Its a Laundromat. It is what it is. I washed my clothes there once and I dropped it off once. They lost 2 pair of sweatpants. The price is the price. When I did my wash there at was quick. After I took my clothes out of the washer the spin cycle that seemed to go fast left my clothes more wet than my home washing machine that just broke down. I figured a commercial washer would spin the clothes to almost dry. The dryers did dry everything after 40 minutes of drying. They always have machines available so you never wait. The place is huge and had good parking. The staff was friendly to me. The sign does say 24 hours. Take it down because its not.

The washing machines are never left open to air out and they all stinks. Dirty and hot inside. Owner said if he put the AC on he will need to raise the prices. Sad for the employees, working hard in the heat with the dryers running.

The personal is great. Everyone is great person

The owner is kind, friendly, and a pleasure to speak with. I have had some great attendants and some whom I had a difficult time with. There is a definite language barrier with some of the employees. I have been a customer for a long time and I tip every single time but having a conversation can be difficult. My name has been Belt, Bet, B (here, you fill in the rest,) Be, Bett (this,?) and many others. There is one attendant who is excellent and always does the right thing but the others can be difficult to speak with. Also, many (customers and employees) are not wearing masks which is not healthy for anyone. There should definitely be stricter measures when it comes to the health and safety of the employees and customers. I use the drop off service but see many coming and going without following the health guidelines. All companies can use some type of improvement but overall, they do a fine job.

It was clean and the attendants were pleasant. There are plenty washing machine and dryers..not many people were washing..guess after 7pm is a good time to go washing if you can.

This place is a joke. Always an issue with the cards. And the emoloyeed are rude and dont help they say you need to wait for owner and refuse to call him. They also do not enforce social distancing and they do no sanitize.

I think it is horrible that there are people here doing laundry with No face covering at least 6 people and nothing is said. And they are putting everyone at risk. Not Good Not Good at all. Putting us all at Risk . Will have to go somewhere else

Incredibly unprofessional, did NOT follow my directions and destroyed several garments.

I am here now. Very aggravated! Two of the four machines I’m using just drank up all of the fabric softener before the machine started! Then find out that drying is going to be double the money! One quarter for 6 minutes! Majority of the laundromats are $0.25 for 10 minutes; hoping the dryers are good!First and last time I use this laundromat

Great prices, but the heat in the summer is rough, why not turn on the A/C?Uodate: the current staff is ALWAYS late, 6am turns in 6:30, 7am turns into 7:30am. She is the worst attendant in my experience.Update: three months since my last update, guess what? The current staff continues to be late, she needs to get let go.Update: she is late to open the store everytime I come here.

Great it is comfortable great very quiet and their machines do a very good job, what if they have to be attentive is with the public bathroom, to be cleaner, it is a very dirty bathroom
