Recently purchased a house that had a broken down system. Had Brookhaven irrigation install a totally new system, 5 zones with rotary heads. Frankie, Andrew and the install team were professional, punctual and friendly. Job was done in a reasonable amount of time and the property was cleaned up after install. I did have one issue and one of the hoses needed to be moved, they sent TJ out to adjust the line a day later. He was super professional and knowledgeable as well. Very impressed with this company and would definitely recommend.

Having had a few experiences with this company, I feel great saying they are amazing to work with! Had two zones added last fall and some help fixing a leak on another section just this past weekend. The employees are all easy to speak to, make quick work and know what they are doing!

We have just had our irrigation system installed and have to report that we are very happy with the results. The installation was scheduled quickly and conducted quickly. BEWARE!! Horrible rude staff. Look elsewhere for your sprinklers Im applauded at the way they treated. They do not stand by the work they do and refuse to fix issues in a timely manner. They only care about getting your money as fast as possible STAY AWAY.

I called them in May said they wouldnt get to me until june 15th which was fine, however i called them on the 14th to confirm they said i would receive a txt message to confirm and time of arrival. Im still waiting for the text message

Ronny took care of my winter close of the system today. Not surprising Ronny was as nice and pleasant as every technician I have had come to my home for my irrigation needs. Process was quick and he assured me any problems will be addressed in the Spring. Great company great service and great guys.

I have been using Brookhaven Irrigation for 4 years now. They did the initial install when I built my house and then did a readjustment after I had a pool installed. The owner Mike and his son are top notch. I highly recommend this company. I had the system winterized today by an employee named Mike. Quick, easy and professional.

Used them for winterizing sprinklers and cabana. TJ came first - was amazing. I needed to have a blowout valve installed and they came back - at no charge...Mike was the tech. He was excellent as well. Evidently now one of my outdoor water supply lines is frozen and they have to come back yet again. What a great experience with them!

I used Brookhaven Irrigation Corp three times within the last 6 weeks. My first appointment with TJ, was excellent - he was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My second experience did not provide the same results - the two techs that worked on system were not as knowledge nor as caring of the work performed. My third appointment I requested TJ and again he was professional in every way, took time to make sure the work was well done and completed to my specifications.

Edit: It took a couple weeks but all the concerns were corrected. They stepped up to solve the issues. If you go with them keep on top of what they are doing and voice concerns.I had them come and do a brand new system on my home. They were not the cheapest but the system was also a little more than what other places had come in with.The install is like nothing Ive ever seen. Mister heads sticking out of the ground by almost 6 inches so as you walk in the front door your looking at a sprinkler sticking up right at you. Part of the quote had the width of my driveway because they would have to go under it, what they never told me is they where going to put a box there so a few feet in to my lawn. I have a big green box where they put a control valve, looks horrible and lazy.Now the really bad. My water main is next to my boiler so its not very accessible(but there is a line run to the outside off it already), I also dont have a basement so I know it is kind of a pain to run the line out, but they looked at this when doing the quote. They tapped off the line feeding in to the boiler, so he had to shut water off to the boiler. Well when he finished he did not turn things on correctly resulting in no hot water to the house. So 4 am when my wife wakes up to go to work she is greeted to a freeze cold shower. I call that morning and tell them after the install I have no hot water, the lady on the phone seems more surprised and says she will call me back. I have to call them later to find out when he would come, they give me a round about time so now I have to leave work early because no one would be home.The guy gets to my house I show him the problem I have no idea I never touch this when doing an install. So their own worker is questioning putting the line off the boiler line. He calls the office which is now closed so tries to get a hold of other people. When he does get in touch with someone, they have another person come check it out. This guy comes and says they did nothing wrong, everything is correct with the work and my system is broken. He he tells me my thermostat is broken and I need to have someone come replace that.Now I have to call a heating guy for a service call which is 125 for them just to show up. More if I want an after hours service call. So now I make an appt for the next day because I guess Ill deal with another morning of cold showers. The next morning the owner Mike is texting me asking if he can come. So he wants me to take more time off work so he can look at the boiler, after 2 of his guys looked at it already. Well I cant wait around for him, even more since I have to take a long lunch to meet with the heating guy.Heating guy shows up, looks for about 5 seconds, says the valves are in the wrong position. Flips a couple valves and I have hot water. He had no idea why the installer would even touch the valves since there is a main shut off valve at the entry of the system.I tell Mike that the valves where not set correctly and I had to pay 125, his response Thats why I wanted to come this morning. You already sent your best guy to my house and him and another had no clue what to do and blamed a 3 year old thermostat.So I spent money out of pocket and he tells me hell give me 125 credit. Credit I wont be using because I have the tools to winterize and after the work why would I be calling them back. Maybe they can do head fixes, blow outs and starts but I regret having them do my install.

Today the technician was Mr. Sanchez. Very nice, polite and professional, know their job. Dont remember all the technicians, but all of them so far were very good. One of them was Mr. TJ I believe. So far, very satisfied.

Mike and his crew were incredibly efficient, clean, and professional. They did the irrigation for my entire front lawn in less than a day, and left piping into the backyard for when we finish that. When they were done they cleaned everything and re-raked where they trenched. Excellent work. I had a septic system replaced and my entire backyard was ripped up, so I called these guys instead of the last company I used, and wow... what a difference. I was able to see what quality work actually looks like. I was very impressed and I certainly recommend their service!

I had brookhaven irrigation on my sprinkler system the service man found a leak in pipe fixed it and left when i tried to run system no water I called BI and they sent another service man who immediately found the problem defective program unit everything worked fine $144 first call as and $244 for second call when I called BI the owner offered a $25 return of the extra service call. I refused, $60 was the amount of the call and I believe I was entitled to that amount .Apparantly customer satisfaction didnt matter I was a repeat customer didnt care so they lost a customer and I would not recommend this company to anyone

Out of all the estimates and companies that visited my home. There were only two I felt comfortable with. Then I choosed Brookhaven Irrigation. They were quick and clean. Meanwhile there was an issue and it was solved rapidly during insulation. I recently called them, I had another issue and they came the next day and fixed it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE.

I just got my sprinklers installed last week and these guys did an excellent job!!! When the crew came to my house, they told me that I might need additional zones - which I told them that I cannot go over my budget. They worked it out so that I didnt have to get more zones so they kept it the same price and was able to cover all of the areas in my large lot. I am very happy with the work that they did. My lawn already looks hydrated and better! The crew was very hardworking and fast too. They put the controller in my garage as requested as well. Overall very satisfied with the work. Thank you!!!

Mike was professional and quick and right on time

Mike the owner was very personable and professional. He also gave me a fair price for a sprinkler system. They did a clean job and didnt massacre my lawn. When they were done I couldnt even tell they went underground. He also made sure to show me how to use the system and checked each sprinkler individually to make sure they all worked. He found one that didnt work and sent a guy the following day to fix it for free. I probably wouldnt have known there was an issue with that sprinkler head right away, but Mike was honest and told me. I would 100% recommend Brookhaven Irrigation.

Brookhaven Irrigation are the people to go to. They were very professional and called me before the apoappointm date and 30 minutes before arriving. The technician turn the system on and check my system. He was very thorough and checked every sprinkler head. He had to change a few and did it fast. I was surprised to see the bill because I have never paid that cheap before and I never had more professional and efficient service before. The bill was a third of what I pay every year. So happy to find a company that is as honest and professional as Brookhaven Irrigation. I rate them 10 🌟.

Prompt and professional. Had brookhaven Irrigation come today to do some minor repairs, move some heads around and change out a clock to a new WiFi capable clock/controller. Only one hour after Nick left I am absolutely thrilled with the new clock. The app Nick set up on my phone is super easy to use and gives me the ability to control the system from anywhere and setting schedules is a breeze ! Great service technician came, as always and he was super helpful and took his time to educate me on my system as a whole, not only what I asked them to come for. Prices are below competitors, I did shop around.
