any show or event. There was plenty of parking and it was no problem getting out of there. Again this was mainly due to the staff. They were very helpful in all aspects of our experience!!! Loved it!!!

DO NOT BUY EVENT TICKETS FROM HERE...if you dont want to chance having your venue location changed less than a month before the event! Bought pit tickets for an event at the Coliseum that was changed to the theater location...obviously in their same complex. Being that this was a smaller location, they reissued tickets. My pit tickets became seat tickets. This may not be a big deal to some, but I only do pit tickets and usually pay more for those. I find this extremely unfair and refuse to come this place ever.Update: I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars due to very helpful and professional staff members at the Box Office who were very friendly and personable. Once I get to see the place in person I may have to update again.Update 2: After attending the concert, Im raising my review from 3 to 5 stars. All the staff working the night of our EVENT was fabulous and very friendly. The pit was one of the best Ive ever been in for the many concerts weve been to. That could have been due to the cool people around us who were into having a good time and not complaining about people drinking and being loud at a concert. Definitely would attend another event here again.

We went for the Cumberland County Fair. I loved that they had an indoor breastfeeding station. The indoor bathrooms were clean. Also, they brought in Cycle Circus Live (not necessarily my thing) for additional entertainment which is something Ive never seen at as fair.

Went to the wine, chocolate &craft show, mid February. Not an ounce of chocolate anywhere. When I wrote to the coliseum telling of my experience...Mind you I traveled from Michigan to give this experience to my mother who loves chocolate (her 75thbday-she lives in NC)they offered nothing to make the situation right.Not even a response.

Went to watch Souther Momma show. The venue was good. They definitely needed parking attendants. Cars were going everywhere. Signage was lacking to know where to go also. The show was good! Inside..seating etc..seems a little dated, but it served the purpose.

This was my first experience at the crown theater. It was a gospel musical I really enjoyed it. The sound system was awesome.

We saw Ron White here so the venue brings in big name events. The venue also had decent prices for beer and wine which was nice.My hope is that they will take some of that money and reinvest it in some renovation over the next couple of years. Most of the seating is run down looking, some were replaced with actual folding chairs. I would have been furious to have paid good money for a ticket only to be sat in one of those.

Went here for a Marksman hockey game in February of 2019. Had a blast. The facilities were very nice, the bathrooms were kept very clean. The second floor bar staff was very nice and adequately stocked for the small event. Tons of parking and friendly staff. The merchandise counter was very well stocked and super nice. The had a 50/50 hockey puck throw that was fun. I will return!

It was a National Guard Ceremony and the place was perfect as it was a large crowd. Seats were great in the balcony and soft! You could hear perfectly! One suggestion, you could use railings for going up and down the steps where the seats are!

I have enjoyed the concerts I have attended. The acoustics were good and they have a good variety of groups. Seats are not that comfortable though... That is the reason for not giving a 5.

My husband and I have been season Hockey ticket holders for several years. We have had many interactions with the crown security staff. They have always been super helpful, friendly, always try to fix or get someone who can fix any problems. With that being said I want to give a shout out to Jacque Cooper-Weatherford she is a no nonsense professional who is always there to get things straight. Thank you Crown Coliseum

It was okay, nothing really to brag about. Being as though it was my 1st time there. Some of the check in people were, unprofessional. I have certain health issues, that I wished was more accommodating, I barely had water in my bottle. The doormen said I needed to toss it out. Im like, really what in the world could be a threat in my bottle. As I sat and watched because Im disabled as well, as I sat and watched many people coming through the door. The same guy did not tell, this lady to toss her soda out. it was a coca cola. Im like, aint this about a blip. She should have been told, to toss her beverage as well. And another door/ticket person who was also, assigned to check the north entrance seen what I saw, turned to look at me and smiled. Its okay, I let God fight my battles. I have no energy like I use to, to be able to tell someone about themselves. I barely wanted to do a review, but I had to. Being as though I am not a NC native. what a huge turn off. I barely wanted to give a star, but Google and its mess. Wants its users to be generous. 1 star is as generous as it get. I was banking on none. anywho, I worked in customer service many years. Most of your staff need to do better

I went to the crown yesterday because the Cumberland County Fair is there. It was free to get in 8/30/19. It was the first day opening. However, The next day you have to pay. The food is around $8.00 and up. A cater about Glenn Company food truck steak sub is good. The funnel cake was good. On the other hand, it was one food truck in there that had $5.00 wings. They were ok. This food truck needs to fry the wings as you order but if you watch them. They keep it under a warmer.

Had a great time watching the Marksmen. Great selection of food, clean restrooms, ample free parking.

So grateful for having such a great complex to host a wide variety of events for the family. From amazing concerts, hockey games, Disney on Ice, the Holly Day annual craft fair and the list goes on. Very thankful to have a place in town to host such awesome events for our community!!

Enjoyed seeing the excitement of live wrestling

I watched Durby here and was very entertained. The seating allowed a perfect view of the floor. Id recommend cheaper condiments or better food choices, but I wont dock them because it was offered.

I never really liked the idea off assigned seating but that was something i got over immediately when I actually sat down in the most amazing recliner. Every theater should have seating like this.

Great shows. Parking is tenable. Thay need more Handicap places to park more people that cant walk so far .and keep prices low too.

I loved my seat for the event I went to see. The arena was clean, including the restrooms and the staff was very polite with helping me find my seat! Not to mention the entertainment was awesome!

I had high hopes for this venue. It seemed like they had everything together... nope! Never been here but have been to enough shows to know if I want to be where I want to be in the pit I need to get there early. So after a lot of consideration I purchased the fast pass tickets for the show 11/23 because the venue is large and I did not want to wait in a long line or have to worry about finding a parking space after driving 4 1/2 hours just to get there. $25 each a person ($50 total) to have VIP PARKING, and a fast pass entry. We get there around 4:30 theres already a line and the designated area for VIP parking was already halfway filled up by people who did not purchase your fast pass tickets. Luckily there were a few spots left. There was a designated door for fast pass and 4 other lines for entry. There was maybe 30-35 total people in line with fast pass up until 5:30 and the regular lines wrapped around the parking lot. We were told that the artists were running behind but they were acting like they were going to let everyone in normally. So they let the fast pass line in and then had us stop again 1/4 of the way down the hallway. Only to make another line inside to get everyone out of the cold. Then a man tells us all to move forward to try to get as many people in as possible. We stood there between 15-25 min. Everyone bunched together like sardines. There was no fast pass line anymore. Then randomly the security says everyone can go and just lets everyone in at the same time. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF US BUYING THE FAST PASS? The website says no refunds but you blatantly disregarded both pros of buying a fast pass and people spending the money for it. I would like a refund.I know the beginning was not the security employees fault at all. That was higher up. The security was awesome, every single one was polite, smiling, enjoying their job and helpful. With that Im thinking the situation could have been avoided. It was one of the most unorganized experiences Ive ever had.Unrelated to the venue-show was amazing.

Great seating with the way they said things up four show. Most impressed by the way they help you leave. They have workers at each bro letting certain vehicles out at a time helping the flow of traffic move very easily

Amazing a.c system I was freezing during the All American Tattoo Convention 2019. Amazing friendly staff. Clean restrooms. It does need a paint job but other than nit picking this place is excellent.

I love events at the Crown. So much easier to navigate than Raleigh and free parking!

The facility is a bit worn, but, still a great view from the upper-side. I was still close enough to really enjoy the show.

The Crown Theater is a really nice space, its used for many events and just today it was used for Fayetteville ComiCon. It was great, my only issue is that the stands that are set up need more space to allow for movements as to not halt traffic. Other than that, an amazing experience!

I went to Crown Complex to see Madeas Farewell Tour. The facilities were nice and clean but the seating must have made for Little people or children. You could not sit comfortably. I am only 55 and my knees rub the back of the seat in front of me. I couldnt stretch my legs out. The seats were very hard, especially if you are attending a 2 hr show.

Biggest complaint is that a 16oz beer is $2 but a 24oz beer is $10! WTF?!? The cheese dip for the nachos seemed like it had been sitting too. We bought our tickets at a special rate because of the radio station so I guess we spent our savings on beer. I was there for a Marksmen game with my girls so that was fun.

Plenty parking a whole section for handicap parking instead of a few rows! Nice and spacious on the inside with room for several vendors. I went for the WIDU Anniversary and the sound system was great I heard the singers loud and clear!
